The perfect LBD for your formal affair or work! Running rather small, we recommend going one size up for backup. I personally wear a size 2 and the dress was still tight in the arms and around the neckline. It is slightly fitted at the waist and fitted at both the waist and bust. And with no stretch in the fabric, this dress works best for smaller cup sizes. At 5’5, the hemline hit me between mid-thigh to knee length. Pair with sleek jewelry and statement bag.

Length was perfect for the occassion - right above the knee. Fit was fine - I normally wear a 34 and rented a 36. It was a bit large in the waist which I expected, but looked fine given the seaming through the middle and the a-line skirt. The arms however, I would imagine feeling a bit tight in my regular size - I'm on the thin side but do have muscles. That said, if you have very thin arms I doubt you'd have an issue. The high neck was narrow and rubbed a bit against my skin - so I wouldn't recommend this dress for someone with a larger neck.

This was my backup dress and I didn't end up wearing it but the dress runs true to size and is well made/tailored beautifully. The shoulders have some pads in them, which made the dress more unique. The material is heavy, so you'll definitely stay warm in this for the winter.

I usually wear either a 4 or a 6 and have never had an issue with fit for any dress I've ever gotten from RTR. However, this dress...where do I begin? It is inappropriately short in the back, but longer in front, which was weird. The fabric feels completely cheap. The dress was really baggy everywhere except for the sleeves, which were so tight I couldn't lift my arms. Overall, the dress was extremely ill-fitting, and I was not able to wear it. One other notes is that there's a strange flap of fabric on the front of the dress that I didn't notice on the photos, so be aware of that if you plan to wear a necklace.

I loved this dress - it was classy and comfortable! I loved the cut and overall fit. The material is thick so I would recommend wearing this sometime in the fall or early spring (or winter with tights!) as it may be a bit too heavy to wear on warmer temperatures.

The first dress I ordered was not available due to damage or delayed return. Customer service at RTR contacted me a day before my shipment date to notify me of the issue. I was extremely disappointed. Angelica, the woman at customer service, helped me order two dresses and jewelry. Customer service was very quick, and helpful. I usually wear a size 0-2. Dress runs small. The 2 fit well around the body. I'm 5'7.5, 123lbs, measurements 34B, 26, 35. The arms however were very tight. I don't have a lot of muscle mass on my arms. This seems to be a problem with the way the dress was made. It was hard to bend my arms. Also the zippers on the sleeves, and back looked worn out. It was a pretty dress, elegant, and classy. I liked the light padding on the shoulders, and button front detail on the dress. Although, I don't think I would order this dress again.

Unfortunately, I was unable to wear this dress. I have wider hips and bigger arms that unfortunately prevented me from being able to fit in this dress. It looked like the bottom would flare out a bit more than it does. But I do really think it's a perfect classic LBD.
