Absolutely loved this one. Wore it to work one day with black tights and short boots and a night out on vacation the week after with strappy sandals . The material is a bit clingy so have static spray handy. Slip was used both times as well.

Really great dress! Nice pattern with the beautiful blue color. Wore with a beige fur vest and then again with black modern suit jacket. Both worked well. The sleeves do tie and that material that hangs down got in the way a few times during meals but otherwise was a really wonderful dress!

One of my favorite rentals for work yet. Flowy yet still gives you a structured look. The long sleeves can be bunched up if they get in the way but look particularly fun when paired with a blazer. Would absolutely rent again.

I live for shirt dresses! These Derek Lam piece is so diverse. It can be dressed up for a quick date night, or casual for a play in the city. This dress runs true to size, so the fabric doesn’t have a stretch, but it was definitely made over sized. There’s so much room in this dress, so it is perfect for any body type, bust type, and waist. The playful pattern can be worn with black or nude heels, or even sneakers; it’s such a fun dress! At 5’6, this dress falls on me perfectly and isn’t too big, small, short, or long; it’s absolutely perfect.

I am doing RTR for the remainder of my pregnancy for work clothes, because who thinks maternity clothes look good?! This dress has been one of my favorites so far. Very light and comfortable. I added a belt because without it, it would have looked a bit like a tent. I would highly recommend for anyone... if it looked good on me being this far along in pregnancy, it will look good on you!

Different style for work. First impression was the material is too busy- but it works somehow. I felt sophisticated and the dress is sexy in its own way without being tight fitted. The skirt flows so nice, and even though it hangs below the knee - the buttons end inches above the knee to give a peak of the leg when you walk. The material is soft and the dress is comfortable. Size down.

This dress is so great! Easy, comfortable fit, but body skimming enough that it's not shapeless. The fabric is drapey and flowey and the print is just cool. The detail with the tie sleeves is really fun. I wore this to work, which it was perfect for (not too long and not too short - my favorite!), although I'd also wear it for a night out with boots and a leather jacket. I will definitely rent this dress again.

Runs large. I normally wear a 4/6 and 40 was very large but worked well with a narrow belt. Appropriate for any size bust and lots of room in the arms. Came with tags and didn't wrinkle even after being in suitcase for 2 days. Great for biz travel.

I wore this for my friends baby shower. I really only went with this dress because shes having a boy and its blue! This is a super cute print and cut. I would suggest sizing down. Im 5'9 and am between small to medium dress sizes. Probably wouldve ordered a 40.

Was delivered with highlighter all over the sleeve. Another RTR fail.

Big, but flattering and chic

The dress fit true to size and I was surprised usually shirt dresses just hang flat but this one had more shape to it because there is detail sewn into the sides to create shape. This is not seen in the picture.

I didn't like the dress at first as it looked at least two sizes too large, but loved it after wearing it for a day! The fabric feels great, and the dress feels light. It was a but short for me (the bottom button is very high, so dress opens up when walking).

I loved wearing this dress! If only I had an extra $1300 lying around I would buy it. I'd say the reviews that recommended sizing down were right. I'm usually between a 2 and a 4 and the 38 fit perfectly with a nice drape. I think I could have even sized down to a 36 if I had wanted a more fitted look, but the 38 was perfect for me to wear to work. I styled the dress with gray suede block heels and a long, gold rope necklace, and kept the rest of my jewelry understated. I normally stay away from loud prints, but the blue animal print was fun and a nice change from my usual wardrobe. I got lots of compliments – would definitely rent again!

Does not wrinkle much during delivery. Beautiful silk and high-quality craftsmanship. Will be great in 3rd trimester. Had plenty of room over 2nd trimester bump! Lots of compliments. Nice length for work. The sleeves are a unique detail but will get in the way if you need your hands for anything messy or technical (piano playing, mixing chemicals, cooking ... :)

I love the print on this dress. I am a big fan of animal prints and the blue color of this print was truly unique. Light enough to wear on a very hot summer day. Perfect for work, including the length.

I loved this dress for an evening out in Las Vegas. It's loud but beautiful. I ordered what I now realize was too big a size for me but I think it ran true to size. The ties at the wrists were somewhat annoying while dining.

I ordered a size that was waaaay to big for me - I'm an 8, and I was just swimming in a size 44. I honestly might rent this again in a 40. The dress is beautifully made, and I love the details on the sleeves (which everyone else raves about.) Check the size chart before you order!

I would not normally choose an animal print dress, but the blue make an otherwise loud leopard print completely wearable. I added a wide navy leather belt to cinch the waist, and got lots of complements.

I really liked this dress, but I could have gotten a size, or even two sizes, smaller. It just hung on me, but with a belt, it worked.

Just a tad on the big side. I did gets lots of compliments, but just wasn't fully comfortable. Great for a hot humid climate when you are going from outside to full air conditioning and maintaining professional appearance.

The extra details of the asymmetrical trim and structured silhouette were intriguing and I can imagine would be perfect on just the right person. For someone who appreciates quality, this dress has it all. Fabrication, pearlized monogrammed buttons, color saturated print, etc.. The piece had a lot to be admired and I can see it earning a fan base for it's coverage, elegance and ease.

It seems like it's intended to be oversized? I enjoyed the breezy feel. However, my husband did ask me why I was wearing a robe. Sigh. I agree with another reviewer that it needs another button.

I really did give it a go. It is definitely thin and not suited for colder weather. It is very large, so size down. The details are pretty, but I just couldn't convince myself to wear it. Maybe during Summer with scrappy black sandals, but not now. Boo hoo.

The fit of this dress is true to size, but it is incredibly flowy. I'm 5'6" and usually am between a 4 and 6. The size 40 fit perfectly, and hit just above the knee. It was appropriate to wear to the office in flats, but the bottom button hits far above where the skirt stops, so when you walk there's quite a bit of leg exposed. I also found the ties on the sleeves to be a bit much for everyday paired with the loud pattern. Overall, a cute and comfortable dress if you want to make a statement!
