It's a little tight across the chest but not enough to size up. The lace detail is beautiful. I wore it with tights and a weather. It's definitely more of a summer dress than fall or winter. My husband wanted me to buy it.

The colors and pattern on this dress are great. I wore it to a bridal show with teal shoes and it was a hit. Everyone called me the stylish New Yorker. Too bad it didn't have pockets! I usually wear an 8 but the 6 fit well. I'm 5'5" 139lbs.

Love this dress, fits great, easy to wear, unique pattern. The liner definitely rides up when you walk and sit, I had to yank it down a few times. There was one random sequin on the collar - if I owned it I would cut off, I found it distracting but am sure no one else noticed at all.

This dress is light weight and comfortable. It looks better in person, as it has lace detail at the collar ware and in the bottom flares. It had a flattering fit and I was able to dress it down with flats. It's a cute casual dress.

I loved this dress and got a ton of compliments. The 14 fit like a glove for the most part and I usually wear a 10/12 off the rack so I'm glad I sized up. Would definitely rent again. Ps. No stretch to the fabric. And like another reviewer said, the lace panels are just lace so when you sit down and the inner skirt rides up, you can show some leg.

I wasn't sure about the lace and print mixture when I first received this dress. After I put an outfit together, I was pleasantly surprised!! The dress fits true to size and is flattering in the midsection. The colors pop and add a playful addition to professional wear. Recommend!

I wore this dress to my daughters graduation. They did not have my regular size so I got the size up and down and ended up wearing the smaller size. Loved the material because it was so light and relieved a lot of compliments!

I love the way Draper James fits. Conservative length just at or above the knee, which is perfect for work. Plenty of room in the waist to eat and move, but still slimming and fitted. This is a perfect work dress that I will probably end up buying.

At first glance this dress seems a bit basic, but the lace detail on the bottom is gorgeous (wish I got a better pic of it). I paired this with a white cardigan and it was a big hit in the office. Lots of compliments. A little snug in the chest - but most dresses are on me...

Great dress for the office! I love the way Draper James fits. This runs true to size - I would size up for your backup. There is comfortable room in the bust and works well with any bust size. A standard bra may be worn as well. The natural waist is fitted but there is a loose fit in the hips. This comes to about 2 inches above the knee on a 5'4" person.

What a lovely dress! The sizing is perfect, and it is very slimming with the straight cut through the body, accent fabric at the waistline, and the bit of flair below the hips. The lace insets at the bottom hem are beautiful without being overly revealing due to the navy lining underneath. It works well for work or for a dinner out later. Would love to keep this dress if I could!

Overall, I really liked this dress. It was very comfortable and a light material, perfect for the summer heat in SoCal. The print is cute, and this dress is flattering. The only issue I had was that the bust was a bit more roomy than I would have liked. I'm generally a 32A or 32B. Wearing a size 2 at 110 pounds, the chest was a little too big but the waist perfect.

I love the look of this dress, and it's great for work. It is very flattering from the front. However, it really hugs across the midsection and hips, so if you don't have a flat stomach it definitely shows. Unfortunately, I've had two c-sections, so my stomach is not quite flat where my scar is. As long as I face people it was ok, but from the side it wasn't as flattering. I just planned to turn sideways to face people as I passed them in the hallway, so no one noticed (kidding, of course). If I went up a size, it would be too big on top, and I think I'd still have the same issue.

I wore this to a daytime work event with a navy blazer and pumps. It's pretty and the lace details are a nice touch. It is lightweight enough to wear during the summer. Ran smaller than I thought it would, so I'm glad I ordered the larger backup size. You can't go wrong with this sweet number if you are looking for something good to wear to a conservative daytime event.

Fit is true to size, and dress is easy and comfortable to wear; perfect for work. I don't love the fabrics (polyester at this price point??), and the pattern/style is a tad preppy/cutesy for my preference, so I wouldn't buy at the retail price, but I enjoyed renting and the opportunity to try a new brand and slightly different style for a day or two.

The color and pattern were so beautiful and vibrant that I didn't mind the very slight fit issues. As you can see in the photo, the dress was a little narrow for my hips, which meant that the back rumpled up a bit at the waist. I kept tugging it down, but it was slimming despite that. Plus, it matched my SHOES so well (!!) I didn't mind! :) perfect for work or weekends.

This is a perfect spring/summer dress for more casual days at work. The fit was perfect and the fabric was nice and light. You can't really tell from the photos, but the lace inset/panels of fabric in the skirt and such a fun & unique touch to the dress. Great dress!

I rented this dress for work. I gave it 4 stars for a couple of reasons. It's thin material so beware as we get colder. It's also not that great for hour glass figures - it's right down to the skirt which sits on my butt level so feels slightly uncomfortable... having said that it is still wearable so just beware

Wore this to Keeneland. Darling but a bit tight in the bust. You need to be very flat chested for this dress. The hem has a nice swing to it that makes it really feminine.

Beautiful fabric that is really light and comfortable. Details like lace gores and ribbing around the neck, arms and waist add enough weight that makes this a nice fall dress. Size 2 rubs a bit larger in the waist and torso than i'd like, but not so large it looks bad. Hits right at the knee on my petite frame.

While I really love the pattern and fabric of this dress, the waist detail seems like it should be either higher or lower than it is. Also, the slip is exactly the same color as the lace insets, which makes them Really difficult to discern.

I rented this dress for a memorial service where the family requested no black - so it needed to be both church-appropriate and weather-appropriate for late summer Houston. It was perfect. The fabric is light but the dress is lined. The length on me is just above the knee and the neckline is modest. The fabric has no stretch; I am small-busted and the bodice fit well (might be tight for larger women). The fit of the dress and the bit of flounce at the hem are very flattering and cute. Would rent again for hopefully a happier occasion!

As a very petite person, it was nice to finally find some RTR that fits! While the bodice was perhaps about one inch too long in the torso, it was manageable. The skirt portion is flowy in the best way, and you get a little flirty swish when you walk or do stairs. Fabric is thin and light, but didn't feel cheap. Would rent again!
