This fit true to size and was a show stopper! I wore this to work and then to my work Christmas party. I love this dress!

I honestly was shocked by this dress. I tried it on and it was so much better than I expected. I was planning to only like this dress but I loved it. The dress class beautifully and has great movement. I received many compliments and would order again!

I really liked this dress. I got so many compliments as it really different than most dresses in stores. It fit well and the fabric felt great. It even traveled well. Only issue I had is the buttons kept coming undone. The first time it happened I looked down to see my bra and had no idea how long it had been that way! I added a safety pin so at least if they came undone again I'd have backup, and I looked down often. Overall a nice rental.

I typically don't have trouble in the chest in dresses. I'm not large, but this dress didn't lay right on me. I needed fashion tape to help keep closed like other reviews mention. Got multiple compliments with the different patterns and colors. Very flattering dress. Mine did have some of the hem coming apart. If I worked in an office this would be a great fit. Recommend, just know it's tight in the chest so maybe size up.

Absolutely love this dress! Definitely did not want to send it back. The fabric looks elegant and nice and the fit is perfect and flattering. The top is a little large -- I am 5' 5, 140 pounds, with a small B cup – and if fit large up top, great on the bottom (fit my hips and butt fine). I got so many compliments in this dress and felt so special wearing it.

I LOVE THIS DRESSSSS!!! I am a pear/hourglass shape in between sizes 12-14. It was slightly snug at the top of the arms with a little gappage in the chest but not noticeably so. If you are above a size 40DD bra size this will be too snug. The comfort of the dress is amazing, it's perfect work to after work activities as I wore it to a happy hour. Definitely want to try and purchase this one!

The fit was a bit tight putting on over my bust. I needed help pulling it down, nonetheless once it was on it fit amazing! The sleeves were long the length was just right! I paired with black leggings because it was cold this day. Wore calf length boots.

I loved this dress! In the photo, I had a different belt on. I wore it with the belt intended on the day, and it was beautiful. There was some gapping in the chest with the buttons, but otherwise, fit perfectly!

Fun print, lightweight fabric, good for work and happy hour! I found the fit a tiny bit loose around the waist and ribs, but nothing noticeably baggy.

I rented this dress for work. The fabric was soft, and I really loved the interesting print. However, even after sizing up, I could not zip and button the chest without some major gapping. I really wanted to wear it though, so I got creative with styling, unbuttoning the top and adding a jacket. Overall, I think the look worked and I enjoyed wearing it. Roomy through the body, but definitely a best fit for a smaller bust.

Liked the dress. I think it was a little big on top, could have sized down. Perfect length for Work.

Nicely combined different colors, i wish it would be lined to have more rich feel, the waist is higher then average, silky feel fabric, don't wrinkles ( travel + category). No stretch , but correctly cut sleeves, so enough for moving.

Pros: Very nice fabric. Didn't wrinkle after a full day at the office/sitting at a desk. Very professional looking. Cons: Sleeves were long on me so I buttoned them up. Made my hips a little wide. I'm short and a little curvy so it wasn't very flattering. Probably look better on a longer torso. Made my breasts seem lower than they really were due to the cuts on the side of the top. Had fun wearing it for a day but will not likely rent again.

Nice fabric and great fit. I ended up using my own belt as opposed to the one that was provided by RTR. I liked it so much I wore it a couple of times.

This dress is a true blue medium! It's both cute and sophisticated enough for work. I paired it with a gold belt I had at home for some contrast. Great for tall members! I liked this one so much I almost bought it - try it out!

I LOVED this dress. It was a beautiful silk fabric and the pleats kept their shape all day even after sitting. It's a little fitted in the waist but there is a side zip to help get it on/off. The buttons make it easy for nursing/pumping as well.

Very fashionable dress, going to save it to wear for a meeting next week.

I ordered a normal medium and though it fit me, it did not sit on me the way it sits on the model. The length of the waist/and the belt tie were off. Cute pattern though and nice material.

It was very cute in the model and I loved the material. However, the waistline made mine look bigger.

This dress is beautiful and I got non-stop compliments at work. Definitely would have purchased but it was really tight across the bust so heads up to anyone larger than a C cup, you may have some tugging at the buttons. It fit perfectly otherwise, so sizing up wouldn't have worked I don't think. Lovely and comfortable!

this is a nice work dress. it runs large all around so size down. the belt helped, but it still billowed a bunch. hit around the knees, reg bra is fine. silky and light, nothing too special, but good for work in the fall

Such a cool dress. Loved that I could wear a small (u likely can size down on the smaller side if you fall between two sizes). Waist has no give but there is a hidden side zip. Only problem for me was needing to wear slight shapewear which I almost never do, but the place the waist hit was just where it would make me look like I have a large pouch. And I have 34 d bust so the top was a smidge too tight. If you are short and kinds petite with a C cup or less then a small will probably work for you. I was worried the M would have been too big but would like to try it on sometime to check.

this is a great dress for these east coast transitions between the seasons. it does not lay entirely flat at the side zipper just below the waistline but most people would not even notice.

This is so cute, but if you have any chest/shoulders/arm, it isn't going to work. Like at all.
