I'm typically a 4 but the 2 fit well so I'd go down for your back up size. This was a fun print and perfect for an after work holiday party. Love the jewels around the collar- nice touch! I wore it with tights but I think it would have been fine without too- just a little short maybe!

Loved this dress! Rented for a holiday party and got lots of compliments. Definitely a very unique look. A few things to note: (1) There are shoulder pads! I loved them but I know they are not for everyone, (2) The dress is shorter than I realized. I'm sort of bending forward in the photo, so you can't see the length that well, but if you're above 5'6", I would definitely wear it with tights (3) The silk material is pretty lightweight, which I liked because it was really breathable, and (4) Yes, the collar is jeweled - not a necklace!

I am an hourglass figure (jessica rabbit type) so the fixed belt was a challenge for me (had to safety pin it as it didn't go small enough). Aside from that, it was a great dress and I enjoyed wearing it to a breakfast charity event. It would be fine at a cocktail party but was great for an am breakfast (upscale) as well.

This dress is beautiful in person before you put it on, but what you don't see in the photo are the shoulder pads and the fact that the entire dress is 100 % silk. It is so difficult to move your arms comfortably in this dress and the sewn on belt was droopy. Overall, I would pick a different dress.
