Great work dress, comfortable, love this sleeve design compared to others from this brand (no elastic and less restrictive). Flattering and could dress up or down.

This is a great lightweight cotton (needs a good steam out of the bag) with deep pockets. I am usually between 0 and 2 and found the 2 to fit well, especially around the chest. Full skirt and sleeves and on the longer side.

I've been trying to rent the size 6 because i felt like the 8 was too big on the chest area but haven't had much luck. This is one of my favorite RTR rents and so badly want to buy it.

Love the cotton fabric, pockets, beautiful colors and pattern. Not a fan of the ridiculous over-sized poof sleeves; only drew more attention to my broad shoulders and large bust. Regular shirt dress sleeves please! The empire waist draw strings pull in right below my bust which I don't like.

Pretty material but the sleeves were not flattering with a large bust. Short waist did not help either.

Loved it except for sleeves.
