I rented this to wear dressed up for work / dressed down with jeans for everyday. It was SUCH a disappointment. SO small on my arms & shoulders. I don't know how the model in the photo fit those bow sleeves through the arm unless she is wearing two sizes up. I wore a thin tight black longsleeve tee under and could BARELY get it on. The jacket is also cropped and extremely big in the body, which ends up looking strange in combination with the tight sleeves. To make it worse, the fabric is flimsy & feels cheap. No matter how I tried to style it, I felt self conscious in this jacket. There are some other gorgeous tweed jackets on RTR, I recommend going with one of those styles instead.

Fabric felt on the cheap side so better with jeans for a cute brunch outfit rather than, say, an important presentation at work (although it was fine for an every day office blazer). A little shine but not over the top. Runs true to size.

Loved this jacket - fit just right and adds to a boring work outfit. Considering buying.

It fit great and is tailored so well. It reminded me of a Chanel jacket. I wore it with dresses, a white button down and pearls, and with a relaxed jump pants and a black top and tennis shoes.

The jacket is a little boxy, but looks good. I liked it so much that I ended up buying it. I had several people comment on how much they liked it and it's a good item to throw on when it's air conditioned in the office.

LOVE this jacket! I wore it to work. It's a great jacket that's not boring. I work with boots, jeans, and a t shirt underneath, but it can also be dressed up. I highly recommend! Ordered and XS, should have ordered a Small, though (It still fit, just a big tight in the shoulders). It was still cute, and gave it a more modern look.

I wore this to work over a black dress one day and a blue dress the other. It was easy, looked professional and great for the office. It kept me warm and felt thick, so it was great on cold days. Dressed up my outfits and i got lots of compliments. I think i could have worn either a M or L, the L was a bit boxy but did not look too big and was comfortable.

I wore this to work with jeans and boots. Could be dressed up with trousers and heels. Classic "Chanel-ish" jacket.

It runs true to size. I wore it for a holiday event (daytime), and it has a little shimmer to it so it was perfect. It would be totally fine for every day IF you are comfortable with a little bit of glitter in your outfit. Not cocktail party glitter, but definitely glitter.

I loved this jacket. It runs small, so I would order your bigger size. I am typically a 2/4, wore the XS, but would have been more comfortable in a S. It does have metallic in it, but is definitely work appropriate and classy. Love the fringe detail and would definitely rent again.

This jacket was nice and a good staple for work. There were two things I didn't love though - the first was that because it is a zipper front it can be heavy and make the front not look as structured. The second was that the wrists were just a little narrow so I had to make sure to pull them past my watch and large bracelet and the lining could get stuck.

I loved this jacket. It looks pretty and has a subtle shimmer woven into the tweed fabric. It was a feminine touch in my all male office.

I didn't realize how many gold sparkles the fabric had when I ordered this, but I still wore it to work. It fit pretty well, but the sleeves are narrow by the wrists and my watch got stuck. Fun jacket though!

I rented this jacket for work and wore it with a dark gray dress. Jacket is more glittery in person than I expected and shorter in length (hit me about an inch above the top of my hip -- I'm 5'5"). But it looks great, though a little slouchier than the picture. I think this might look better with a pair of jeans than for work.

fabric is a bit rough but overall i would recommend it.

This piece was ALMOST perfect! It looks super classy & expensive. I considered purchasing, but it was a tad tight on the shoulders and a bit short. Looks great with high waisted pants.

It is perfect around shoulders and arm length but it is a little tight in the bust. I am a 32D bra and smalls usually work.

This is a cute jacket with a little more sparkle than I expected, but still appropriate for work. I am tall and the jacket was definitely more of a cropped look (much shorter than it appeared on the model), and the sleeves were 3/4 length on me.

Needs to be paired with tighter fitting clothing b/c the fit was slightly frumpy vs structured as I was hoping. Might be that I should have gotten a smaller size for a closer fit.

Got this for work, but couldn't wear it - it is VERY shiny! A gorgeous piece but not for everyday, would be appropriate as a festive blazer for a holiday party maybe.

I paired this jacket with a pink wool pencil skirt, black tights and gold jewelry. It fit exactly how I thought it would. I sized up for a straight fit that didn't hug my curves too closely since I wore it to a meeting with a more conservative crowd.
