First of all the slits go all the way down the arms not just the shoulders! This was a great fitting dress for work but only when I added a blazer to it in order to make it office appropriate. The necktie was a beautiful accent and was necessary for the semi-low cut neck. Loved wearing this.

A rare fail for me with this designer. Didn't like the look of the long-split sleeves. Bad static. Flimsy skirt section. A lot going on at once with this dress. Good quality overall. Can wear neck open or tied. I wore with a long jacket over the top to get one use out of it. I hope it will work better for others.

Firs like a glove

The print on this dress was gorgeous! Unfortunately the fit was really odd. I usually wear a 2 but sized up to a 4 in this. It was very fitted across the waist and hips but was very baggy under the arms and around the chest.

The sleeves of the dress are actually open so the entire arm shows. I rented this for work and found it a little too revealing. The neckline is also very low if you have a bigger bust so you have to tie the straps at the neck correctly for a more modest look.

Arm holes were a bit bigger

The dress fit nicely but I wasn't a fan of the asymmetrical hem. It was too long for my body

I think this fit how it was supposed to, but it wasnt flattering on me. It gave me no shape and sort of hung like a sack.

Fit properly, but was just a little too lowcut for work. Returned without wearing.

I didnt get that the sleeves have slits them. It isnt as work friendly as i had thought.
