Excellent fit, great detail, not simple and plain, but fun.

I wore this to work under a cardigan and also to a concert. It was so versatile! The design was unique and the material was quality!

This blouse was beautiful and the cut was fabulous! I wore it to three different meetings paired with jeans and pumps. It was perfect alone or with a jacket over it.

Love everything about this top, very comfortable and gave a nice polished look, great for work. I have board shoulders so was worried about the zipper, but it zipped up just fine

This was my first Derek Lam rental, and I loved it. All previous reviews and pictures were super helpful. I am 135lbs and 5'2. I normally wear a medium in shirts and rented this in a size 10. Perfect for work, can be dressed down for weekend I imagine. Very comfortable, easy to wear and matches most neutral color pants/skirts. Love it so much, considering purchasing.

A bit cropped for my taste but overall I loved the color, fabric and cut of this top. There is cool texture to the shirt, too. The neck was not too tight. Zipped up fine but the hook enclosure was hard to secure by myself. Perfect for fall/ winter in North Florida. I wore it to work and out one night. For work, I opted for black bootcut pants and tucked the shirt in front just a little. Added a fun belt and felt very classy. For a night out, I ore it with skinny jeans. One thing to watch out for are breezes. The shirt has a tendency to blow around a bit. But this is why I loved it! I would order this again.

Loose and flowing design but still very flattering. Tucked in or out. Dressed up or down.

Lovely fabric. Cool details: a drape across the front; delicate black piping, fabric is gathered at the neck. Comfortable. Fabric drapes but does not stretch. Appropriate for work, a casual party, or a date night too.

Amazing detailing and flow. Can be worn in any season. I received a ton of compliments on this.

This top is flowy, but is still flattering. I wore it with jeans one weekend and tucked into a skirt for work. The turtleneck is comfortable as well.

Great fit. Gorgeous and stylish! Snug but comfortable around my neck. Feels more like a petite fit-- a little short in length but just perfect for my height.

Really liked this with dark jeans. So comfortable and loose but yet looks polished. Size 2 was slightly big in the arm holes, might try a 0 if I rent again.

The material is lovely and the print is nice for early fall. The extra flap of material on the left side is slightly awkward if tucked in, but I kinda liked it. The neck wasn't too tight for me.

I got this to wear to work, but ended up wearing it for a date and then for a day out and about paired with jeans. I'm milking this rental! Love how comfy it is, the vintage-looking pattern, and the feeling of being both feminine and badass. If it weren't $200 to buy, I'd make it a permanent part of my wardrobe!

Everyone is right. This shirt is amazing. I wore it like 10 times. I wish I could've bought it and honestly even considered the three-digit price tag for way too long. It's a work shirt! It's a life shirt! It's weirdly not smelly even when worn 3 days in a row in peak summer humidity! Sigh. I miss this shirt.

I absolutely loved this top. It's dressy enough for work, but also lightweight & super comfortable. It's hard to tell in the photos how intricate the pattern & stitching is on this top, but in person, it's quite elaborate & makes it seem very well-made. If it was slightly less expensive, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

The fit was loose and flowy, exactly what I wanted it for. Wore it to work, out for drinks, and on a daye. Great for all occasions. Colors are amazing. Fabric is light. Fit is exactly as expected. 10/10 would re-rent.

I absolutely live this too. The fabric and construction have so many interesting details, yet its very subtle. The flow of the flap of fabric on one side when you move, the texture of the fabric, the color with both midnight navy and a little black, the ruching at the neck, the slight hi lo hem (you csn leave out, tuck or half tuck). Its all great. I wore with skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans AND black silk crop pants. Lots of compliments.

I wore this to work with dress pants and a cardigan and then again on the weekend with jeans and booties. Absolutely love the detail on this shirt. Tons of compliments. The neck is a little tight and the length would be short on someone taller than me.

I loved the colors of this top, the cut and fit. It was perfect for a casual dinner at a friends house.

Would buy this if I could afford to. It is much prettier in person. The fabric is subtle, with an embroidered black on black pattern on top of the floral pattern. There is an extra layer that wraps around the left side from the neckline. Flattering cut as well.

I wore this top to work many times. It goes with jeans or slacks and has a great shape. Very unique. Light enough for summer and would pair nicely with a blazer for fall.

The top fits well and the detail is very nice. The colors are a bit dull, would be better for winter than spring. It is a very comfortable top, would consider renting again for a different season.

I voted that this top was true to size because while I felt it was flowy and oversized, it was tight around my chest. So much so I wore it with a sports bra instead of a bra bra. It was also much shorter than I expected, but worked fine with work pants or could work with a skirt. Overall it was a cute top, very different

Very pretty colors & fabric...a bit boxy & a little tight around the neck by the end of the workday! Not stretchy...I’m a 36B, 5’4” & wore the 10.

Much cuter on than I expected but I would choose to wear without a jacket. The details on the side make it look bulky/frumpy under a jacket. It's still pretty cold here, so not an option for me. Also, probably would not rent again. A little busty so I feel like the cut drowns out my waist/shape.

I loved this top and received lots of compliments. It's great to dress up or down and is perfect to transition from work day to happy hour. Easy to wear, light, airy, and great colors that could go well with navy, dark green, tan, or many other pant or skirt colors. I would absolutely buy this top if it were a bit less expensive.

Rented this to have options for work in the summer, and easily wore it twice a week. Not a showstopper, but distinctive enough to be more interesting than a solid color. Forgettable enough to rewear often. The extra panel wasn't an issue for me.

This shirt was true to size and resulted in compliment after compliment. It is very flattering and the material is very soft. Literally zero complaints & I wore it every week as part of my RTR Upgrade program!

Perfect top for work!

Loves this top. I do not often go for high necks but tried it out and felt it added a level of formality which I did not expect. It is flattering and a good work option.

Loved the flow of the fabric, and the color palette was super flattering. I hit the "buy" button halfway through my workday after the second compliment. I'm not usually one for florals, but this just felt like I could wear it to anything.

Got multiple wars out of this top. Great color with some subtle detail in the pattern. Fit is TTS. Hits right below hip, still long enough to tuck in but looks good even if left out. Fabric is a silk blend so it breathes and is not too hot. Will rent again.
