Very classy and flattering. It would not work on a large bust size, but for it’s perfect for a smaller bust/shoulders.

Nice work dress that I also wore on the weekend. It's cute and comfortable. I did find that it pulled a bit at several places along the button line (and the pinstripes make that very obvious to the eye!). I used some fashion tape to keep things aligned. This happened despite the fact that it fit well with extra room (it was not tight on me).

I'm curvy so I belted the dress to give it some shape. Very comfy and professional. Sized you because I'm a 38DD and buttons are hard with a large chest. The buttons stayed out and I felt effortlessly professional.

This was so comfortable and versatile, I wore to work with mule shoes and around town with red sandals and to the store with converse tennies... LOVE this dress.

I wore this with a wide belt and it was super cute. However it was stretched tight against my bust and waist. I have a thick waist so that wasn’t entirely surprising but I have small/medium boobs so the tightness was unexpected. It does have some stretch so I made through the day ok. I’d order again but size up.

This dress is so flattering and fit so well that I ended up buying it! It was the perfect dress to add to my wardrobe of office attire. I am 5'9" and it was still plenty long to be work appropriate. Fits true to size.

Usually shirtdresses don't look good on my hourglass figure but this one was perfect. The bust & waist fit snugly and the flared skirt was so easy over my hips. Would definitely rent again.

This would have been cute for work, but it's cut really small and I had the dreaded gape in the buttons, so I couldn't wear it.

Fits a little loose in the waist. No belt. Nothing wrong with it, just not as awesome as the rest.

Had I sized up any more, the waist would have been waaaayyy too big. Tried belting but it didn't look right. Overall the fit and style were just not very flattering. While I liked how this looked in the pic, when I tried it on, it just didn't feel like me, so I never wore it.

About 2 sizes too small, very tight arms and tight across the chest. Size wayyy up if you have any curves. But cute! Nice fabric, hangs nicely. Great color.

It is a cute dress to wear with sneakers or sandals. But the fit was snug and sizing runs small.

It has all of the components to be classic and tailored but has too much going on and fit challenges that makes it looked messy and unfinished. Not chic and kinda messy looking.

The waist area looks super odd, I didn't wear it at all. I'm a hourglass shape with a bit of a tummy, this hit in the wrong spots

Doesn't fit correctly at all. The waist hits way below my hips and I'm 5'6. Couldn't wear to work and waisted a spot because of course i "already used my swap".

This looked cute in the picture, but it was terrible on me. Complete fail.

Loved the cut and styling of this dress. I wish I could have worn it. It wouldn't button across my chest. Beautiful seams and fabric with a full skirt makes this a classic shirtdress with a twist.

Loved this shirt dress (runs TTS). It has shape which made it really work for me as opposed to the typical shirt dress that never hang well on me. I wore this to work and on the weekend doing errands. I'll rent again!

I usually wear a 14 and 16 on the very outside. I rented the 16 and found that it was quite tight and was only able to make it work on my chest because I had an undershirt and unbuttoned the top 3 buttons. So size up by 2 sizes if you are unfamiliar with this designer. Otherwise, it is exceptionally well-tailored. I used it for casual friday but had no problem in achieving a professional look for meetings. It would easily translate into a happy hour outfit.
