This dress was FANTASTIC! It is worth your rental. The material is a bit thicker than a normal dress similar to a neoprene but not stiff. It's a gorgeous shade of navy with bold flowers that are a gorgeous hue of magenta. The white floral pops and it's an easy to wear dress overall. Easy to match shoes and a bag to it because of the basic color palette. Just loved it. Got a bunch of compliments. Felt appropriately dressed being modest but also being somewhat sexy.

Loved this dress so much I finally bought it! Love anything by Draper James- they just know how to make petite women's clothes! Beautiful print and just enough puff in the shoulders to make it look interesting but not clownish!

This dress runs a little big. I initially rented it in a size 2 and it was so big, I had to send it back for a size 0. The 0 fit perfectly. It is such a great dress for work and I got a lot of compliments. I felt stylish but not over the top for work.

Fantastic fit. Ribbon at waist gives nice definition. Thick scuba material and pattern made dress very forgiving. The sleeves are a bit poufy at the shoulders but it's not overwhelming. Would rent again

I love this dress! I want to buy it. Its a thick material, feels like I'm wearing a scuba suit and is great on an hourglass figure. I almost wish the ribbon around the waist was an inch tighter but I had room to breathe. Plenty of room in the bust since its stretchy (34DDD). The sleeves are a lil puffy and cute. I'm 5'3" and it hits just below my knees.

I rented this for a day in the office followed by a networking event. I LOVED this dress. It was true to size, maybe a TAD large. I did not need shape wear because it was skin tight on me. The sleeves were very flattering; I felt like they made my arms look thinner. The length was professional and because it had sleeves, I did not feel like I had to wear a cardigan or blazer. The dress zips in the back. It has a navy ribbon around the waist. The flowers are white with light pink. I am liking this brand a lot lately.

This was a nice pick to wear into the office in the summer. The pattern is cheerful and very pretty (even more so in person than in the photos), and the length and cut are entirely office appropriate. The material is a thicker scuba-like material. My only quibble, and it's a small one, is that I found the oversized sleeves a bit annoying. It runs a bit large. I ordered down a size based on reading other reviews, and it fit perfectly. I received several compliments on it.

Felt amazing all day in this. Comfy. It's that weird neoprene fabric but I loved it. The shoulders have a lot of structure which conflicts with a jacket/sweater so I don't recommend layering with this.

I didn't end up wearing it for my conference. The fabric is a bit too heavy for me for June. But I liked the fit and will re-rent in another season.

This dress was so comfortable and easy to wear. The print is very vibrant and fun! It has a cinched waist band that I was worried would be too tight so I sized up. I could have gone smaller. The sleeves had a fun cut to them as well. Wore this to work and received many compliments.

Thick fabric wears great all day with nice length (at the knee on me at 5'9") and plenty of room at the bosom (DD). The sleeves are a nice detail that are very flattering. Would rent again in a heartbeat

Beautiful dress in sturdy neoprene fabric (so was crumple-proof in a suitcase for work travel). Respectable hemline length for work. Very pretty, feminine details like the sleeves with some puff in them, and sewn-in ribbon around the waste. I wish I had rented a 6 because it was very loose on top, but overall I love and will rent again.

Scuba like describes the material perfectly. Have not worn yet, but wonder if it is going to be hot because the material does not breathe. I like the dress. I will probably wear without a bra - the picture is with a bra & looks top heavy. Must wear with undergarments to smooth the hips.

I rented this for work. Loved the sturdy fabric and the heavy zipper. The fit was great and true to size the only big consideration is that there is a tight band without any give that is right under the bust about the belly that could accentuate a tummy. The shoulders and re top were kinda puffy which was a little odd but it was nice

Fabric thick and stretchy. Great for packing. Shoulder pads are very thick. Not sure I like the look but will wear anyway. Top fits big but I have small chest.

I have rented Draper James size 8 many times and the fit is great. This dress is HUGE and it has it's own pre-shape and the scuba material never "settles in." I wore on Zoom meetings and didn't like the shoulder shape. This was a definite bomb for me and I did not wear it out of the house.

I felt professional and confident in this dress. Really wanted to wear to a graduation, as well, but this dress isn't the best for hot, humid weather conditions.

Super cute for work on 4th of July week. Typically a 6, but ordered an 8 after reading reviews. It was too big--Had to wear a belt and would order a 6 if I order again.
