Everything about this dress was perfect. I'm 5'3'', about 150 lbs and a 36B. The size 40R was the perfect fit with 3" heels. The dress was super sophisticated, comfortable and even came with pockets. I absolutely loved it and would definitely wear again!

Loved this dress - elegant and sexy! I wore it to a formal wedding and loved having pockets, as well as the detail on the waist. The only bummer is that I probably would've been a little more comfortable in a 38P and that size was not available; the 36P was snug at the waist but otherwise comfortable. I did need some fashion tape to hold the girls in place, and a stick-on bra. I got tons of compliments all night!

Wore this to a gala. Beautiful dress but a little snug in the waist and very low cut. Order size up and have your fashion tape ready.

Loved this dress! Zipper was a little tricky, and was easier with help. I'm 5'4, wore 4 1/2" heels and this just grazed the floor in the regular length. Fit snug at the waist while trying to zip, but perfectly comfortable once on. I wore no bra and used no tape, I didn't worry about any slippage. No issues seated during dinner, or dancing later in the evening. Truly a stunning dress, and I loved the less common color.

I wore this for an Indian wedding that I didn't have a saree for. It worked out beautifully, easy to dance in, a beautiful color, lots of compliments.

Loved the thick waist band - helped cinch in my waist. I'm small chested so it was loose up top but overall it was very classy and comfortable

I loved this dress. The material was beautiful and lighter than it looked online. I felt classy and a bit sassy at the same time. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because of the indecent exposure that happened every time I sat down. Don't forget your tape.

The 36R I received was missing a stitch on the front envelope structure so it sort of flopped over and the zipper was extremely stiff. Fortunately, the 38R still fit great! I absolutely loved the dress and the color really complimented my skin tone. The dress was form fitting, but not too tight, and hit my waist perfectly. The front plunges low, but not too low where it was inappropriate. The dress was very sexy and sophisticated. 10/10 will rent again!

Loved wearing this dress! The color is unique, the fit is flattering and it has pockets! Highly recommend pasties instead of a bra and maybe even tape if you are going to be dancing ;)

Absolutely love this dress. At first I was a little hesitant in grabbing this since it's a low plunging neckline. However, God bless a good bra as I was able to flaunt some side-boob for the first time EVER. The dress is a perfect fit from the waist down. Hugs perfectly well at the waist and then flows down naturally. I'm 5'6 and wore 3" heels. Dress fell perfectly and was not too short or too long. And there's pockets!! I was comfortable and I felt incredible! Excellent forest green color too.

Such a beautiful green color - and I'm a sucker for anything with pockets! Definitely go down a size for the backup. There was a lot of room in the chest and shoulders area, and even in the waist. The Regular length is perfect, and I'm 5'3", and I wore 3" heels. I typically wear a size 2. It can be worn with a standard bra, which is a plus! If you have a smaller bust, fashion tape would be a good idea to keep the top down. Especially with the plunging neckline! The rectangular piece right below the bust is thicker, and didn't lay flat - but going down a size will fix that. Perfect for a Fall or Winter wedding! Gold jewelry will accent the green as well!

The dress was beautiful and luxurious - the color and fabric were top notch. I had to use fashion tape to cover more of my bra area (which was a little tricky and took away the wow factor a bit), but the deep v neck would have been stunning on a woman with a flatter chest.

Dress was long, but only came to my ankles. Would recommend for some 6'1" or shorter including heel height. Luckily with the photo shoot this was used for it didn't make much difference. Very low cut dress and a beautiful color.

I requested this dress as a replacement for another that was returned late and didn't make my initial order. My measurements put me right on the cusp of 4/6 and I have an hour glass shape. The 38R was out of stock so I took my chances on the 36R. It arrived right on time and Tiana the REP I spoke with was so helpful. Unfortunately, the 36R was just a tiny bit too small to zip around one of my ribs but looked so perfect everywhere else. The 38R would've been perfect. I didn't end up wearing any of my choices as the sizes I needed weren't available but it was a fun experience renting and I WILL rent this dress again in the perfect size.

The dress looks just like the picture- I was worried how the envelope band in the middle would fit but it's cute. Color is gorgeous dark green and not too light or too heavy (perfect for a fall black tie wedding). When you sit down though or if you're not paying attention, it really folds down and kind of lumps up- not great for pics! I got an 8 and it was a bit too big (no 6 available). I'm 5'8" and wore flats, it just hits he floor. I think if i had the 6 the top problem wouldn't have been so annoying.

I loved the idea of this gown and had high hopes that the plunging neckline would add some drama to what could otherwise have been a boring maxi dress. Unfortunately there was just too much I didn't like about this one. The material is a drapey washed silk feel beautiful but not lined, it didn't seem sheer but could be clingy. The size 8 was super tight at the ribs and blouse-y with the deep plunge so that I would have needed to pin or tape the top down. The L was super long compared to other L dresses I've ordered from here so you'll need platform or Higher heels if your 5'9" or under. The green was gorgeous though and worth a try this just didn't work for my body!

The sizing was odd, it was very fitted around my mid rib cage but not tapered down my legs. The cut was much lower than pictures and I didn't fill it out enough. The fabric was textured and heavy, so body tape was not holding. I ended up wearing my wrap most of the night to prevent spillage.

