A great look to wear to the office, and then to a cocktail event after! I really love the fit of this dress. Something unique about the style of the dress is that it does have a dropped hem that flares out at the bottom. I would recommend sizing up if you are larger in the bust area. This is a great transitional dress from day to night as you can really dress it up with the shoe you wear!

The fact I didn't but this dress is driving me insane. I LOVED everything about it. It was super professional and could be even more so with a jacket thrown over it. I got so many compliments on this dress it really made me feel like a rock star! I will be renting it again and probably buy it next time!

I wore this dress to work with a jacket over it. The fabric is a little heavier than it looks but it is stretchy, which made it comfortable. Size 4 was a little loose so I went with the 2 but either one would have worked.

I liked this dress a lot. The material is soft (comfortable) and think (flattering). Only problem was the black lining seems to have stretched a bit over time and was hanging below the dress. I used a couple pieces of fashion tape to keep it in place, though looking at my picture, perhaps I could have used one more....

I thought this would be super itchy material and structured but in fact it's really soft and so comfortable. The other dress I rented was a little more flattering for me so I didn't end up wearing this but it's really cute and comfy. It was a hard decision to pick between the two.

This was softer and more comfy than I expected, and the pattern was vibrant white grey and black. It looked really nice. Don't wear it if you're trying to hide a tummy though. It kinda clings in the middle. Overall this was nice for work and I'm glad I rented it.

I loved the stretch and ruffled bottom on this, but the cut definitely shows any tummy whether yours is nearly flat or not. I still liked the dress and would rent it again, though possibly for slightly cooler weather with tights and a blazer, the material was a bit heavier than I prefer for NYC summers.

I wore this dress for a speaking engagement. I opted to put a cardigan over it to change up the look but it was a very popular dress and the fit really hugs curves well. I could run short on taller women. I'm 5'6 and felt a draft when I bent over to sign a book.

Unfortunately this dress smelled a bit funny - def not freshly laundered - when I received it, enough that I had to wash it before wearing. The dress itself though I super comfortable and flattering, though a bit loose in the back, maybe from having been over-worn.

I probably should have gotten a size up because it is a little form fitting in the back which is nice but I wore a blazer to tone it down a little for work

Rented this for work! I am normally a 0-2, and after reading the reviews I went for the 2 which was the best choice. If you are between sizes, go up a size. Stretchy, coomfy and super flattering. Perfect length.

This is the only RTR piece I've ever purchased, so I obviously loved it! I always wear 0's and often even 0's are too large for me. I accidentally ordered this in a size 4, and it fit surprisingly well. The material is stretchy and flattering. It couldn't be more perfect for work. It's extremely comfortable.

I rented this for work and wore it a few times with both a white and black blazer. It's so stretchy, I didn't even use the zipper and didn't notice it had one till the second wear. It also worked really well with black sandals and a jean jacket. The name is misleading - there's nothing hard or stiff about this dress that would crackle. It's super soft! Will rent in the future in a smaller size and probably keep!
