I LOVE this dress! I went to London for the week and wore it over black jeans and a turtle neck with a leather jacket. It was so so cute and comfy at the same time. The back has pleats, which would definitely look fun/flirty if I didn't have jeans underneath. I can see a ton of different ways to wear this dress depending on how I was feeling. The fit was just about right but with enough room to stretch over a thin turtleneck. Super recommend!

I wore this dress over a black turtleneck with black tights & booties. Really loved it and was tempted to purchase. I'm 5'8 and it would have been too short for me to wear without tights.

Comfortable all day

Okay, I went back and forth on true to size versus run small but I think the cut is just purposefully tight. I have some curves and I wore this to an offsite meeting with a cropped cardigan and received compliments but I was hyper aware of how fitted this was. Fitted- not tight. The stripe down the sides gives just enough wiggle room and the cut is perfection, plus how cute are the little frills on the back hem? My date really enjoyed this, so the next time I wore it to work, I paired it with a oversized cardigan. Not as many compliments but I personally felt much more comfortable. I had a very Hogwarts Librarian vibe which is the biggest compliment I could give this dress. Length was fine for work, and the fabric was warm enough for a mild autumn day temperature. -dressupbee

This dress fit well and is a nice plaid pattern. The material is thick, making the dress flattering. It fits very true to size. I really enjoyed wearing it, and I plan to rent it again!

I ended up wearing this dress, on a work day where we were also having a party in the park. I thought it fit the theme perfectly- Denver is all about plaid but I was able to make it my own by kicking it up a notch in a Designer plaid dress! I wouldn't have had it any other way! I loved the ruffle on the bottom! It was a great detail and people thought it was an awesome surprise element on the dress!

Even though I felt like it was a little too small in the size 10, it was so stretchy that it was really comfortable! I think this piece would be a great staple to have in your closet because it's so easy to layer and accessorize! It's also easy to take from work to dinner by changing your look with heels vs. flats or more dramatic jewelry. Love this dress, but size up if you don't want it to be too figure-hugging!

This dress feels like a dream. Extremely comfortable. Has a good stretch and doesn't smoosh large breasts. Great for curves. Hugs them but doesn't overshare. Will rent again.

I wore this to a networking event at work. It hit right above the knee so it was conservative with black tights on but still fitted enough where you could wear it out casually. I have a hard time finding dresses that fit well with my small size and body shape but this was perfect! Loved the flare in the back

This dress is made of a thick stretchy material and fit true to size. It seems very forgiving so it would work on a variety of body types. I paired it with a blazer to wear to work. The way it flairs out a bit gives it a fun detail.

Really like the back detail on this dress for work. It adds a touch of class! It is a figure hugging dress so be aware! Definitely will rent again!

This isn't the best picture, but this is the best dress! I am a sucker for all things plaid, and this is a great maroon, blue, and black plaid dress. The elastic ribbing on the sides keeps it from being constricting, but still fairly form fitting. The back hem detail is super cute. It's a great work dress that could be dressed up with a blazer! Will be renting this one again.

This dress is WAY more versatile (and comfortable!!) than it appears. The 0 was perfect for my frame. 5'1" 32D 105 lbs- hit right at mid knee. It has give, but size up for backup:) Rented as unlimited and expected to only wear to work styled one way.But Derek Lam used his super soft flannel with a good bit of give to it, the sides have black ribbed flannel with stretch as well so it ended up being a really versatile piece.The pic is silly, I was showing off the godet hem in the back when my friend snapped it! But that little gem is the best part and what lends to the versatility...Styled conservatively, great for work. Styled more casually (I alternated a shrunken navy boy blazer, and different black sweater cardigans-also wore w/heels one day& black, worn leather boots the next!) can go almost any wear. I received so many compliments on it- you'll love it!

This is a fitted, but comfortable, form-flattering dress. The colors are deep and lovely. The flair at the back of the skirt was not my favorite detail however - just not my style (rather conservative) and made the dress more formal than the family party i wore it to

I rented this dress through my unlimited subscription. It was really cozy and a great fit. The knit along the sides draw the dress in and the ruffle in the back gives the dress a great accent. The tartan plaid actually has black in it (it's hard to tell from the pictures) so I paired this dress with black tights and Tory Burch flats. Earlier I wore black wing tipped booties. I highly recommend this rental!

I loved this dress. I felt like it was the perfect fall office dress. The only issue I have with it is sizing... being a size 8 I was surprised how snug it fit in the chest area where I usually wear a 2/4. Thankfully the sweater material vertically down the side seams allows for extra give and forgiveness in trouble areas: aka, my hips, otherwise it never would have fit... but alas, it did and I received many compliments. I would rent this one again.

I debated whether or not to wear this dress. The fit was comfortable as the material stretches and the length hits just above the knee (5' 2"). It's a good weight for the fall but when I walked it rubbed with my tights and rode up a little. I like the pattern but the colors aren't very intense. The little flare in the back spiced up an otherwise average look for me.

Nice fit and stretchy so very comfy but was heavily pilled and faded.

I loved the stretch to this dress and the kick in the back was adorable. I usually wear an 8 and felt like a plaid sausage in that size. The only other available was a 12, and it still fit like a glove, so don't be afraid to size up!

Overall I liked this dress, and thought the ruffle details really added interest. The dress has side panels that stretch, and if you have a larger booty, it will lead to kind of an odd look from the side, where the panels stretch out. That was my only issue with the dress, and it would be great for women with a more straight line figure. It does run a little short as well, but that part wasn't an issue for me as I'm pretty short.

This dress looks like a formal work dress but it's so comfortable and the fabric is so soft it feels like pajamas. I loved this dress and my office staff called it comfy casual. This dress fit in all the right places

I wore this to work with a long sleeved fitted black top underneath and black tights. It was fitted and flattering while still being work appropriate. Would buy it if we were in the fall or winter, but since we are in spring entering summer, I probably wouldn't wear it anytime soon again....

This is a very cute dress, in subdued but pretty colors. The fabric was thick and soft, and there are stretchy side panels to help it hug your curves in the right places. The little flare at the back of the skirt is a fun feature. My one issue was that the dress did have a tendency to ride up, and I was constantly having to adjust it throughout the day. I wore it into work with a blazer over it, but it would easily transition to night. I would likely rent this again.

LOVE THIS DRESS. I would have bought it but the dress was a little too snug, well worn and pilling a little. (If it was ever in stock I would size up) Flirty ruffle at the back. Put a blazer over it, sweaters, and a jean jacket, such a comfy cute dress! The sides are very stretchy material so it's just very cozy.

Loved this dress so much I bought it. Can be dressed up or down, a jacket or none, accented my curves in a classy elegant way. Got so many compliments.

Great length, material, and fit. Very flattering and forgiving since it is so thick. It was a hot day here in LA and the dress kept me cool but didn't feel too overexposed for work lunch. Will think about buying this one!
