Admittedly I was hesitant to rent this because I thought the pattern could be too busy for me - I was so wrong. This dress is so lovely, and the pattern looks beautiful on. Sometimes I order XS, sometimes S and other reviews said to size up so I chose the 38 and it's great. The 36 would not have fit me comfortably (currently 5'5", 122 lbs). The sleeves hug my armpits a little, but still was comfy enough for a full day at work. I'd rent this again for work, or for going out. I often get compliments on my RTR pieces and this was no different!

Not worth $1000+ but highly recommend for a rental! Roomy yet flattering fit. Comfortable. Several compliments.

It has piping that is very slimming, the skirt is flowy without adding volume because the fabric is so light and feels and looks expensive. Pictures dont do it justice. The only thing I would say is add a thicker black ribbon or belt to really make the most of the flattering cut.

Fit just as pictured. It was fitted but not tight at the waist and light weight and loose everywhere else. The only issue I had was I couldn't feel the back of the skirt area at all on my skin. I kept running my hands over the sides of my bum to make sure it was covered! If it was a breezy day, I wore this inside, this skirt would definitely have some wardrobe malfunction issues! Was beautiful and comfortable to wear all day for a work event though... I loved it!

Loved the luxurious feel of this dress. Requested a 4 but should have went with a 6 as it fit a little tight in the chest. Pattern is not overwhelming and it goes with all your black shoes or booties!

I rented this style in size 40 and did not have a backup size available, but the 40 was fitted perfectly in the bust and was not too short for me at 5'10"! The dress is light and airy and was a fantastic choice for my best friend's bridal shower. Would definitely rent again for spring/ fall party.

Rented this for a business meeting. It was comfortable and traveled well. I added a belt.

Fit perfect and made me feel beautiful. Very figure flattering for hourglass shape and sleeves made it very feminine. Measurements 30f, 25, 37. Wore size 40. Would size up for bigger chest. I wore mine with a bralette but this is what I normally do for work to minimize chest.

This fit true to size. The fabric is light and flowy, so I would use caution on windy days! I wore it with grey boots, but any shoe would work to dress it up or down. As usual, many compliments on my clothes this week thanks to RTR. I will definitely rent this again.

This dress fit like a dream. I'm 6 foot and the dress was a bit short on me, but I actually think that made it even cuter than if it would have been longer on me! Work with adidas to work for a fun casual work and got a ton of compliments. Totally in love with this dress!

The key is to downsize--I typically wear a 4/6 but got a 40--and it fit perfectly without the sleeves being too billowy. It's made of an incredible lightweight silk fabric. It has a really lovely high neckline and gave me great shape. The skirt flows so easily, just watch out for manholes. :) I had loads of compliments.

Super cute dress. It was comfortable and looked different than most dresses out there. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to work. The only thing was the back was longer than the front and in the front you could see the black slip popping out a bit. The dress fits true to size. I would rent this again.

I really wanted to like this dress, partly because of the sticker price. But it just seemed kind if unimpressive. I ended up not wearing it.

I think this dress looks better on someone who is taller, but the fit was beautiful. I am normally a size 2, but ordered a 40 based on reviews.

Super flattering ! Light, professional but fun

This is a BEAUTIFUL dress for many occasions. I wore it twice in the four days I held onto it - once to work and once to a dinner. I contemplated keeping it a bit longer to wear to Easter church service. It fit perfectly - I am 5'3", 34B and have a pear-shaped body. It was a little snug pulling up, but zipped up to fit so well, I had a hard time sending it back.

sleeves don't pull and it's easy to raise your arms. Not too fitted around the midsection, perfect about of fit and flare.

The fit was spot on for me. Comfortable. The only parts I want a fan of was the elastic in the arm cuffs, it didn't lay flat. Also, the fabric appeared to have a little snagging on the back zipper. Probably not noticeable to anyone. I would definitely wear again.

Loved the cut and design of this one. Easy to pull off for work and happy hour. Don't let the pictures fool you, the print is so much prettier in person. I highly recommend.

Really lovely material & quality. Ordered a size up as others mentioned it's short so I wanted it a little loose in case I wanted to use a belt. I wish it were an inch or two longer for work as it hits mid-thigh, but great for more casual or party settings.
