Such an amazing dress for work. Fits great!

It was nice to have something other than a basic shift dress for work. It is however very short and if you were taller than probably 5'1" or 5'2" it will feel very short. The color is a beautiful camel, but like everyone else the snaps do come undone very easily with this dress. You need to use safety pins to reinforce it.

This is a chic, trendy piece - a well executed version of the new style of blazer dress for this season. I wore this to the office with a sleek, pulled-back bun, nude pumps, and gold accessories. The fit is a bit loose and boxy, per the style. Pros: Great neutral camel color, work appropriate length and bust coverage, professional but not boring (dress it up with some gold), thicker material that is perfect for fall Cons: As another reviewer noted, the snap buttons continually pop off. I reinforced them with safety pins.

I am obsessed with this wrap dress. It is the perfect length and gives a nice hour glass shape as it cinches in at the waist. To add color to this dress I recommend a fun statement necklace, earrings, or heel.

Something different as a work option. The color was a little tough as I'm fair skinned so I edged it up with leather leggings. I sized up and was happy I did. Careful reaching for items if you are not going to wear a cami, the snaps easily pop.

I love the shape and architecture of the jacket/dress/tunic- but at 5'11" it must be worn over leggings if you are going for any look other than "sexy business lady"

This runs large. I am foolish for not getting the 0 and going with the 2 but I think the 0 would have looked too big on me as well. I liked the idea of a shift dress for work and expected there to be little definition to my waist. However this just hung on me in an unflattering way and looked huge. Almost like it was a coat I had tried to make into a dress. Another thing to note is the color is more camel than the picture shows, which I think makes it more professional looking. The design is cute and the material is nice and thick. There are different closures so you can customize how much chest you show. But this just did not work on me. Size down!

Absolutley loved this dress! I wore it for a fun day in London on vacation-- first for tea and then for a ballet at the Royal Opera House. The dress is very well made and kept me warm. The only reason for subtracting a star are the buttons and fit- it was a bit small in the arms and big in the waist, and the buttons came undone very easy. I ended up wearing an undershirt under the dress and just let the buttons come undone because i didn't want to play w it all night. Overall a great dress worth wearing-- sexy and sleek!! :)

This dress is so cute. I HAD to buy a cute lace cami to wear underneath because the buttons really DO NOT stay snapped, the slightest movements will open them up.

I loved the look and color of this dress however when i tried it on it felt too short in the back to wear to work. I wouldn't be able to move comfortably without feeling like I was flashing people from behind! So I added leggings and it fixed it. The fabric is thick- which makes me think I will rent this again in the winter. Also yes the snaps do not work well. All around beautiful dress.

Was able to wear this to work and then dress it up with some jewelry and a bold lip for an after work party. Dress is a little boxy and definitely needs a little help so you don't just look like a sexy Jedi.

This dress is a great unique party dress option. Fits well except from snaps are weak and would pop open. I wore a thin bra to help prevent that and used safety pins to hold together more.

I would say that I found the dress to be true to size , but if you have a larger bust I would size up. I ordered a 6, and a size 8 back-up. Honestly, both fit and would have worked. At first, the dress seemed ill-fitted and not sexy..but it's a short (sexy) dress, and with heels it's much better. It's just not the fit and flare style that I generally gravitate towards. It's not very figure hugging, so I can see that this dress will work on just about every body type. I am 5'10, with considerably long legs and long arms. The dress sleeves were a little short, but the dress length was not too short. Other reviewers mentioned the top snaps not staying clasped, so i bought fashion tape and just taped the entire seam down. Extreme movement (when I put on/took off my coat) caused the clasps to open, but the tape still held it all down. Overall, the dress fit the look I was going for. It's still sexy, but in a professional way, which was perfect for the work holiday party that I attended.

I ended up wearing both sizes to the event. I put on the size 4 for the wedding ceremony and after quite a few unsnapping incidents (yikes--the front top section closes with 3 tiny snaps), changed to the 6 for the reception because I wanted to be safe. Even still, it unsnapped while dancing. I'm bigger chested, so this could be the issue, but I generally wear a 2 or 4 in dresses. Pretty disappointed it was so sensitive, especially at an event where I wanted to be moving around and having fun. Would definitely recommend for a smaller chested lady. I did, however, receive quite a number of compliments as I do with any RTR dress.

This was VERY short and the top snaps are pretty worthless. Would require pinning or lots of fashion tape. Didn't feel comfortable wearing this out.

