Tons of compliments on this dress! The way the back is cut sends it over the top. It's also surprisingly comfortable even though it's a tighter/form-fitting dress.

The cut of the dress is cute and very flattering if you want to show off back/shoulders. The bottom was poufy and runs a little on the large side. Size down. Very comfortable and felt high quality.

Shorter than I like for work but lined and hung nice so it worked for me. Pockets Rock! Worn with racer back bra Snug top fit Zipper is super hard to zip so have help to make it easier to wear.

Fitted at the waist. Low quality zipper, so you may need assistance zipping it past the waist. I was nervous about the wide hips, but they style was great. Pattern is unique and interesting. Lightweight, great for summer. Racer back detail is night.

I love this dress! The pattern is very unique and the cutout shoulders in the back are really flattering (but I had to wear a strapless bra!) this dress runs really big, I was swimming in it and wished I had sized down. Otherwise lots of compliments and my fiancé loved it on me.

Loved it and may even purchase. Versatile for seasons and occasions. Smaller chest area, not for busty women. Tapered waist lead into a flouncy, dare I say almost bubbly, hemline. Fun pattern and textile is quality as always with carven.

This dress is even better in person! The print is interesting and almost psychedelic with some hidden yellow submarine shapes in the pattern. My boyfriend couldn't get enough! The fit was snug in a good way. It definitely needed steaming and I had to cross my bra straps to keep them from showing but loved it.

I loved this dress! Light and sweet. However, size up as the waist is small and difficult to zip up. I had to return my usual size and get a larger one.

Short and fitted, nice A-line and cut up front/back makes it a little more interesting than the usual short A-line mini dress. Cotton was light and great for summer. Perfect for a more formal day time affair like a bridal shower.

This is officially my favorite RTR dress. The fabric is such a lovely quality and nice and light. The pattern has coral, submarines, and scuba divers. Bonus, it also has pockets! This dress could not have fit me better. I wore this with pointy black flats for work and black wedges for church. Looked great both times!

I wore this dress to an alumni party at a vineyard on a warm spring day. I loved the dress -- it fit like a glove around the waist with plenty of room in the hips to sashay around the party. The fabric is beautiful, with a sheerness to the overlay over black, which really added something special and extra dimension. It hit me just above the knee, so not as short as it appears in the model photo. Paired with pale pink heels.

I am usually a size 2 but the 36 was a little bit too tight. For French sizing, I would recommend going one size up. The 38 fit perfectly. The print on this dress is absolutely fabulous. There are hidden scrubber divers and submarines in the busy design that can go almost without any notice. I love that! Very comfortable dress. Beautifully made.

This was a cute dress with a sheer overlay. I will rent again -- looked like it would be easy to wear with the pockets.

Cute dress, great length not short. Fits true to size. I worn it to work with a black shift over it and then later worn it to a dinner date - minus the shift. The dress fit very nicely and was very comfortable and easy to wear. Fun cut out on the back which required a special bra (Racer). Lightweight fabric was also very comfortable.

i'm typically btwn 2 and 4, usually a 4 in carven, but wore the 6 based on reviews and glad i did because i have a larger waist. even size 6 was a little snug. loved the pockets, hem hit a touch above the knee, very work appropriate. really liked the pattern, didn't love the cut around the arms because i feel like it highlights my under arm fat, but that's just a peeve of mine. can't wear reg bra, but no bra worked from for me. dress is actually black w a white mesh over it, not a printed pattern.

Very cool print on this dress. I think it has the yellow submarine from the Beatles album. Dress was too small and wouldnt zip up.

This was a really adorable dress. You could dress it up with heels or make it casual for an outside BBQ. My only compliant is that the dress runs a slight small. It was also difficult to zip up around the waist area because of the make and material. However, once I got it on, it was a great addition to the wardrobe!

I usually wear a 2 in most dresses on here, and RTR suggested the 34 as similar, but it was way too small. Had to send it right back.

Bust might run a bit snug for fuller chests. But still cute! Light material and pockets.

The dress was beautiful just tight in the top area. I would recommend sizing based on waist size.

But sadly I was not able to wear it because I should have sized up. I have an unlimited subscription so I will try this dress again in a larger size.

This dress is cute with a great print and I almost wore it for work, but ended up sending back because the fit was a little weird on me. Kind of loose in the shoulders but quite tight in the rib cage and would be uncomfortable, especially sitting. Definitely size up if you're larger busted/larger ribcage but might have weird fit in other areas.

I didn't get to wear this dress to my event as the zipper was extremely hard to get up.The dress fit fine once we got it but it took me and my two roommates to get the zipper over the part where the bottom of the dress connects with the top.

Material was thinner than expected. FYI I'm 5' 2" so the if the waist was at natural waist, I had to pin the top to so the front wasn't baggy. #petiteproblems All in all, cute spring/summer dress

I thought this dress was going to run small on my broad shoulders so I sized up, too bad it was a little loose everywhere else. I should have just stuck to my usual size. The pattern is fun and the material extremely light, more sundress than the structured fit I thought it might have but it kept its shape with the slight bubble in the skirt. It's cute and interesting but I didn't feel like it was anything special.

I rented the larger of the two sizes I usually rent and still couldn't get the zipper past my ribcage.
