Cute, springy, easy. I loved wearing this.

I really liked this dress but didn't get many compliments on it. Very comfortable and the color is beautiful. Wish it was two inches longer! I will definitely wear at least one more time before returning but not to work.

Dress fit perfectly. I had to add tights since it was a bit chilly out but it is long enough to wear without.

So comfortable and looks amazing on! The ruffles on the sleeve and buttons down the front add fun details. Highly recommend!

Wonderful work dress with beautiful details and high quality material. Silk is very light but does come with a slip. Would be very easy to transition to fall or winter with tights. A boxier cut so felt a tad short as I am tall, but not inappropriate. Got tons of compliments throughout the day.

I love this dress! I wore to work then a date and got so many compliments all day. Fit was true to size and flattering despite being flowy rather than fitted. I can usually wear either a 0 or 2 and wore the 2 - I think the 0 would have worked, but the 2 was perfect and I was glad to have the extra space to move my arms freely since it has long sleeves. If it weren't so expensive, I would buy this dress in a heartbeat.

This is technically a dress but I wore it with fitted work pants. It comes with a slip, and though I almost never layer my outfits the slip and dress are of a very light material they hang on you and feel very comfortable. The neck line is non revealing and with the slip you don't have to worry about it being see-through. I wore it with a laced bralette and paired it with an embroidered heel I purchased from lulus.com. Tunic shirts / dresses are my jam so super happy with this one.

Size was great. It came with a sheer black slip for underneath which was nice. I'm 5'9" and it felt appropriate in length (which is rare for me). The print is fun and details are nice

Love love this dress! True to size and fell just above my knee. Got so many compliments! Wore with black sandals and a denim jacket for a date night, was a little bit dressier without the jacket for later in the night. The best part is the ruffles on the sleeves. Wore with a bralette—oh, and a black slip comes with the dress, so no need to worry about it being sheer!

This dress fits true to size- it's not fitted but still very flattering. Will definitely rent again.

Loved the retro floral print, the dress felt great on me and got a lot of compliments. The cut is a little girly but the colors are so rich and elegant - it was appropriate for both work and dinner after.

Gorgeous silk dress. Has a sheer slip that is fully separate - so you could use your own if you wanted. First time I wore it the slip was a bit tight and rode up even thought the dress was looser. Second time I wore it as a tunic over tights without the slip - not so sheer you need an undershirt or slip. Detail is fab esp the detail in the arms I tried to show in the pic. Buttons go all the way down. Only fit problem was in the upper arms. I don't consider my arms slim, so the upper part of my arm near the armpit was really tight- in sleeveless looks with Derek Lam I am fine with a 6 but will size up to 8 for looks with sleeves now. So if your arms are a little big or muscular, perhaps size one up for the tightness in upper arms.

I love 10 Crosby and this dress didn't disappoint. Fun to wear and comfortable all day.

I wore this dress to Christmas dinner and it was perfect. It's made from lightweight silk and comes with a silk slip dress so that there's not much show. The shoulders and chest fitted just right for me. There was plenty of room in the hips. I'm petite and used a belt to bring up the hem to above knee length and to give some shape. The sleeves are beautifully made and unique without being too fussy. I loved the unique colors in the pattern. I would love to own this dress.

You cannot go wrong with this shirtdress! Very flattering and comfortable. The pattern is beautiful and the deep green color will compliment any skin tone. Very light weight fabric, just a little see through so you might want to consider wearing a slip under. The tie makes this shirtdress so chic. Love it!

This stunner from Derek Lam fit like a glove! Running true to size, it was an overall relaxed and flowy fit. Comes with a black slip for underneath which was perfect.

This is a beautiful dress. I wore it for work and felt like a million bucks. It's light weight, sheer materials is comfortable and perfect for the summer heat. it has a nice lining as others have mentioned that does run smaller and more fitted to your frame. The dress itself is loose fitting and flowier. the dark green is beautiful and a hunter color. I had so many compliments people were telling me days later how much they liked it. Will definitely rent again.

Fit Great maybe a little tight in the arms but I would not have sized up for that. Nice design elements to the dress and it was a great easy piece to wear to work!

Loved this dress! Wore 3x and will rent again! You can wear it casually with gladiator sandals or flats for daytime wear/work and also dress it up to go out with heels or like I did, thigh high suede boots! I felt flirty & comfy in this dress & received so many compliments! People stopped me while walking in the mall to ask me where I got my dress! Will order again & possibly buy!
