I couldn't love this dress more. It was so breezy and comfy but also elegant and classy. I got compliments all night and felt really great in it. The peplum hid my mom pooch and I didn't even need shapewear! Maybe runs a touch big- if you are in between two sizes go small. I have a bigger chest and this zipped up perfectly! I hope I have a chance to rent this one again.

This fits like a dream, and the details are just right. Fits my curves without being tight or restrictive. Love the navy color for evening over black. Wore to a show at the Kennedy Center and it made my night! Worth a repeat.

I love the flow of this dress and the fit was PERFECT. However, it was SUPER long and I kept stepping on the napkin hem corners. Still fun to wear.

I have never felt more effortless or prettier than I did while wearing this dress. It fit perfectly. I felt elegant and comfortable, something I don't often feel while wearing a dress, simply because my measurements are irregular - I am a 36D cup so a lot of dresses simply don't zip up by the time they reach my chest. This dress, however, zipped with complete ease. I am so thankful that I was able to wear this design for my anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. He loved it!! I will rave and dream about this dress forever! Thank you RTR!

I love the chic simplicity of this style! The great thing about it, is that it can be dressed up or down for your next day time or black tie event! Running true to size, we recommend sizing up for back up. There is no stretch to the fabric but there is comfortable room in the bust, waist, and hip area. Thin straps and low cut v-neckline call for a NuBra or no bra with this style. Pair with nude heels and simple jewelry for your next event!

I usually wear a 4, but the 42R was definitely too large. I returned it and got the 40R instead, which fit beautifully on me... I'm 5'7" with a small bust and a booty, so this dress was kind of perfect in the sense that it's bare on top but with a full skirt. The color is prettier in person, a really nice midnight blue with black lingerie-style details. I wore 3" heels and the dress was still almost touching the floor, so it was definitely something I kept an eye on while dancing :)

The waist didn't fit me as well as I would have preferred, however a smaller size wasn't available so that was probably the issue. Other than that, I loved the cut of the dress, the fabric, and the service.

I still am wearing my winter ten so I took the larger size that was the only one avail - as often being curvy things are snug in the bust or back for me anyway...this 10 was a big too big around the waist and chest though - making it a tad less sexy than I think it has the potential to be- I will mos def watch for an 8 to pop up: ) also , I liked the rainy day dress description and with the handkerchief hemline expected it to be a bit more casual, the fabric is a bit heavy and a bit "bridal party"- so if you are worried it's not dressy enough for a more formal occasion...yeah, it's a medium to heavy crepe. I wore it with a slightly more casual wedge sling & simple pearl earrings to keep it weekendy as we went to a friends. Later we plan to go out dancing and I will change into dressy sandals & a drop earring...and maybe a disco-like scrug or arm warmers to funk it up a bit...it's a bit like I said ..wedding party...but a very very NICE dress. And it feels really nice on & is comfortable!

This Derek Lam cloudy dress in size 40R navy silk strapless v neckline with adjustable straps has a hidden back zipper with a hook-eye closure. This dress should be worn with a strapless bra. I think this dress would look great on someone who is tall. Due to my disability this dress was a little too long for me in the back that the dress was getting caught in my wheels and I kept tripping over it because of my height.

I had rented this dress for a wedding, but decided to wear a different one instead. I did wear this to date night though, and loved it! Super flattering chest, loved the fit and flowyness of the dress.

This dress is clearly very high quality. It fit perfectly in all areas. The extra ruffle around the waist make the hips look a bit wider than I like, so I will not likely rent this one again. At 5'11 the dress just brushed the ground without shoes on- so for most, it would likely drag and require high heels. My measurements are 41-32-42. I probably could have sized down one size, but then it would have been tight at the bust.

What a sexy dress. I had been wanting to rent it for a while, the dress cascades down your figure and the movement when you walk feels incredibly confident. So so many compliments on this dress (as with all of RTR) but also felt so poised and classy in it. Wore to a couple sunset picnics. Fitted up top and forgiving on bottom.

I loved this dress. It was edgy and different and feminine without being girly. It just happened to be not as perfect on me as the other dress I rented for the wedding I'm going to and was way too formal for any other occasions in my life. The details: I rented the 46R after reading comments on the fit. I may (depending on the day) have been able to take a 44R as well - there was still about 2" of wiggle room at the bust and waist. In fairness, I was not crazy about how it looked with my admittedly in-need-of-replacement strapless bra, but I could not have won it braless. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a different kind of fancy dress (a part of me is bummed that the Marchesa dress I'll be wearing is far more traditional, but the bride and a trusted co-worker both said it looked and fit better).

The dress is stunning, and very well made. I needed a much smaller size, and was unable to wear it to the event. I would get 2 sizes smaller next time. I'm only 5.1, so wedges would be a must with this dress.

I thought this would be a good dress for my brother's wedding, we just have to wear something navy. This was a very pretty dress, but since I'm top heavy it wasn't very flattering on me. The fabric on the sides was also much longer than I expected, I'm 5'4" and even in 4" heels it hit the floor! I think this dress would look great on someone tall and thin to add some curves.

A lot of fabric around the mid section which made me look larger.

Fabric was very nice, and cut is beautful. unfortunately for me, at 5'2", the long part of the dress was all over the ground. around the chest was tight. I returned it the same day.
