I really was surprised at how well this fit and looked. The material is substantial while still being comfy and cool.

This is a great dress. The weight of the fabric makes it hang nicely. It’s not too short, not too long. Great color. The defined waist makes it very slimming. It’s one of those great one and done items that perfect for running errands or going to lunch on Saturday. It also works for casual Friday at the office. The 3X was quite big, so I replaced it with the 1X for a better fit. I’ll probably buy this one.

This was borderline too short for work, but ok because of my height. However, it was too long in the torso and the zipper bumped out down my back. It was a little tight in the midsection and hips for an A line skirt, but the chest fit perfect. It seems like this is like be better as a play dress despite the professional-looking style and thicker fabric.

The fabric on this dress was a stretchy dream! I get like it hugged me in all the right places and the waistband helped create a thin waist illusion.

This fits so comfortably....perfect length and perfect neckline that is office appropriate.

I rented this and one other for an outdoor summer work event. This one was a bit too casual but was perfect for just a regular work day. Loved how it fit and would totally own it if I had a chance!

Pretty dress. Got lots of compliments. It was a little big but wore anyway. Only issue was that it kept bunching up by neck and the hook was getting caught in my hair.

I felt like this dress was a little tight. I rented the medium and it fit but I didn't feel like it looked very good on.

Great Casual Friday option. I bet you could dress it up but didn't even want to put in the effort to find right accessories. The dress was memorable and I would rent again.

I ordered the medium (as recommended) and it was very snug, so I couldn’t wear it. Though I think it was well made in terms of structure, I was not impressed by the material, which was basically Jersey.

Not a great fit/not very flattering, sort of boxy, too low cut for me for work. Makes me think of an old school flight attendant outfit which I thought was cute but just didn't look good on me.

The dress itself was very pretty, and I liked the feel of the fabric. However, it was not flattering on me at all. I did not wear it because it made me look completely pregnant and just accentuated my postpartum belly.

This dress is perfect for daytime wear. It could be dressed up with a blazer for a less formal work environment. The empire waist is flattering and the ponte fabric is just the right thickness.

This dress is adorable. Fits snugly but the knit fabric is thick enough to be forgiving. Super comfortable. Super cute. What more can you ask for?

Perfect work dress! I am 5'10 and it wasn't too short (as many dresses are) and wasn't too low cut (as many dresses are). All in all great staple work dress!

I love this dress. The fabric is heavier and lays and really well. It hides imperfections even without wearing a slip or light shape wear. Draper James' fit is usually hit or miss on me as a 6 or 8 is often slight tight in the chest but too loose from the waist down. I didn't experience that in dress. The M has room but not too much that it is unflattering. It is a cute and well-made summer dress.

I love this dress because it flairs out just enough to flatter but not so much I feel silly. I had to wear a cami underneath because I'm a teacher and I didn't need cleavage (there wasn't much). If I got it again I would go one size down.

stretchy like a t-shirt. i ordered generous on the sizing and could have gone with a L instead of an XL. but still cute.

I LOVED this super versatile dress; I got a ton of compliments on it! It works for casual Friday or really most summer events; you can really dress it up or down with the right shoes and accessories. The coverage is great but it still looks very chic, and the fabric is very comfortable. The top half was a little bit big, but I still have a postpartum baby bump, and I loved that I still felt super cute in this dress without making my little bump obvious. For that, I will happily tolerate a little extra space in the top. I can't recommend this dress enough!

Loved the fabric and pattern of the dress. However, it was too big on top yet tight through the middle, which is the problem area that I try to hide with an A-line style. It showed my stomach pooch :-(
