I had to pin the top so that my bra didn't show. I am very small breasted and didn't have enough to fill it out. Otherwise, I loved it! Wish I owned the dress.

The dress is very light and airy. I loved it for the wedding I attended at the beach. I received lots of compliments! It was very comfortable. Sometimes the front would come unclasped, so watch out! I had to pick up the bottom some too so I didn't step on it. Beautiful material and a very flattering fit!

Cut and Style: When I first got the dress, I was concerned that the under-layer was cotton and the dress wouldn't seem as dressy. However with jewelry and tall shoes, I really liked it. Perfect for an outdoor summer wedding or event, but maybe not dressy enough for all wedding occasions.Length is long. Was glad to be wearing high shoes. I liked the see through top layer and the cut. Size: thought I might be between M and S but needed the S because the top was too baggy. There is some give to the dress due to the cotton material and stretchy waistband.

I never wore a maxi before but I am short so I was worried about about the fit. On here it says there are length options but I was not offered any. I really loved how flowy and pretty the dress was; perfect for Napa Valley wine tasting/ rehearsal wedding get together. The color is gorgeous and if you have boobs it makes them look awesome, though you need some boob tape or backless sticky bra.

Make sure you have fabric tape for the front.

I rented this dress for a June wedding in Florida. The material was light but not the silky material I was expecting. This made the dress a little more casual but the wedding I was going to was at the beach so it was still perfect for the occasion. The dress fit well and received lots of compliments on it. I think the dress fit true to size and the material is stretchy so it gives some room for error in size choice. I would definitely recommend this for a summer wedding or event.

This dress is absolutely beautiful in person - the pictures don't even do it justice! I wore this to a yacht party and was stopped by 3 different women on my way to the dock asking where I got it! The drawstring neck is adjustable, so it is a pretty easy fit. Will definitely rent again!

This dress was a PERFECT summer maxi to wear on my cruise vacation. It was light & flowy, comfortable, and very flattering. Ended up wearing this dress 2 times to dinner because I loved it so much. Perfect fit. Thanks RTR!

I wore this dress for a charity event this spring in NC where the dress was "creative cocktail." The fabric is very light and I think it would be great for a beach wedding or outdoor summer event. The fabric on the bottom is sheer, but there is a fully lined white skirt so no need for a slip. I am shorter, so I found that this cut worked very well since it is shorter in the front. With 3 inch heels, I was not even stepping on the back of it. The bodice is gorgeous, and I was shocked that I did not need sticky tape on my chest. I did one of those sticky bra cup things up top and that worked just fine. This dress is also a bit forgiving due to the high waist. I have had 2 children so am conscious about how dresses will hug my mid section. I would not suggest this dress if you have a very small bust, as I think it might hang a bit strange, at least if you are petite and have a short waist. It is a very comfortable dress in a light fabric. Very fun to dance in, and I had no problems with the length so did not have to worry about tripping over it.

This dress is perfect for an outdoor warm weather wedding. So breezy and comfortable. I ended up having to go braless but I'm not very large busted so it wasn't much of an issue. The front did pucker strangely when the front snap was closed so most of the time it was worn open which did make it fairly low cut. It was a more "casual" look so I wouldn't suggest it for a more formal wedding but if you have a daytime wedding or rehearsal dinner this would be perfect.

The top was really baggy for a size XS. The size S was even worse - that size fit me better everywhere else...but I wore the XS to downsize the top. I should note that I wore a Regular, not a Long. At 5'8" I thought I should go for a Long, but RTR doesn't have this dress in Long sizes. Otherwise it was a great dress! Loved the flowy-ness. Felt elegant enough for a fancy dinner out but not too over the top for summertime.

I'm not usually a fan of long, flowy styles. This was a great, comfy option to try when looking to impress and do something different. the only negative in my opinion is how correct my posture had to be at all times to have this particular style look its best and flatter my body. *a good habit for me anyway - no complaints, just something to be aware of. I'm usually a 10, bigger in the shoulders, chest and thighs - the back up Medium was the better fit. I'd have been drowning in the Large.

