This dress was wonderful. My first RTR experience and now I want to rent dresses weekly. I wore it to my best friends bridal shower. I think everyone there complimented me on it. I'm a solid 6 and I had to wear the 4 because there is a lot of room for movement in the waist/belly area. But it fit me perfectly. The material is 100% polyester so there were moments where I felt a little toasty. But I wasn't suffering by any means. It is the perfect mix for a more semi formal event or just a day time party like I did. I ended up forgetting to put on my jewelry in the busyness of the shower day and getting everything ready, but it worked out well because it toned the formality of it down to fit the occasion. My one con to this dress was that under good lighting it was wrinkled and we ironed and steamed and the wrinkles just would not come out. But in my pictures it's hard to tell. The wrinkles aren't a deal breaker, they were faint enough to not bother me. I highly recommend this dress especially if you are tall and leggy like me it will not disappoint and you will be sure to receive compliments.

A sales girl at the Rent The Runway store in Chicago brought this over to me to try on. It looks a little unusual on the hangar, its something that I NEVER would have thought to try on. Once I had it on I was obsessed. I wore this dress for my bridal shower and received so many compliments. It is unique and fashion forward, and I highly recommend for any occasion!

This dress was simply stunning in its own unique way! I loved the hidden lace that was worked into the dress. It was very classy,yet sexy at the same time. I wore it for my bf's graduation from USAF Officer School & it was perfect! One of my fav dresses!

I loved the fit of the dress. I loved that this dress was a shift dress it is so hard to find shift dresses that don't feel like a work dress. Loved the material, great color, lace sleeves and peak of lace at leg created such a great look. I have long legs for someone is 5'3 so it didn't feel too long. Hit right above my knee on long side and on lace side came a little shorter.

This dress is AMAZING. I got so many compliments I can't even tell you. It's sexy but doesn't show too much skin where it's inappropriate. It was a chilly birthday night in April in Chicago and I didn't need a jacket! I'm between a 4 and 6 in this dress and I could have worn a 2 if they had it. I belted it to make me seem less boxy. I wished I owned this dress. Plenty of room in the chest, I'm a 32DDD.

I ordered a size 4, and a back up size 2. I ended up wearing the 2 because I liked how the dress looked a little fitted rather than too loose, although the shoulders were just a little tight in the 2. The fabric is a little stretchy but not much, and just beautiful touches of lace on this minimal dress makes it perfect and unique.

This is my favorite rental so far. It is sexy but you can wear it during the day. Dress it up or down and it will look fabulous either way. I am in love.

I am between a four and six in dresses. I went with the 4 on this one. It's true to size, but it's a looser cut, and I usually size down on dresses that are not too fitted. It's very comfortable, very unique, and looks fantastic on! I got many compliments! The lace sleeves and lace peeking out at the bottom are fun details that make this dress stand out. I wore this to a few parties in Vegas. I have two sons, and the super hero pic was for them, but it also had better lighting than the other picture. I would definitely recommend this dress!

Classic, sexy, edgy! Dress fit me perfect, I can usually wear a size 6 or 8, they both fit the 8 was a litter bigger in the stomach area and was a bit longer, but the 6 was more flattering so I went with that! I got so many compliments, I would totally rent this dress again!

This dress was super comfortable and easy to wear. I had to go from a 1st birthday party during the day to a 30th birthday party at night and it felt appropriate for both events. The dress stayed perfect and did not wrinkle throughout the day. The fit was perfect and true to size.

I thought the dress was beautiful. It ran larger than I expected but I just wore the 4 (I could have probably worn a 2 but it still looked great!). The length was perfect, the fabric was thick and perfect for a cold winter night and the lace gave it a beautiful sexy/fun touch for a rather conservative dress. I would definitely rent it again :)

So comfy! I loved this dress and hated returning it. Lined and with a thick material that's great for a winter date. Runs true to size, maybe a little large. I normally wear a 4, and got the 4 and 6, but I wished I'd sized down for my back-up, just to see how the 2 looked. Rent it!

the dress was so beautiful, the color is very flattering for any skin type or body shape! the dress is sexy and even though it doesn't show too much skin it shows enough to be sexy and a little provocative.

There was not one con about this dress - I am often iffy between a size 8 and a size 10, and the 8 fit absolutely perfectly. Not too tight anywhere or too loose anywhere. I am tall and wanted to show a little leg, so the lace slit was the perfect way to subtly add some flair. The wedding was in February and the weather was chilly, so having a long sleeved option was just what I wanted. One note - the dress is way more royal blue online and in pictures. In person, it is actually closer to navy in color.

