Big at the top

Fun shape and pattern! Waist is definitely small and I have a tiny waist. However I was surprised that even though I have a very large bust this dress still covered me well! Was perfect for a night out in Mexico!

Fits a little tight on waist and loose one the bust. I would recommend wearing a cute black lacy bra that you wouldn't mind peaking, or use fashion tape.

The dress is a little short and smaller in the waist, but it fit fine on my. The delicate pleating and gorgeous print really make the dress special.

I loved the colors of this dress. The dress does run a little small. I am usually a size four but I am wearing a size six in the photo. I would recommend gong a size up for the backup size. The wait and hips of the dress were very fitted but comfortable. I recommend going a size up for curvier women. The midsection of the dress was also very comfortable. The dress is great for an cup size. I am a D cup and the top was little big on me but was comfortable. It can be worn with a standard bra. I am 5’9” and the dress was mid-thigh length on me. This dress would be perfect for any party or celebratory occasion. Pair with black heels and a big necklace.

Runs really small. I ordered my regular size 4 and a back up size 6 and I'm sure glad I got a back up. Even the 6 was really tight where the black band is then it's very loose on the top. Overall pretty dress and I got a ton of compliments but size up

Wore this to a rehearsal dinner. I'm a size 4, and I wore the 38. I have a pretty small waist, and when I say that this was tight, it was super tight! It's the black straps that have absolutely no stretch to them and make this a difficult dress. I wish I would've sized up, but I wonder if that would've made the top way too large. In the size I got, the top was so roomy that I almost needed fashion tape to secure the V-neck. The length was short, but I loved where it hit! The zipper was so difficult--almost thought I was going to break it because the black bands were so thick and hard to get over with the delicate zipper. The colors are fantastic in person, and I got several compliments. No regrets, but it was a close call with how tight the black bands were!

Definitely get a bigger backup size, this was really tight around the rib cage making the zipper very difficult to zip up. It's a very cute dress!

The fit was as expected, per other reviews, the black waist is unforgiving but luckily it fit perfect for me. The top is loose and as a smaller chest, with a black bralette it worked well. The dress is shorter and felt short but didn't necessarily look like a mini. It was comfortable and added a little something for the rehearsal dinner.

I really loved the way the dress looked on me- I rented it for Easter dinner and received so many compliments! I ordered a size 40 and 42 - both fit me about the same but I ended up wearing a size 42 because of the belt. I have a wide rib cage and even though the top and bottom are super loose fitting and flowy, the zipper and the black belt around the waist is extremely tight and I almost couldn't get it zipped. Once it was on it felt great but the Zipper was definitely very hard to get closed. I would recommend sizing up for this reason. The top also is made for bustier women but it still worked for me as long as I was careful not to lean over without paying attention. It's a little bit on the short side but not too bad. I would consider myself an average-small woman and I had to wear the biggest size....

This dress is super cute but not very roomy in the stomach area.. the material makes it super hot when worn but the dress photographs beautifully and I love how it looked! I'd recommend to wear this to an indoor event if possible!

Luckily, I was able to try this dress on prior to renting it for a wedding (as I visited the Las Vegas store front during the July 4th holiday weekend). I'm so glad this dress was available in store as I'm not sure I would have chosen it off the website! The fabric and the color was what initially drew me in- but the fit was extremely flattering, as well (thanks to the cinched, tiny waist and flowing skirt). I would definitely rent this dress again for another occasion if I was sure not to run into anyone who had previously seen it! Only downside worth mentioning - the arm holes are quite tight (guessing due to the structured tailoring of the dress), and I had to pin the top to be sure my bra wouldn't show midway through the reception. I don't recall having this issue with the version I tried in store, and perhaps someone with a bigger, er, chest could fill out the top in a way that wouldn't require this minor adjustment. :) Overall, a great rental experience.

The dress itself is gorgeous. The design is beautiful and the material is really nice. I loved the length and style of the dress however I just could not wear this. The arm holes are TINY so I felt like I had material in my armpits and there is SO much material on the upper half that it flares out in odd places. I'm a 32D too, so I would think anyone would have this issue. It may work for really talk slender women who can pull the dress down, but then again maybe not.

This dress is beautiful. It's a bit tight around the rib cage though and I have a wear a 30/32 bra so just be aware of that. Good length and coverage up top

Order up. I’m a 6 and ordered a 40 per recommendation but I’ll likely order a 44 next time if I order again.

I rented this dress for my daughter to wear to a party. She is a size 2 with a triple D chest. The zipper is located on the side but does not open under the armpit hole. This made it very difficult to get in especially since the waist band has zero stretch. Bc of her chest size, the design at the top made her girls look waaaay bigger and saggy. We thought it would help make them app read smaller. This is a great dress for small chests and narrow ribs and hips.

I couldn’t even wear this dress. Sad because it would have been cute.

Was excited to wear this dress but reviews are right. There is no give in the black bands. I am a normal size 8 and could not get the zipper up. Also layer underneath skirt makes it feel really short on even though outside layer isn't.

in the waistline. Was unable to zip the dress up. The conversion of dress sizes seems to be off because I am always a size 2, most of the time with a little extra room. It seemed like a pretty dress and the length was spot on, but size up... maybe 2 sizes.

Order a size (or 2 up). The European sizes are tiny, and this particular dress has a very very small waist. I squeezed into this but next time would get the 6 (I'm typically a 2/4). The micro pleats are beautiful and hold their shape. I loved the touches of red in the dress as a pop of color. Lots of compliments

I really liked this dress but I could not get it zipped up so I didn't wear it. Be sure to read reviews on size because the middle is smaller than I expected with zero give because of the ribbon.

This dress is gorgeous and would be the perfect length for me, but unfortunately it's way too small in the waist. It seems to be made for someone with a narrow torso. I recommend to order up larger than usual.

Other reviewers weren't lying about it running small. I rented my normal size because there was another dress by the same designer people had said ran small and I didn't find that to be true. I was able to zip this one up, but it's tight. However, the dress is very cute, the pleats hold their shape nicely, and the hourglass given by the slim waist is nice.

I wear a size 4 pretty religiously (even with a few summer pounds added), and the 4 would not zip. The zipper is a side rather difficult one over the black waist-band area. I ended up wearing the 6, which fit great from the waist down. However, the top was little big. I still got plenty of compliments and felt pretty!

I wore this dress to a bridal shower and really liked it. It is tight in the waist, but I have a larger rib cage-sometimes have issues with dresses that zip up the side running small on me, and this one was no different. It fit everywhere else though and is a really pretty purple and the material is nice. Overall a great rental but be aware of the little waist!

Should have sized up on this one! I'm normally a 4-6 but should have gotten a size 8. I will definitely be ordering this one again. The rib cage - surprisingly was just too tight to zip! everything else looked like it would have fit perfect.

I love the print and style of this dress with the little ruffle at the bottom, but the pleating at the top just makes the top have entirely too much fabric. It just makes you look massive on top. The waist and has no stretch and was a little too tight on me as well, so maybe size up. I think this would be cuter on someone who is a smaller size.

Great quality, length, and print! Had to send back for a larger size! The black ribbon around the waist DOES NOT GIVE at all! Hoping the 38 will work! :)

The fit is cute. As others noted, the armholes are small and I sized up. I found the zipper to be very challenging to zip up (not because it was too tight but because of the zipper prongs). I didn't end up wearing it b/c I could get it to zip all of the way up.
