I had a very polished look and felt professional as well as chic. The material is stretchy, so you can size down one size. I was able to wear the 4, and I am a 32E in bra size. I got tons of compliments, including my fiancé who normally doesn't care what I wear!

This top was great for work - very classic and with a skirt or pants it's like a suit top. substantial material and great fit. a little narrow in the waste for the peplum look so could become uncomfortable if worn for a long time sitting or eating. I loved it for a day at the office!

I wore w jeans to work and also to church another day. I wish I would have ordered smaller size but this one was fine because the extra room made it extra comfortable.

The material is very thick and fitted. If you get a size too small, the material does not stretch.

Thick, expensive, and well-constructed: This Derek Lam peplum top checks all the boxes. However, it was too roomy for me in the bust. I didn't fill it out too well and felt a bit like a little kid playing dress up. Size down!

This is a very flattering top for everyday wear or a conservative event. The fabric is rich and thick, so perfect for a cooler day.

Beautiful and polished fitted top. Will rent again! Received so many compliments. A bit snug in the high waist area so skip the soda and chewing gum to avoid bloating. ;)

This top is very structured and expensive-looking. It pairs great with skinny jeans (black more than blue); I wore it to work once and out to dinner once.

LOVED IT. Very flattering & versatile cut -- perfectly polished for work or play. But came missing a button, foil still on the others, and with clearly stretched seams at the zipper. No others available. Bummer. Searching to see if it's still for sale...

If fit beautifully, I wish it wasn't $1500 otherwise I would buy it to keep.

The peplum on this top hit at exactly the right spot. The gold buttons are so chic and the material was an an amazing quality. The sleeves also had a white stitching, which just added to how cool this top is! I will say that this piece didn't arrive in as pristine condition as many of the pieces I've rented, but it was so cool that I couldn't possibly send it back. I just wore it! (I think the person before me might have been a bit too big for the shirt and wore it anyway, so even w/ dry cleaning it seemed to have a permanent wrinkle in the mid section, but I don't blame them...like I said, I still kept it

This top is very well made and looks very expensive. Even though the top has short sleeves this is not for very warm weather because the material is on the thicker side. I normally wear a size small in tops and I wore a size 42 in this. I wear a size 40 normally but figured this ran small so I chose the 42. This was a great decision, so I would definitely recommend sizing up.