This was a gorgeous dress but it did not fit my body type. I'm more straight and long, and often struggle with dresses fitting my rib cage. It was so elegant but did not zip. I'm a us size 6. The photo is of the 38. I also tried on the 40r and it still didn't zip and was pooling on the ground.

Comfortable, easy to move, good fit

Great understated elegance for a formal summer wedding - even with the very low heel I prefer. The deep V is a little scary at first try on, but use Lift It Up with the straightest side vertical, and dress tape set about 1" in along sides of V. Danced & looked great for hours!

I am typically a 4-6. I wore the 38 L and it was perfect. I wore this for a black tie gala that I was attending with colleagues and industry people. Sometimes I feel like it's hard to find a dress that feels glamorous but still conservative/appropriate enough for a professional work setting. This dress hit the mark. Perfect neckline, beautiful color and fit, and very comfortable (with pockets!) I would definitely recommend and wear it again myself.

The color was a perfect deep green. I have a smaller chest, so the low V cut top was not an issue for me. I used fashion tape to keep the top secured to my body.

The dress is unusual in its cut and the green is a beautiful deep color. You definitely need a special low cut bra if you're going to wear one at all. I would say that this dress is probably best suited for women with smaller breasts and, while beautiful, the cut of the dress might not be best for hourglass shapes.

This dress is such a great color, still formal but a little more exciting than a black number. It is quite low cut, I ended up having to pin it near the bottom of the neckline. I was a little disappointed in the length - if you have tall heals it might be a good idea to order the long. The regular still worked for me, just had to switch to a little bit lower shoes. Overall, loved it - and it has pockets!

Incredibly well made. Loved it. My size wasn't available due to issues with previous renter but I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Zipper is tricky (as described by other reviewers). The v neck is deep and required some double sided tape/ last minute adjustments to make it presentable (bras will not work under this, so will require stick ons or going braless). Despite all of the above, I loved this dress!

I was SO excited about this dress and ordered the recommended size. I'm usually a perfect American size 4, so I was surprised that this dress did not fit. The bodice was too tight, and the zipper wouldn't zip up all the way. I have an athletic frame, with relatively wide shoulders and ribcage for my 34A chest. The dress was beautifully made and the fabric was gorgeous . . . very lux, despite the absence of ornament. The sculptural details at the shoulders and waist were lovely, and I think this gown would be a great option for those with slightly narrower shoulders or torsos! Happily, I ordered another style as a back-up, and that size 2 fit perfectly. So, if in doubt, be sure to order a backup size or style.

I rented this for an outdoor wedding that I was in. The dress was beautiful, and I really liked the dark green color. The neckline is quite low, so I ended up using double-sided tape to make sure I didn't accidentally flash someone. This dress would probably work better on someone who is taller and who has a longer torso, as it wouldn't quite lay flat on me and give me good coverage at the same time. I wore 3" wedges, but still had to lift the dress whenever I walked. Would rent again in a jam, but wish there was a petite version.

I would absolutely rent this again. I loved the rich green color and lightweight material. The pockets were a plus! I'm tall (5'10") and appreciated the longer size available - it wasn't too long and gave me the much needed couple of inches to wear heels. The cut also gave me a nice waistline. I'm flat chested and had some trouble with the bust, but a little double sided tape did the trick. The neckline doesn't accommodate a bra, so be prepared to go without. Beautiful dress.

I am about 7 pounds heavier than usual. Therefore, the size 40 (10) fit me around the chest but it was way too long. If I had been my usual weight, the size 38 (8) would have been perfect. It's true that the band around my chest under my breasts was very tight, but that helped keep the dress secure and make the skirt fall elegantly. Yes, it was very low cut which required a special bra, but no one seemed to be shocked by it.

I rented this for a formal wedding. I loved the dark green color and the detailing on the waist. I wore the dress with 2 1/2 inch heels and the dress was long enough to cover most of the shoe. The only con about this dress is the neckline. I felt very uncomfortable in the church. The double stick tape wasn't working too well and I felt I was showing off a little too much cleavage in the pews. Before the reception, I ended up safety pinning the bottom of the V so I could dance and not have to worry about having a wardrobe malfunction.

I got this dress as a backup for an event. It fits true to size. The length is on the long size, so you may need to bust out your highest heels (which no one will see due to dress length). The color is a rich dark forest green, and the fabric is a heavier medium weight crepe. The dress has pockets (yay!). My only qualm is that the dress is a little bit angular in the shoulders and in the front (the design is called envelope and it is well named). If you are interested in an edgier, modern design, i would recommend this dress.

The color is gorgeous but the dress itself is hard to get on (side zipper) so if you're planning to wear this, do your makeup AFTER you get into this dress. The chest portion is low, and I was expecting this, but I wasn't expecting the dress cut in the front to be close to the bottom of my sternum! The length was great for a petite girl but I ended up not wearing this dress because it wasn't super comfortable and the front slit didn't suit me.

Like other reviewers, I LOVED this dress style and it fit perfectly everywhere, but I could not close the zipper.
