This is a loose fitting shift dress with a knit collar. It's amazingly comfortable and flattering. It can be dressed up or down with shoes and accessories. I wore it on an outing and outdoor dinner. Fabulous. I own something similar and love it!

This dress is so light and comfortable! I ended up belting it to create more of a silhouette, since the cut is straight up and down. It hit just a tad above the knee. I'm large chested, so I was so happy to see the back zipper! I usually wear a size 8 dress to accommodate my chest, but I was able to wear my normal size 6 in this.

Rented this for work and also ended up wearing to a wedding mass. Nice fabric but can wrinkle a little after sitting. Easy fit

This dress was incredibly comfortable and easy to wear. It was great for work even with the cut out which was very minimal. I got a ton of compliments and I am considering buying it.

I love this dress! I wore it to church then for a day at a winery. The side cut out is barely a cut out but the white is such a fun surprise. The lines on the dress have a bit of tan in them but you don't really notice. Nice slits on the sides make it super comfortable to sit in. The chest is a little tighter fitting than the rest of the dress. It wrinkled a little after sitting in church for an hour or so then more sitting in the car driving to the country but it wasn't too noticeable. I wore a strapless bra and tan wedges.

Oh my gosh. This dress is comfortable and good for so many occasions. I absolutely love it, and if I could afford it- I would buy it in a heartbeat! True to size, relaxed but flattering fit. Length was good.

This dress is amazing and it fit like a dream. It's obviously on the looser side since it's a shift dress, but it looked awesome in person. I wore it with tan booties but it could be dressed up or worn with sandals. I may buy it; I can't stop thinking about it!

Was a little worried about the fit over my hips, but it was totally fine. Definitely runs true to size with comfortable room at the bust. Length is great for work, even with side slits. Wore this with a standard bra and didn't worry at all. The dress looks a little straight on the model, but works well over hips also. Definitely will rent again.

Don't be intimidated by the cut outs, they are barely there and this dress is shockingly work appropriate. Runs like a normal shift dress, so I opted for the 6 instead of the 8 (i'm in between sizes.) I could have gone with either. I loved this dress, and never wanted to give it back.

This dress was just an easy piece to wear. The 8 fit me great, though I am sure I cou do have done a 6 except it may have gotten tight at the bust; 8 was perfect for my 34/36 D bust. Cutouts were modest and completely appropriate for work or everyday use. Length on me at 5'3 was just at the top of the knee, but the straight cut made this work well. Tiny slips (about 2-3 inches) on sides for movement at bottom. I included an up close pic - the neckline has a crew/ cotton weave and dress is not actually pure black and white, you can see little tan specs in there. Excellent rental, will rent again for an easy piece to work and everyday fun.

Immediately fell in love with this dress! I loved how light the fabric was, but it still felt formal enough to wear to a summer work event or an elegant dinner. It runs true to size, and I suggest going up one size as your backup since the bust is a bit fitted and the fabric has no stretch. I also recommend this dress to A to C cup sizes. The pleasant surprise to this dress are the side cut outs under the arms. They are small but add an edgy element to the dress. I would pair this dress with black sandals for an afternoon out and dress it up with pumps, bangles and red lipstick for a dinner date.

I liked this dress and wore it twice - on the weekend and to work. I would have loved it if the fabric didn't wrinkle as easily. The dress was already wrinkled upon arrival and continued to wrinkle further with wear. I also have curves and the fabric gathered on my lower back instead of fitting smoothly, but a larger size would have been too big everywhere else.

I rented this as part of my unlimited membership, and ended up wearing it 3 times! I wore it to work, out for drinks and dinner, and again on vacation at a BBQ. So cute, and flattering! The built-in bandeau look is a cute touch. I'm considering buying this dress. Great, classic yet trendy piece! I am normally a 2/4 and the 2 fit perfectly.

I loved the subtle detail on the side of this dress and the fluid silk fabric. It was polished and easy to wear with flat sandals for an evening outdoor event.

I wore this to Brunch with my husband. It is casual but has sexy and cool color blocked and cutoit details. LOVED IT !!!!

Favorite rental so far. I almost bought it. This will work for hot weather only - it's very thin fabric and unlined. This made it feel cheap compared to other RTR rentals when I first took it out of the bag, but the cut was very flattering on, and the dress is cool. I had two strangers stop me to tell me they liked my dress. The white inset in the armholes covers he side of a bra, but there is a v-shaped cutout below it. I felt like I got away with this for work - it's a small cutout and not at all in-your-face. It worked well also for an unseasonably warm weekend.

I didn't want to stick out too much at the wedding I was going to with a bright color, so I rented this dress after trying it on in store. I rented the 6 and 8, and could have worn either, just depends if you like the dress more flowy or more snug. Loved the tiny little cut outs on the side...made me feel just a *little* edgy, even though they are so small others likely didn't even notice them. Wore with gold jewelry and black and white block heels and thought it looked great.

It is very comfortable and modern looking. The dress is basic but fun for summer. I am not sure if you can tell from the photos but it has kind of a bandeau cut out on the sides so it looks like you are working a bandeau top underneath. I wore a black cardigan over it for work and you couldn't tell there are cut-outs on the sides of the dress.

I wore this dress out when I rented with my Unlimited subscription. Love the fit, length, and little peep hole on the sides. I have a smaller chest so didn't have to worry about my bra showing. It's very comfortable and transitions from work to night out very easily. Wanted to buy!

This is one of my top favorites from RTR. I wore this shift dress to work and a party after work - with black tights and a black bodysuit to insulate for the cooler weather. The dress material is very lightweight with a knit collar to make it more sporty style. The vertical lines of the fabric pattern gave the illusion of height which was great for a petite person. It comes in S-M-L and I chose the Medium.

Very modern. Great fabric, great fit and very flattering. I wore it to work and make it more causal with sandals and a coral necklace. Loved it and could have easily dressed it up for a wedding or evening event.

This dress is awesome - I wore it on a number of different occasions - work with heeled sandals, with white flat sneakers for after work drinks, and flat sandals to a casual weekend dinner with girlfriends. The cutouts are very small and hardly noticeable - I was a little nervous to wear to work but was totally fine. Even though the dress isn't fitted, the cotton collar makes it chic and modern. Very lightweight material and the tan accents in the strips are really cute. Love it!

Comfortable and stylish- I paired this with a white blazer and Vince mules for work, and the subtle cut outs were great to dress it up for after work drinks! The fit is pretty loose, but I ordered a size up to fit my chest.

Fit is great. I'm a size 2 or 4. I got the 4. Loose fitting but not baggy. LOVED it! Will rent again and possibly purchase. It's that good!!

The title pretty much sums it up! I usually wear a 0 in derek lam but got a 2 so i would have a looser fit for work. I got a million compliments and was so comfortable all day. Since I'm on the shorter side, the dress fell just below the knees (so longer than on the model), but it looked great with a pair of chunky black platform sandals. Totally effortless outfit.

The dress works great for office or a casual summer stroll around the city. Keeps you cool even on a hot day, doesn't wrinkle that much. The cut and stripes are very flattering. Fits true to size and has no stretch, so go with a larger size if in doubt.

Fit is great - very comfortable and true to size. I was able to wear this twice. I wore it for an anniversary dinner and then dressed it down for a work meeting. If anything I could have fit into a 6 and it would have been a bit tighter, but the 8 fit perfectly. I wouldn't recommend sizing up in this. It is a flattering dress overall.
