This dress worked beautifully for a New Year’s Eve party. The material is a bit stretchy so I didn’t have to worry about bloating, and the sleeves and ruffles are eyecatching without being too much of a statement. I got loads of compliments even though I ended up being a tiny bit overdressed.

This was an EXCELLENT dress. Great fit, heavy material that lays nicely. Pros are that it slims, being black. Length is perfect for work, and sleeves and ruffle front add the fun factor. Cons: Texas in the summer, material is a bit heavy, but I still wore it because I was indoors all day.

The flare at the bottom is perfect for curvy body types and the sleeves are super fun.

Excellent length for work. The ruffles on the chest and sleeves may look too bold when you see the dress online, but they are lovely. Fabric has a bit of give, but just a bit. The waist vs. skirt silhouette fit me perfectly, although I could see how some people may think the waist is a bit too tight. I love how flowy the dress is, looks beautiful in motion. I walked out the front of my office building to get lunch in downtown Boston and a stranger remarked out loud "Great dress!"

Loved this dress. Fit like a dream. The sleeves added a bit of flare but I did not find too crazy. Loved the thick, luxurious fabric. So flattering and perfect for work - conservative but stylish.

4 was a good choice for my 32D chest vs a 2. Flattering fit for most body types I imagine. Cut and hung nicely. Love the sleeves.

This dress is a showstopper. I wore it both to work and to a Christmas Eve party, and it was so flattering and so stylish. It looks and feels expensive.

The material is thick and hangs very well! There was NOTHING I didn't like about this dress. The bodice was snug and helped to accentuate my small ribcage. If you are wider, you may want to size up. I loved it so much, I wore it to church the next day! Sadly, I had to return it because it was too pricey to keep!

The sleeves on this dress are as fabulous as they look in the pictures, and the whole thing is actually quite light and airy as opposed to feeling weighed down with volume because the whole design is created by the simple addition of a single ruffle. There isn't any belting or seaming, but the cut is very hourglass so it's quite flattering. It fits true to size, but the waist is the smallest part - the skirt is very full so there is plenty of space for larger hips. Update: I rented a second time and the 2 wasn't available so I got the 4, and it also fit fine - perhaps slightly more roomy, but there isn't a huge size difference between two consecutive numbered sizes.

The fit was slightly too snug from the pic. 5'6" and hit me mid thigh.

I wore this to a fancy happy hour and loved it. Felt comfortable without feeling too dressed up or dressed down. The frills on the sweater are cute and not as over the top as I thought they might look. The only thing that didn't give this a fifth star is that there was a button missing on one of the wrists. Wasn't noticeable but could do with a fix.

This is a very pretty dress and you can tell by the material that it's an expensive piece. I really liked it but didn't love it.

Beautiful cocktail dress but i was able to get away with wearing it to work by pairing with chunky boots and leggings.

Online I couldn't tell if this was more cocktail or work appropriate. It ended up working for both for me. The ruffled sleeves definitely make a statement but the color/fabric made it suitable for my office as well. Really flattering fit. I usually wear a 4 or a 2 and am glad I rented a 6. Would rent again.

I've been doing RTR for years, and this is- hands down- my favorite rental ever. It's a beautiful dress that has a gorgeous fit with the best material imaginable. I got a million compliments all day, and I loved how comfortable it was! This is the perfect dress.

The ruffles have a great look to them. Polished, but fun and a bit mesmerizing. Makes you look thin in the waist. Note that the sleeves feel a little heavy. The overall weight of the dress was just right for an all day conference. Has a great swing to the bottom. You will get tons of compliments.
