Got this to wear over a jumpsuit to an outdoor november wedding. Warm and comfortable - arms in or out, buttoned or unbuttoned - lots of options! Really enjoyed renting this.

Needed an easy outer layer and this fit the bill. Super stylish & easy to wear over a shoulder brace (broken shoulder) - received many compliments. I was pleasantly surprised at how it made the most casual clothing look upscale.

I wore this as a blazer for when I was in Syracuse for work. It did get a little TV time as well. I wore a lightweight sweater underneath and paired it with spanx leggins. It was perfect.

Was hesitant at first because you know, cape - but I just fell in love with it! Warm enough for Seattle in February with layers but great too for a date night in warmer temps (like 60). Received lots of compliments and felt very stylish. Just couldn't send it back!

This is a quality piece, heavy and warm. I enjoyed wearing it and received lots of compliments! I normally wear a medium in clothes and jackets but I read other reviews saying it runs large so I got a size small and it was perfect.

Lovely cape coat perfect for in between seasons. My only complaint is that I rented the M/L size (I'm normally a size 8/10) and it was HUGE! I could have fit another person in with me! I'd rent again, but this time in a size small.

I had so much fun with this cape! The quality is great, so fun to wear with jeans or wore with black leggings and red rain boots. Also wore it with a burgundy Parker dress I rented and the pair looked so great together! I thought ahead and wore handle bags or clutches with this so didn't really bother me that you can't wear a shoulder strap. Was warm enough for the cold snap we've been having in SoCal. I highly recommend renting this!!

I wore this all day indoors at work on a rainy Friday and it was perfect. It would be fine outdoors, too as long as it's 50's. I think any lower temps would be a little chilly considering it's a cape and not a jacket. It is itchy as said in other reviews but not if you have on a long sleeved shirt. I paired it with a turtleneck and it was fine. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and would highly recommend for maternity wear! So flowy and comfortable. I don't foresee this as an everyday jacket, but great to add a little flair to an outfit. It could go casual or very dressy.

I rented this to wear over a Christian Siriano black ruffle dress and the two paired very well. You think "cape"? But it's a great winter-to-spring transitional piece, especially when you're wearing it with a dress that has ruffle sleeves. The herringbone wool is lovely, although I do think the choice of buttons cheapen the look but that's just me. The dark blue silk lining helps counteract that.

The shoulders are much more structured than I expected so it got all bunched up around my neck if I tried to raise my arms or wear it with a shoulder bag. I enjoyed the look but found it too awkward for everyday use.

This cape is immensely unflattering. I grew up catholic and the first thing I thought when I saw myself in the mirror was how much this circular non-shaped garment looked like priest robes. The arm holes are also located in a really awkward place at the front. This isn't so much a cape as it is a carpet parachute with holes.

I absolutely loved wearing this cape! I would definitely recommend it for mid-40s to low-50s weather, though. It was the perfect weight for those temps, but I wouldn't pick it for anything colder. Got so many compliments on this piece!

Chicago is a little too cold for this piece in wintertime. I thought I would wear it much more. Fits great and it's a good quality. Cute!

I wore this twice - once on a date and another time to work and lunch. I would have worn it more if I could! The fit is really flattering and I got lots of compliments both times I wore it.

High quality and fun design. Ordered it a bit too late in the spring season to get good use out of it.

My shoulder width is about 15.5" across and the interior shoulder measurements of this cape is about 18" across, so it tended to add a bit of bulk to my frame. The fabric is a bit scratchy, especially around the neck, but it IS nice and warm. It's a good item, but unless it is perfectly fitted to your shoulders, it loses the sleek appearance that I value in a cape.

I could not figure out when/where I would ever wear this. It was cute! But you can't carry a shoulder bag with it so it felt like something you only use when you're bag-less or using a clutch and I just *shrug*

Ladies, I WANTED to love this cape, as I fell in love with it when I first spied it on RTR. It has a Holmes-ian chic vibe, and I was so excited to order it. Sadly, it looked big, billowy and awkward with everything I paired it with. Maybe it's a good fit for taller girls, as I'm on the shorter, petite side. Oh well.

Warm and heavy, sometimes a little awkward with the sleeve holes.

I could not love this cape more. It's weighted - perfect for cold weather. It's versatile - will totally go with SO many outfits. I feel classy and grown but not stuffy...love. Will absolutely rent again.

I liked this classic, fun cape--although, I ended up wearing it less than I thought I would. It's tricky, even in Texas, to find a day when it was cool enough for heavy wool but warm enough not to have sleeves. The times I wore it I really liked it, though. It's the perfect thing to rent, in my opinion--the style is great to try but I probably don't need to own.

I rented this for a recent trip to NYC. The overall fit was good although the arm holes could have been a little smaller. I really had to keep my arms down otherwise the large arm slits made it feel like I wasn't wearing a coat.

Got compliments every time I wore this cape! I don't want to return and am considering buying it. This is great for a Southern winter but but since it is a cape and your arms are out, it might not be best for super cold weather.

Rented the M-L since the small was out of stock. I like oversized tops with skinny pants/jeans so it didn't bother me. Wore to work on a cold day and it kept me stylish and warm. Would rent again!

Fits exactly like it does on the model. Really flattering, especialy if you wear it with leggings.
