This ran a little snug for me up top, but I am a little broad. Other than that, I loved this cute little number. It was fun to wear for the day, even though it wasn't for the date night I was expecting. It dressed down easily for a relaxed Sunday, and I felt great in it all day with a pair of flip-flops. Could have been great for a date night with a pair of heels too!

I loved wearing this for a valentines date with my husband. The only size available was a 4 and I'm usually a 6 so it was a little short when I sat down but otherwise a perfect dress.

The 6 would have fit except it was too tight in the bust for my size D boobs.

This was not the dress I had originally chosen but thanks to RTR's incredible customer service this was overnighted to me just in time for my birthday. I sized up based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. The shoulders are a little more structured but not in an uncomfortable way. Sizing up prevented me from feeling restricted. I'm 5'5 and didn't feel like the dress was too short either. I will likely rent this dress again

Wore this for New Years Eve Party!!! So comfortable and easy to accessories. Lots of compliments even on post from Facebook and Instagram!! Fits try to size. I wore a 4. I'm 4"11 with hips and booty... Gained weight since 2 kids and this made me feel pretty for a night!!!

The dress is so comfortable and very true to size. I'm a little larger around the bust and I used a bandeau which worked perfectly. Great length, just above my knee considering I'm fairly short. Sleeves where perfect length. Got compliments all night long!

Rented this for my doctors Christmas party. I am very broad shouldered and have a large chest so I had to go with the 12. It was still snug on me around the shoulders but it was wearable. I paired it up with a black bootie and got tons of compliments. It's not very formal at all, great for a low key party. Was a thicker material, which is why it is great for a cooler night. I would buy this dress if I could.

This is a perfect date dress. I loved the pattern. It is a little tight in the shoulders and short but its a great day date dress.

I rented both a size 0 and 2, but since the size 0 was unable to ship, they sent me another alternative dress. Unfortunately, the fit on that didn't work on my body (I'm not so busty!) and so I went with my original choice in the size 2. Still very cute and I wore a black belt to cinch my waist. The sleeves hit at a weird place, right before your wrist.

Rent the Runway sent me this dress as a replacement, because the dress I wanted wasn't available at the last minute. It wasn't an appropriate replacement for the formal mini I had rented, but I made the best of it and wore it that morning. Though it wasn't my style and I wouldn't have picked it for myself, it was actually pretty cute. It was very light and breezy (but it's lined), and the short length kept it from looking matronly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it felt only slightly matronly. So, cute dress for the art museum? Check.

I loved this dress. I wore it to a rehearsal dinner. It was somewhat tight in the chest area, but since I don't have large boobs, they weren't too squished. Everything I loved everything else about this dress, and I received many compliments about it as well.

This dress fits like a dream, very comfy. Just the right length that can be worn form work, fell at my knee. Not form fitting but tapered so you don't look like you're wearing a moo-moo. Would rent it again.

This is the perfect day to night dress. It is a tad short but can be made more conservative with tights. The arms are a bit small but not as bad as typical designer dresses.

I am normally reluctant to wear shift dresses because I don't feel they always flatter my body type (short and curvy), but I love the way this dress fits. It has darts on the front (under the bust) that make it more flattering and less tent-like. Others have noted the tightness in the shoulders and I can see why, however, I didn't have an issue with this and felt it fit just perfect up top. I like the length of the sleeves and noticed they hit just right before the wrists. The fabric is nice and silky. I enjoyed wearing this to work and as well as a casual evening out with friends.

Overall, this dress was really fun to wear. It's a babydoll style (there are darts on the sides near the chest area so it's not just a tent), loose and roomy. I wore this to work, though I work in fashion, so the short length wasn't a problem. I also wore to an evening event with a pair of booties and received many compliments. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's tight in the chest. I'm a 32DD and I couldn't move up top too well, which didn't matter for the places I wore the dress. However, if you have a larger chest, I wouldn't recommend for any event with dancing. Final say: a fun and flirty rental!

The flowery detail on the bottom really popped out against the dark color and made the dress. Got compliments on the dress, but it was of a lighter material than expected and too cold for me to wear, even with tank top and tights underneath. I personally don't appreciate the baby-doll style, where it kind of flares out underneath the chest area.

Very cute fit up top and through the shoulders - worked well on my petite frame. I love the non-fitted mod look of this dress, but due to my height it ended up looking a bit frumpy. Would work best for taller girls.

I ended up not wearing this dress since it was to big but I loved it!! It does billow at the waist and I would have liked it more fitted. I would have liked the 4 better than the 6.

Quite fitted through shoulders and bust.

I am a size 8-10 and size 10 dress was too tight in the bust (I am a 36D), thus, I was unable to wear it. Otherwise, it was very flattering. Dress is completely lined and nice quality. There are no seams in the front (except darts) so the dress falls from the bust verses the waist. There is a seam across the back which runs slightly above your waist, which is very attractive. Not too tight, but not billowy or too full.

I rented this dress for a dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. The dress is really cute, flowy and the fabric is really soft. I rented a 2 and it fit fine except that the dress was really tight in the shoulders and the sleeves seemed too short. I don't have super long arms and have never had an issue with sleeve length, nor am I broad shouldered. Rent the runway sent me a size 4 and I had a similar issue. It fit better in the shoulders, but the sleeves were still short and the extra fabric with the 4 was a bit much on my small frame. I really wanted to wear this dress, but it just didn't work on my frame.

Definitely runs small, and snug in the arms. It's cute and fun and I can see comfy for someone who is lean in the arms and shoulders, but that's not me! It runs short too.

i'm usually btwn a 2 and a 4 and went w a 4 based on reviews. i'm typically a fan of shift dresses, but this one didn't work with me. it was a tad large, but even if i wore the 2 it was the cut that was bothering me. it is cut like a tent so instead of hanging straight it actually billows outward, like maternity wear. i used a thin beige belt to create a waist and that helped a bit. it was a few inches above my knee, may be a tough short for someone taller. overall, this style didn't work for me. i also didn't find the bust area to be tight or constricting.