This dress was nice, but not extraordinary. Just a simple jersey knit material which made it very comfortable and easy to dance in. I didn't love the way the keyhole in the front draped with the snap buttoned so I ended up leaving it unsnapped.

Fit well except it is very low cut, had to wear something underneath. Otherwise, it was a beautiful simple dress for a summer wedding!

Careful with the front closure. You may need double sided tape if wearing it open which is a nice detail. True to size nice and flows and breezy.

I rented this dress for my engagement party in hot July and it was perfect! The fabric was very light and airy. I usually wear a size small but ended up wearing my backup size of xsmall. I have a small bust size and my only complaint about the dress is that it's low cut in the front. It comes with a snap but I had to safety pin it in three different spots in order for it to lay appropriately and to have modest coverage. Also, the fabric was pretty worn close up but not noticeable from far away.

I enjoyed wearing this dress to my fiancé's 20 year high school (boarding school) reunion! It worked nicely for the daytime activities. I did end up pinning the flap on the bottom portion to be a little more becoming and that worked out nicely.

This dress was great for a hot day outside. I like that it had some length to it but it was still showed some skin. For reference I'm 5'9 wore a small and the dress was about an inch from the ground. Longer than it looks in the photo!

The dress is gorgeous and true to size. The only reason I went with another RTR dress, instead, is the amount of cleavage in this dress (didn't think the rabbi would appreciate it). For most occasions, the cleavage would be appropriate, but perhaps not for a wedding if you're busty. Otherwise, absolutely beautiful and looking forward to another occasion where I could rent it again.

The dress was comfortable and perfect for a baptism. It has a snap closure on the front making it conservative enough for a church event. It was light and colorful, I got multiple comments on how pretty the blue was.

True to size, except for the top run a smidget big. The sizing says to wear a nu bra or no bra, but I found that I had to wear a normal strapless to fill it out and had no problem with it showing. There is a little snap button in the front to keep it together. The dress is very light , airy, and forgiving, which was great for the outside June wedding I went to in the middle of Mississippi. it was HOT! Length is perfect for heals, but drags with flats.

I did not get to wear this. I needed something a little more dressy and this was too casual for a bridal shower. It fit me nicely as far as size and length goes but I would have liked to have left the front unbuttoned and in order to do that, you can see the little clip which I also did not like too much.

this dress is super cute. runs true to size. can be worn with a strapless bra. feels like you are wearing a nightgown. would not recommend for a formal affair, it's way too casual but worked great for the summer party that i went to.

This was a great comfortable and breezy dress for a hot outdoor wedding in Malibu. I got both the SR and the XSR based on previous reviews and so glad I did as I ended up going with the XSR. The bust area was still pretty loose so I ended up keeping the buckle closed. The dress is long so even with heels I ended up stepping on the hem a lot.

Theere was a string that went through the top and allowed you to tighten or loosen depending on your chest size. There was also a snap in the front which allowed for further adjustment of how much chest exposure you wanted. Really great dress!

I wore this for lunch/cocktails while lounging at a resort. It was airy and flowy, and I loved the dreamy blue colors. The movement of the dress was amazing. But it is very see-through and runs very large up top. If you're a petite framed gal like me with a small chest, this is probably not your very best dress, but that said, for my casual evening with my husband at the resort, it worked great and it is very feminine.

Nice material and print but definitely runs large. I was unable to wear it and I am a 36D. The bra was just too visible.

This dress is super casual. I was hoping to wear this for a catamaran tour for a wedding in Cabo coming up, but it just didn't cut it. I hoped it would be a little more dressy casual, but it seemed like something I would throw on for the weekend or to go to the pool, not something to wear to an event. Fit well, but the tie at the neck is incredibly long.

I have purchased cuter maxi dresses while grocery shopping at Meijer. The overlay is much thicker in person and not see-thru. The waist was at least 34 inches around for a large and the top bagged. I had high hopes in this dress but ... :(
