I'm usually a medium and that fit perfectly. It was stunning and I was amazed at how many people came up to me to tell me it looked great, from 20somethings to my age (retired). It's fun when people then see the back! The stretch and shimmer of the velvet was beautiful and provided a great weight to drape and move. It is soft and moves nicely so it's great to wear. Not too long, shows off your shoes. The blue is pretty dark so the dress doesn't show well in pictures unless they are well lit.

I wore this dress to a winter black tie wedding and received compliments all night! The back surprised people once I turned around. It wasn’t super long and came up to my ankles. I didn’t wear a bra because the texture of the dress hid the nip! I didn’t feel like the sides of the dress did anything weird because I made sure to get a tight enough size. Highly recommend this one!

Obsessed with this blue velvet. It's stretchy & actually comfortable for being velvet. Having the open back helps (didn't get too hot). It's an open back so you can't wear a bra but it buttons at the high neck. There isn't a zipper so you have to put it on over your head. Definitely fits true to size

This is THE style to rent if you want to make a statement. I am obsessed with the color & the open back is insanely gorg. For a fully backless dress, this style still had great support in the chest. Personally did not have to wear sticky boobs with it either! I am usually a size medium, but the size small fit perfectly because of the stretch.

This was a nice balance of conservative and sexy. The back definitely makes a statement. It's easy to wear without a bra and feel secure. I have broad shoulders and did feel the back hit me at an odd place but I still felt good in it.

I wore this to a formal dinner. Love the color, love the conservative front and sexy back, love the length right to the ankles. Really glad i rented this eve tho I didn't have an event.

This dress is the definition of sexy chic! I love how it feels on and the backless aspect is such a lovely surprise vs the conservative look of the front! I’m buying this one!!!

The color and fabric are incredible. I was very close to wearing this to our holiday black tie gala but the back was gaping at the sides and it would have needed to be taped down. I wanted to love it.

I never know what to do with full open back as I cant go braless. Fabric bunched at ribcage. Blue velvet is lovely though.

Unless you're rail thin and have no breasts, this isn't going to fit you correctly.