I rented this dress as a backup for a baby shower, and thought that I might be able to also wear it to work. While the 2 fit well - not tight at all, there is an issue to be aware of in advance. The front closes at the top by means of a few tiny snaps, and although I am small-chested, they kept popping open while just looking at myself in the mirror standing there. If I had worn it, I would have needed fashion tape to keep it closed. The fabric is thick and you can easily get away without wearing shapewear as it will hide a lot of imperfections. It has a drop waist, and would be nice for a daytime event. A shorter gal might be able to wear it to work, but anyone close to my height will find it too short to be appropriate.

Was so excited to rent this dress but I couldnt keep the buttons closed on top and I have a small chest. Also the length was too short, didnt get to wear

I sized up because many of the reviews warned that the dress is too short. The length was perfect and the look was exactly what I was going for - classic, yet stylish!

I paired this with tights and heels and it was perfect. The top button does unclasp easily, but I'm pretty small chested so it wasn't scandalous. Loved it!

I wore this to a fall engagement party. It fit very well and was great for a family-centric event

This is a beautiful dress. I usually wear a 4 but ordered a 6 because it was the only one available. This was fine and made it more work appropriate, I think. I'm 5'1 and the length was fine for work, and the V was not too low. The color is hard to wear - it's basically the same as my skintone and I could see it washing most people out. It was cold the day I wore it so I think the black tights helped with that.

the sleeves were a smidge short, but it was still really cute!

Love the color and shape of this dress. Best for a work/business scenario. Thick material and the snaps on the front are VERY loose. I went a size up and my chest would pop it open. I often wore it with a scarf so then that happened I could fix it with any one anyone noticing. If you're wearing it to a party I would recommend a safety pin!

Tank top needed as buttons don't stay closed

It was too small for my bust! Even tape couldn't help. I'm not sure the bigger size would help because I'd be worried that one wrong move and I could find myself in a very embarrassing situation. The color is beautiful, though - really wish I could've rocked it!

Have to safety pin the top bc the button doesn't stay closed, but it otherwise fit the way it should. Very cute with tall dark suede brown boots.

Loved the neutral tone of this dress. The top clip would keep popping open, so I had to wear a cami undernear so there was not too much exposure. The overall fit was also a little large. Still a nice dress for work.

Absolutely loved this dress. Beautiful fabric and cut. Unfortunately my breasts were to large (36DDD) to be held in by the little snap that runs across the dress. Every time I took a breath they would pop out. May have been perfect if I had a minimizer but I didn't think of it in the moment. I went with the other dress that I rented instead.

Got this intending to wear for work, but much too short. Would be cute for winter night out.

I loved this. It's a very simple design that allows you to amp up other parts of your look. I paired this with a pair of red Chinese laundry pumps with studs and it looked great! The only issue I had with it is that the top button would pop every once in awhile (I guess from overuse) so I had to safety pin it for fear of a wardrobe malfunction. I also have long legs so it was a little shorter than I anticipated but not something that made it an issue

This was perfect for an indoor / church / early spring wedding, especially for breastfeeding my baby. While the wrap and snap was good for easy access, the snap in front actually came undone quite easily. Additional fastener recommended.

Fit is true to size. I received a lot of compliments while wearing this dress. It is perfect for work but you have to watch the snap on top as it comes undone.

Just like the other reviewers said, the snaps come un-done when you barely move. I ordered a bigger size to see if that would help but it didn't. This was solved with a few safety pins. The dress was shorter then I expected and didn't have much shape (could have been bc I went with a bigger size). However, it was still incredibly sexy for the legs with the length. I loved the quality though.

I loved this dress! Wore it to dinner and drinks in Atlanta on a chilly spring night. I sized up and it was the right move - the snaps do come undone rather easily, but you can get away with leaving the top 2 open unless you're in a conservative setting. Looks fantastic with gold jewelry and nude shoes.

I wore the 12, probably could have worn a 10. The fit is easy and a little boxy, but in a good way. The snaps on the top are too delicate for the heavier fabric so they do pop open with any movement. I used fashion tape between the snaps to help with this. The snaps are the only reason this didn't get 5 stars from me. I loved the style, fit, and material. The color is a true camel color. On my screen it looks a little lighter than it actually is. I also have much shorter legs than the model so it wasn't so mini on me. I will probably rent this again.

Nice dress - great color & good quality, but a LEEETLE short for work so I wouldn't rent again. Plan on using a safety pin to keep the top snapped up.

I really liked the cut of this dress, and it fit well. Most wrap tops either gape or are too low and require a cami for work. This laid flat and I like the bracelet length sleeves. I have two issues with this dress. 1) it is a little short, I wore with tights and that was fine, but I am only 5'2, so taller ladies beware. 2) the color is tough to wear without washing you out. Otherwise, great dress!
