First thing: this dress was so slimming. People kept asking if I had lost weight. It was so COMFORTABLE. I wore it to a birthday party. Only downside is I received it with a stain on the back. I wore my hair down and that covered it up. It wasn't too low cut, in my opinion - and I wear a 30FF/32F bra. I didn't even need a cami underneath. I would have bought this in a heartbeat if not for the stain.

It's low cut but not crazy low. I should've picked a size up rather than a size down. I would rent this again.

I wore this to a baby shower - it was so easy to just thrown on - does not wrinkle and was flowy enough for me to eat and drink comfortably. The colors dark enough perfect for early spring or late fall but the floral makes it cheery! This would be good for someone with a large chest - the V-cut is not very low - I'm a 34D and it hit just at the right level, plus there was definitely some extra room in there for bigger sizes!

Wore this dress to an upscale brunch. I usually avoid a flutter sleeve since my shoulders are so broad but in this case, the way the sleeves hung, along with the rest of the dress, made me feel slim, and the cut really made my waist look small. I think this dress is really versatile - really considering purchasing this one.

This dress was perfect for a spring garden wedding- the fabric is nicer than it looks in the photos but is still light and flowy. The pattern and colors are gorgeous and it is flattering in its shape. I loved the flowy sleeves and the fit was great. I wasn't 100% crazy about the slightly asymmetrical hem, but otherwise I'd rent this dress again in a heartbeat. It managed to have very little cleavage while not making me feel dowdy. With my chest size, that's hard to find. Perfect for an outdoor wedding.

Wore to my best friends rehearsal dinner! So flattering and I could wear a normal bra with it.

I'm curvier on the bottom which wasn't a problem since the skirt is not fitted at all. Wish I could keep it!

Wow!!!!! This dress name my figure look amazing it's so flattering! It has flowy sleeves which I loved since my arms are not the most muscular! The print is stunning and I loved the deep green. Such a win

Got tons of compliments! A very nice lightweight fabric. Runs toght through the midsection, so be aware if ypu are self-conscious. Maybe order a size up if you want a looser fit in the tummy.

I wore this for a work event and received so many compliments. I wore a 2R and am usually a 4, but was glad that I did because the dress cinched at my waist perfectly; not too tight, not too loose. The v-neck was cut higher, which was appropriate for work. There is something very elegant about this dress and I'd highly recommend -- wear it work and then swap it out for booties, a wrap scarf, and a leather jacket at night and it's a little bit edgier.

Flattering cut. Comfortable. I had to size up one as per reviews due to the waist area...but I would still say this dress is still true to size as I have a relatively thick waist so I often have to size up one if fitted waist. Perfect length with flats format height. 5ft 7.

I've rented this twice now, because it's the perfect dress that looks great in an outdoor beer garden and a Napa winery. It's sexy with the deep V in front (I wore no bra, but you can wear a normal bra), and comfortable with the floaty sleeves and the way it skims your body. I'm 5'2" and it came almost to my ankles, which was a great length on me; on taller women it will be more midi-length.

The fabric, the fit, and the flow - everything about tis dress was perfect. I am 5'4" so I was a bit apprehensive that the dress would be too long, but the length was just perfect (with flats). It is such a comfortable dress that gives you shape without being overly tight in any particular area. I would 100% rent again and recommend!

The dress was perfect for dinner at French Laundry! I felt beautiful and elegant, but not overdone. I was a few months pregnant so luckily I sized up for a 4R, it wasn't tight around the midsection and very comfortable for stuffing my face all evening. Usually, I would have been able to wear the 2R. I wore about 1" heels and the dress didn't drag on the floor. Beautiful dress that was super comfortable to wear all night!

Seriously tempted to buy this despite the crazy price tag. So flattering yet comfortable. Bit of a boho vibe but fitted enough to look polished. In love with this dress!

This dress was incredible... perfect fit and gorgeous fabric/print. The neck is borderline low cut for work and the arm holes were a bit large, but it was a dream to wear. No cut or fit issues at all... would rent again.

This is one of those pieces that I'll end up keeping for a month and wearing it over and over again. You simply cannot go wrong with anything by Derek Lam. The dress is feminine and flows and you walk. It's lightweight and breathable. Cannot recommend enough!

This is a really flattering and fun dress for the office. The ribcage area is just a *tad* more snug than ideal (though zipping it wasn't a problem), but that's also what makes this dress more flattering than others of a similar genre. The fabric is flowy with great colors. The sleeves are airy and unique. All in all this is a great dress and I'd definitely rent it again!

Loved this dress so much, perfect for a casual-chic party! It was so comfortable and I felt so good in it. I wore size 4R but I'm sure 2R would've worked perfect too! I got so many compliments all night. The neckline comes down a little low, no need to wear a bra to get a sexy look. If you want a more reserved look, we would recommend wearing a black bralette underneath, or even a tank top. Super cure and great for any occasion!

Gorgeous, fun, flirty dress for everyday! I fell in love with this dress, and obsessed with how it can be dressed up or down. I wore it with white sneakers for a baby shower - feminine but still casual! The fabric was lovely, so flowy and comfortable. The flutter sleeves were a dream! Overall, amazing silhouette and extremely comfortable - no special underwear required. The waist is quite fitted, so I recommend choosing a backup that's one size up for maximum wearability. The v-neck is not low cut at all, which I really liked. This hit me mid-calf, so would possibly be floor-length for shorter people.

Lovely dress! Rented it for a family Christmas party in Aspen. Running true to size, I'd recommend ordering one size up for a backup size. The silk material is soft and comfortable. With little to no stretch, you may want to consider sizing up if you're curvier. The silhouette allows for you to wear a standard bra. At 5'7" the length hit just above my ankles. Looks great with heels or booties.

Loved this – easy, light, but substantial enough not to wrinkle in the heat. Definitely not a hip minimizer, but I felt feminine and chic in this.

I am petite, under 5" and it was long. I wore heels but even so I needed to hold it to go up steps. On simone taller the proportions would be a bit better I think. I have an extra inch or more possibly that I could have lost on top so the line divide on the dress would have been more under my bust. All that being said I loved this dress. I really felt great in it. You can wear a regular bra, I wore a spanx like bottom undergarment due to underwear lines, the fabric is not lined. The print is lovely. Also the sleeves were very forgiving in terms of appropriate length, which can be an issue for me #petiteproblems.

This dress is beautiful and modest. There is only a side zipper, so you may have to do some wiggling/maneuvering to get into the dress if you do hair/makeup first. Also, the bodice is pretty tight (right below the chest), so you may not want to wear a bra (I used fashion tape to secure the ladies). I wore this dress 4 months pregnant and it was very flattering on my little bump.

The waistline placement and draping of the skirt make this so flattering! Hits at the thinnest part then some forgiveness over the hips (but definitely isn't fit-and-flare). The pattern and fabric are lovely. I wore it with heels to a baby shower during they day then put on boots to go out to dinner at night. Got lots of compliments and felt great. Wish I could own this! Though it's true to size for me, I'd suggest going up in a backup size rather than ordering down.

very comfortable and flowy dress. came down essentially to my ankles, but still looked fine. the size 2 fit my waist perfectly. I sometimes wear a zero so would not size down. will definitely rent again. great for daytime events or more casual evening events in the spring.
