I loved everything about this shirt! I loved the fit of it, and how it's such a modern and young twist on a traditional style. I'd say it fits true to size, and the Medium was perfect even with a full bust.

This top fits true to size. The material is thin so you can wear this on a warmer day. I loved the variation in stripes and the ruffle detail across the sleeves and back. I wore this with black leather pants and flats.

I have really gotten into boxy tops lately, and when I saw this as an option in my size, I hopped on it. I tried it on and the shirt fits quite well, save for being a little tight in the biceps. But for Derek Lam standards, I was very pleased something this designer made not only fit, but flattered, a pear-shaped me. Just got a fancy new office job and I'll be sure to rock this top!

I loved all the details with the two different stripes and the fringe along the arms and back. I rented this for a conference and paired it with dark-wash skinny jeans. Button-downs are always a gamble for me because of my larger bust, but I didn't have any gaping issues with this one. LOVED it!

I took this top to NYC for a long weekend. It was a perfect companion for the daytime visiting restaurants and museums. It can be paired with jeans or more dressy pants and heals. The best part was the detail in the back. Sweet ruffle goes across the back and down the sleeves.

This has a boyfriend kind of fit, and it was just right. Long and flattering, and the ruffle details were unexpected and very welcome! I got so many compliments, and found it to be super comfy. I wore it at least a few times throughout my rental period, and will definitely plan to rent again for work.

I sized up to accommodate broad shoulders and the fit was relaxed and comfortable. The sleeves were long enough which is always a challenge for me. No pulling through the back or chest. I wore it a couple of times without needing to press it. It actually survived a trip in the gym bag and looked great. Can be dressed up a little but works well with both dress or casual pants. I thought it looked best untucked as the stripes are cut off with tucking

Perhaps a straightforward blouse, but I really appreciated the pattern and extra ruffle detail to give a little something extra. Very comfortable to wear!

So cute! I got so many compliments. I like it so much im thinking of buying it. It runs a tad large, i could have gone fpr a slightly smaller size, but it still looks great.

Didn't love the ruffles but I still wore it.

Would have loved to wear it to work but came in just too big to wear. I'm petite and pretty busty, typically a small fits well but this was large both in the chest and shoulders. Would recommend sizing down.

Wore this to work with black jeans. Standard staple type of shirt
