Whimsical choice for the office - a nice break from the mundane. Fit well and comfortable.

I really like this dress--so much I bought it because it was on sale and too good to pass up! The fabric is dressy but also so comfortable. The pattern is subtle but cute and multicolor. I love the sleeves and button detail. My only complaint is since it's a shirt dress it pulls and puckers a bit at the bust but it's not bad.

This dress is sweet and feminine. I agree with other reviews that the arms are tight, however thankfully this did not pose a problem for me and I was comfortable wearing it.

I wasn't sure what size to get since there weren't any reviews so I sized up to an 8. It's a little big so I wish I'd gotten a 6 but it's still really cute. Love the collar detail and material of the dress.

Very comfortable. Very high end fashion forward dress. Loved wearing something so designer to everyday events. Not fitted. Very body drop waist. I loved it. My husband didn't love the lack of shape.

Kind of fun, nothing special. I usually wear a 6 and I wore a 10 and it fit good.

I sized up for my bust and it turned out to be a good decision. However the dress is not really flattering. It is cut like a box and the fabric looks like grandma's house in person.

Fun spring and summer work dress

Fun dress to spice up any wardrobe. Received multiple comments and would rent again.

Just ran too small for me in the bust. The way the skirt hit and moved was adorable.

I like this shirtwaist dress a lot, though it REALLY needs a button at the dropped waistline. (I used a small safety pin to close the gap there.) It's so feminine that I styled it with pearls and a black leather jacket for some edge.

Really wanted to love this. Beautiful fabric that falls so nicely along the body. Unfortunately the chest is so small and the button pulls. It's sad because i would have to get this dress in 1-2 sizes bigger to fit the chest which would have made it massive everywhere else.

I sized up on this dress but it looked great. The length makes it appropriate for work. It is snug at the busy so sizing up helps and there are also buttons if you need more give. Works well on a warm day. I received a lot of compliments on the dress including from my very picky daughters.

If you like a drop-waist dress this is very well fitting and cute. I have warm undertones and I didn't love the color as it was too pale on me and wouldn't rent again. Best for those with cool undertones.

A little sheet, but wore a slip to avoid seeing panty lines. Light, breezy and easy to wear.

Sleeves were too puffy and buttons gapped when sitting even though dress was big.

I purposely ordered this sized up because I wanted it to be loose for work, which it was, except the button at the bust wouldn't do up. I was wearing a minimizer bra as well. The arm bands were also really tight. The rest was fine, loose as I had intended. And the fabric is nice. It's a really pretty dress. If you're a D or up this won't work, even with a minimizer, but give it a try with a back up just in case.

Elegant dress. I sized up to a size 8. Was too loose everywhere but a smaller size wouldn't have fit the bust area.

The color and design of the dress are impeccable. Unfortunately the drop waist was just not right for. Y petite frame. Would be great on taller ladies.

Fits large on me

This was way too small on my arms and chest, which is odd because I am an A cup. Then it was very loose in the drop waist. I ended up not wearing. Skip this one.