Loved this dress and received many compliments! Runs true to size. Looks great on a straighter/flatter body type. Warning: has shoulder pads. Normally that would be a deal breaker for me but it worked great. Not the best for dancing (can be very short with arms raised) and you have to be careful sitting with the lace slit, also a pretty warm dress. Awesome chance to wear something fun and chic!

Wore this to a work party. Received many compliments! Was a little baggy in the stomach area, so a belt was a must. The color was fabulous.

The quality of the dress is perfect, and it is very versatile. I wore it to a brunch, so I paired it with a chic over-the-shoulder purse and Steve Madden's Proto pumps. I'm usually a 12/14, so it wasn't as loose as it is on the model but still very edgy and classy.

Loved this dress. Ended up wearing the Size 0 and it fit like a glove. I wore it to a 50th birthday party of a conservative friend. She knows I'm more edgy. It was just edgy enough for me with the lace "under" the sleeves and the "peekaboo" at the hem, but still conservative and not too sexy for the event. Very comfortable. I really liked it.

The dress is so comfortable. Although it is not form fitting, it is still very flattering. The color is so vibrant and the material is luxurious. I wore it for a New York wedding. It was extremely fashion forward and current. I did not want to take this dress off.

I was a little hesitant to order this dress because it seemed so different from all of the other dresses I was considering. Once I received my package (of course right on time, thanks RTR!) I was again a little nervous because of how it looked on the hanger. However, I once I tried it on I immediately fell and love and didn't want to take it off! Also, I was lucky enough to be the one to pop the tags on the dress! The dress fit perfectly, the color was great, and the sleeve and extra lace at the bottom make this dress one of a kind. I kept things simple, and received compliments all night long. Definitely a special find! So hard to send back!

I just sad I had to wear tights as it was cold out but at 5'4" it would have been appropriate without tights. I'm normally a 2-4 and could have gone with a 0 on this one but the 2 still looked great.

I got this as a replacement for a wedding reception. The layer fabric is slightly heavy for a spring wedding (60 degrees). The straight flowy fit makes it very comfortable sitting down.

This was such a fun and sassy dress! The sleeves were a little tight, but other than that the dress ran a little large. This dress needs a good statement necklace to pull it together.

Runs a little big, I would have preferred it to be shorter. Wore it to a fancy brunch and then around NYC. Got lots of compliments and it was super comfy and versatile. The color came out much brighter in pictures, it's really more of a dark navy in person.

Wore this to an Oscars brunch. Loved the color and the lace. The fit was pretty good although I felt the back was loose compared to how the front fit. I have a large bust though which could explain it. Happy with my pick though!

This dress was adorable with a little hint of sexiness. I threw a party at my house and wanted to dress up without going overboard. This dress was perfect. The lace detail on the arms and the little hint of lace on the thigh is a perfect compliment to the solid blue...which is such a flattering color. I felt complete comfortable in the dress all night, the lace isn't itchy at all. The arms are a teeny bit tight, but nothing that was bothering me too much. Overall loved the dress!

Ordered this dress for my fiancés office party. I knew I waned something a bit edgy and sexy but still covered up enough for a work event. This dress was perfect for all my criteria! Seems to run a bit large but not much. Once again a fantastic experience from RTR :)

Great dress. The color is beautiful and it's so comfortable. I'm 5'11 and it was the perfect length. It's roomy through the midsection and fitted through the shoulders and arms

I loved the dress, however I wish it fit a little bit better. I ordered a size 2 and 4, and ended up wearing the size 2. I wish I ordered a 0 though, but I was afraid about ordering too small because I have muscular arms. Overall, I thought the dress was great though.

I'm super tiny and while this dress was super comfy, I found that I sort of drowned in it for photos.

I really wanted to love this dress. I loved the peekaboo lace detailing in the skirt. For my body type though (pear shape) the dress pulled on my hips. I liked it a lot better when I belted it with a black belt, since it made it shorter and gave me a waist. The color is a little darker blue in person.

My second size for my first choice (Trinia Turk--Santa Cruz) was unavailable so they sent me this one instead. I used RTR to find a dress for a Kentucky Derby Party. This dress did not fit my image of a Derby dress. The material is very heavy and the shape is very boxy. Plus it had shoulder pads (hello 80's)! The lace detail was interesting but I felt this dress would have been better suited for a winter holiday party, not a spring party. I wish the stylist would have looked in my favorites folder for other dresses I had selected for the Kentucky Derby Party. It seemed like this dress was randomly selected because the unavailable one was blue. Thankfully I was able to where my first choice so disaster averted.

Wore this dress to my nephew's christening. It was long enough but the slit was a little short for church. It ended up being ok. The dress overall fit very well, it was like a fancy t shirt dress.

I wore this to a winter baby shower at an upscale Manhattan hotel and it was perfect - feminine with just enough edginess to make it modern. Received lots of compliments all day.
