I got so many compliments wore it to work with a skirt tucked in, to lunch one day and back to work with dress pants!

I love this top! I received lots of compliments and it was great with cropped pants and wedges! It is very billowy and I would recommend going a size down. It was a little big under the arms but still very cute!

I wish I could own this tank! I absolutely love the fit - it is very true to size, but if you are looking for a more tailored, snug fit, I recommend sizing down. I prefer the oversize look and went with my true size 4 but could have easily gotten away with sizing down. The two materials are great - the top is similar to a sweatshirt while the bottom is similar to that of a classic collared shirt. I chose to wear this with a skirt and booties but this would be great with a variety of outfits! LOVE!!

Great for a short torso like mine. The sweatshirt material goes well with the more traditional tailored white section. The top definitely has a casual vibe. I found that the white section needed ironing but when iron it fell nicely. I love this line, it's a great shirt for casual weekend plans.

Grey layer is a thin sweatshirt material while the white layer is a more structured work shirt fabric. I wore this to work styled with black jeans and black booties! Very cute overall but two downsides; 1) the white part wrinkles easily and 2) if you have a longer torso than the slits on the side may be a little risqué for work. Fortunately I'm pretty short so the slits on the side didn't show too much skin.

This was cute but not amazing. I wore it once with jeans and found it a little big. The white underlayer was fairly stiff and didn't hang well.

This shirt I wore a ton over two weeks. It was just so easy to throw on and match with basically anything. I tucked in the bottom once for a tighter look and I thought it was perfect. The light gray is one of my favorite colors to work with, and I highly recommend this shirt!

It's low cut so I would recommend a tank top. I thought it was super cute!

I sized up (both because I prefer a loose cut and because it was available). I loved the cotton fabric, the deep v neck, the length of the back. Interesting cut, but easy to wear.

Definitely a looser fit. I'm smaller up top so the 6 worked for me.

Fits really well. There is a slight gap that can show your midriff between the white front and the grey back.

I loved this piece. It is extremely comfortable. I saw no issue in the side view, I thought it was extremely flattering from all angles. Definitely flattering for individuals whom are like me with a small bust size.

This ran a bit large so make sure to size down.

So I really loved this shirt. I think I could have went a size smaller even and I normally wear a 6 and got the 4. I couldn't actually wear it to work which was my original reason to rent it. The pieces from the front and the back are not sewn together which could show some skin and wasn't appropriate for teaching 1st graders. I would have loved this for a night out though. The fabric was nice and for me the length was good.

Really loved this top. Paired with black slack for work and jeans at night. Had that right balance of sophisticated casual.

It was a tad big but none the less cute. kind of flowy and not a tight shirt. you can really dress it up for happy hour or wear to work with a cardigan.

Wanted to try out RTR so got this for my son's birthday party. I felt totally comfortable and more dressy than normal. Love that it covered my tush in the back. A bit low cut but had a tank underneath (just because of the occasion. Had 2 people ask where I purchased... I love to have new outfits to wear and appreciate good quality clothes but I don't have too many formal events. Hope RTR gets more "Everyday" items in stock.

This runs a bit big. It is a cool built-in layer piece--with a blazer it looks like a whole look.

Enjoyed wearing it to both work and out to dinner. Only surprise was that the slits on the sides comes up to where the fabric changes so may show a bit of skin at times.

Ordered a size 6 (my norm), but this fits like a 10! Very very large. I'd still wear it though, since it's still pretty cute as an "oversized" tank. Just make sure your bottom half is emphasized with some skinny jeans!

This top ran much bigger than expected. It is comfortable and cute but the side cutouts (or gap between front/blouse and back/knit portions of the shirt)are kind of weird and not really office appropriate. A cool top though.

Great shirt for a blazer. This runs big I should have ordered a 10. I rented the 12 and for work put a long sleeve shirt underneath and wore with my suit. The white part wrinkles easily.

I found this too big but rtr doesn't seem to order 0 in this brand. V neck is flattering. I wore with jeans and heels.

Fairly still cotton, so the press job has to be good or it looks wrinkles, like I kind of did. But I liked it, it was cute

Classy and cute, but a bit billowy at the stomach area. It's one of those shirts that either needs a bit necklace to weigh it down, or risks having people wonder if you might be pregnant.

The structure of this top is amazing...I felt so fashionable in it and the fit is super flattering. Would rent a 6 next time (my usual size, but wasn't available). The only thing kind of weird about it was the white fabric. Reminded me a bit of a child's waterproof mattress cover but I can see why a stiffer fabric is needed to achieve the desired silhouette. I'd for sure rent this again.

I really liked this top, I wore it to a concert in Santa Barbara (it was outside and a very warm fall night). I loved how comfortable and easy it was to wear, especially on such a warm evening. The only negative was that it fit a little big. I probably should have worn a 0, but they didn't have that size available when I ordered it.

runs large. i found the style to be unflattering. i'm 5'9" and 140lbs

I wore this over a simple pair of leggings on a day I was running errands just to bump up the outfit a little bit. The top was SUPER soft and comfy but found it a little boxy and not flattering. Plus it wrinkled extremely easily so didn't look the same at the end of the day. Still a cute, versatile top though! If I were to rent this again, I would wear it to work instead

This was very comfortable and cute enough to wear to work and then to an event after with a leather jacket on top. I have a longer torso so definitely noticed the gap on the sides where the fabric doesn't meet more than some others might. I ended up wearing a thin tank underneath.

The shirt was nice and convenient for casual and/or work use, but nothing unusual.
