Cute but casual all at once. This dress fits true to size, but has no stretch so I suggest sizing up for your back up size. Also, the cut in the front is kind of low, so keep that in mind. There is not a lot of room in the hip area, so if you have hips, this is another reason why you may want to size up. A standard bra is completely fine when wearing this dress, however I was fine without one.

I felt totally put together in this easy to wear number. The dark denim wAs perfect for work. Slightly lowcut but that was okay because I don't have much of a chest.

loved this number i nearly did not send it back. the only reason i didnt buy it is the vest part would have needed a tad alterations. at my age i just felt a tad too exposed and having to watch the cleavage. a tug at the shoulders would have pulled the vest tighter and been perfect. loved how every other piece of the dress fit it was perfect. great fun to pair with RTR kate spade purse and loved the various options for jewelry and shoes. i have a shrg style green sweater if the evening were to have gotten cool. if this goes on a better sale i would buy and pay to alter. so comfortable. the size down would have been too snug in the other areas so for that reason the fit was right on size wise.

I was able to zip it up half way. I'll have to order a size up when it's available. I loved the denim look and overall I was feeling comfortable and confident in it.

Such a fun little dress. Because it's denim it doesn't look too fussy but it's still different and a little sassy. The top gaped open quite a bit when I was sitting which was ok because I was at a cocktail party -- standing the whole time. But otherwise I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing it.

I read a few reviews that told me to size up. I am a 6 so I ordered an 8, the 6 wold have fit better. I wore the 8 though and it lied very nice & flat and was a little longer in length which was probably the plus side of getting a larger size, but next time I will stick with my size. This dress is not long and it is denim, so it is not formal. The cutout also makes it inappropriate for work. It is more a day date outfit. Loved it!

I needed to pin the top, I'm a 36DD and it was very low and revealing specifically when I sat down. I am assuming that is because the fabric is a thick denim. It held it shape and looked great all night.

Great for hanging out in the summer. Transitioned nicely from day to night. You definitely need something underneath because the front is super low cut.

This dress was great and fit relatively true to size, but it's short, low cut and somewhat tight. I wore it to dinner with a white short sleeve tee underneath and loved it! Not a good choice if you're not comfortable showing off your figure!

I wore this with a shirt underneath and navy tights. A white or print work shirt would have been perfect. I traveled in this dress, so it seemed to get shorter as the day went on. It went from cute to inappropriate for my age group.

I wore this with a tight white tank underneath since I wore it to work. This is a one piece and not detachable. Both the skirt and vest part were flattering although where the top and bottom attached was kinda obvious. I wish maybe there were no buttons and it would be sleeker, but I think more people should give this a try. I think this would fit those with a flatter stomach best...I don't think the vest part would work well otherwise.

This dress fit like a glove, which was a little surprising given my very pear shape. It's a thick jean material with a small opening between the skirt and top that wasn't noticeable when it was worn but provided some air flow. It hit above mid-thigh on me (couldn't bend over) but wasn't inappropriate. My only issue was the DVF-style gaping at the chest that seemed to get worse over time to the point a significant part of my bra was visible. It was easily fixed, however, with a small safety pin. Overall, a great rental!

Pros: Really comfortable with pockets! Lots of compliments. Cons: Very low neckline. You could see my bra if I wore one, and practically have a wardrobe malfunction if I didn't! Only solution was to wear a bralette, which I'm not a fan of doing, but had to. Other than that, I loved it!

Was more revealing than I intended it to be. Showed cleavage when I sat down and a glimpse of tummy when I stood up straight.

Very cute but wish it fit better

When I first saw this dress I thought it was adorable and would be perfect for me. When it arrived I was a bit disappointed. The fabric is very structured/tough. I thought it would be appropriate for work, but the neckline was too plunging and there is also a little peep through at the midriff. Meanwhile the material/look is too "formal" to be casual. Sent it back without wearing. :-( Could be cute, but not sure where it works.

I rented this for work and it was a tad bit too sexy. Too fitting, short and low cut for work. I didn't wear this. Maybe more suited for a night out.

Couldn't wear without a shirt under as it revealed 70% of my bra and chest without an undershirt. Looked funny w the tank under but I had no choice.
