This dress looks purple on the website but is more reddish in person. Wonderfully flattering cut with trendy bell sleeves. Wore with tights and boots to work and got lots of compliments!

Such a perfect fit. Sleeves hit right above the wrist and hem right above the knee. Cut was super slimming. LOVE!

This dress was perfect for the event I chose it for - my husband's work party. Would work well for daytime, work or a date. The cut was very flattering and the material was a really nice weight.

I loved this dress. It does run a bit small, so you might want to order one size up but that's just a number. I wore it with black leggings(it was cold out!), and I felt pretty and comfortable. It's hard to find that combo in a dress.

This dress fits true to size or a little smaller than true to size. It's got a seam right below the ribs that doesn't have much give, but I wore spanx and was totally fine! Size up for your backup size!

Wore this dress for a work bridal shower. Was a cute dress and I loved the sleeve details. A little short for work though. I wore stockings and the material got static-y and stuck to my stockings, riding up when I sat down. Cute overall but probably wouldn't rent again.

Fit is perfect. Flows and comfortable- short and cute but not too short for the office. Thought the float sleeves would get on the way but not at all.

Nice dress, medium weight silk with a little give. Very flattering shape, pockets are a plus. I am almost always a size 8, and am glad I listened to other reviews to order up a size--the 10 fit very well in arms, upper, and lower body. Quite a few compliments at work on this dress, although I didn't feel like it was super special. Probably wouldn't rent again, as I would rather keep trying various styles and fabrics. But glad I tried this one.

Wish I could have kept this dress. The fit was very flattering and loved the detailed sleeves and pockets. Might be tight for a larger bust size as it was very fitted in the chest and shoulders. Length was perfect not too short or long.

Body of dress fit great, but the arms were super small! This designer seems to run small in the arms in my experience. Couldn't wear because of how uncomfortably tight the arms were.

The fabric has absolutely no give. The bottom fit perfectly, but the top was so small that there was no way that I could wear it. Very sad. My last Derek Lam was so fab that I bought it. Also liked the print pattern & contrast cuffs, but not crazy about the feel of the fabric. If you're more than a B cup, this probably won't work for you.

As noted above, the dress runs small and short.

I rented this dress to wear to work. It's a lovely dress, but the fit was very off. I'm generally a 6 and rented the 6. The upper part of the sleeves were very tight and I don't have large biceps. The waist was also a bit tighter than I like, but would have worked if not for the sleeves. I may try this dress again and size up to an 8 or 10. I'll wait for other reviews before I decide.

I liked the sleeves and the material, but the waist did not seat well on me. Also, I was not crazy about the neck line, too high. It just isn't my style.
