There's a silly tassel on the side which made me feel like a curtain. Other than that small detail, I really liked this dress! I'm 5'8 and a 6 hit right above the knee. This dress can be dressed up or dressed down. Really great experience.

I wore this to two 1 year old birthday parties and to work. You can wear it anywhere. It was light and comfy.

I rented this for a trip over Labor Day weekend and loves the casual style of the dress but the cut is really elegant. The tassel detail is also really beautiful.

Wore this to a vineyard on a very hot summer day. The material is light and the pattern is beautiful. The layers on the skirt and YASSS detailing was adorable, got so many compliments! Would size down if you have a smaller waist, even if you are tall. Skirt is longer than it appears. Also great clips at the neckline to keep the top closed, was comfortable all day!

Ran big and the top was super blousy. The waist tie wouldn't stay tied because it's kind of a slippery rope type tie. I did like that it had a built in came since it is low cut so it was good for work.

Rented this for every day/work. It's a great transition piece now that it's nearly fall but still 95 degrees out. It's not the most flattering ever but it was very comfortable and easy to wear. The hooks on the top are a joke - you can see that I wore a camisole underneath. I also had a long cardigan for the office (for meetings)

I absolutely loved this dress except for the fact that the two hook closures in the front do NOT stay hooked. I had to use a safety pin to keep it from opening up. I wore this to my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary party. I think it can easily be dressed up or down. I would rent this style again!

I can't believe I forgot to get a picture of this one before I sent it back! I definitely plan to rent it again though. It's a gorgeous everyday dress. The print is just beautiful. The fit was really flattering. You should know that the front is open & held together with two hooks, so you'll need to wear a tank/bralette or something underneath. Great rental.

This was a rent the runway win, it still had the tags on it! Incredibly comfortable, I wore it to work and also wore it to a casual outdoor wedding. It's really breezy and the cut is flattering. there is a cord with tassel that hands to the side

It may be better for smaller chested girls, the front tends to gape open and it closes with two small hook and eye hooks (I had to wear a tank top under). Otherwise a great dress!

The bust and the mid section were too large. There are two clasps keeping the top together and one kept coming undone, which made it pretty indecent. Otherwise I liked the print a lot.

Got a lot of compliments on the dress, I would give a little heads up that it adds a bit of bulk to your hips, which for some is a positive, others a negative. You may want to wear a shirt underneath as the clasped top opens up to show your bra and skin (I fixed this by wearing a sports bra and it was no problem).

I wore this for a day of museum hopping and outdoor walking around. It was great for that as it was lightweight and loose. When it became chillier in the evening, this dress looked great paired with a denim jacket. The only negative I had was that the proportions were off with the waist on me. I tend to have a short waist, but this dress still had too high of a waist for my taste.

I went to the RTR flagship location in NYC for a last minute appointment two days before a wedding. They didn't have my exact size, so I had to go a size up. Obviously it was a bit roomier than usual, but it was very comfortable and fun.

Low cut for short people. The dress is plane and not the biggest fashion statement but it's very pretty. I will wear it to work with boots and a long denim

Like everyone has said, you do have to find some way to secure the front. The two clips do not stay clipped. Even if you pin it there are little gaps. The problem is that it's clearly supposed to be for flowy in the front, but the minute you pin it it looks more structured and a little awkward. Other than that it is an absolutely beautiful dress.

Cute dress, great fabric, waist and skirt are super flattering, the arm holes are very small.

I was the first to wear this dress (removed the tags!) and I loved it as a transitional piece from end-of-summer to fall. It was comfortable to wear, had a great eye-catching pattern, cool details in layering and tassel tie, and bridged the gap between work and play. That said, it is closed in the front by two hook-and-eyes which I felt were dangerously insecure - even though the top of the dress was a little big for me. I was concerned about both the gapping between the closures and the clasps popping over. That said, it is beautiful and comfortable. I'm still thinking of keeping it - and just adding another couple of hook-and-eyes!

the pattern is awesome, love the overlay and other details. really great quality. the only odd thing was the lack of bottoms for the top portion. from the waist up there were only 2 eye and hook closures that would come apart if i moved a certain way. also had a lot of gaps as a result so i wore a cami under. other than that, dress is awesome! i wld recommend a razorback bra so the straps don't show through. i'm typically btwn 2 and 4, 2 fit perfectly. hit a touch above the knee. great dress!
