Overall, I loved this dress! Perfect for our outdoor, laidback engagement party. I typically wear a 0 or 2. For this dress, even the 2 was a little tight in the bust. Length fell to around mid-calf. Arm holes are a bit awkward, so make sure to check that your bra doesnt show on the sides. White or nude undergarments are a must. Highly recommended.

This dress fit perfectly. Gorgeous and comfortable. Perfect for almost any occasion. I would love to have this dress in black too.

Skirt is constructed so that it has some Volume. It was a great dancing dress.

I wore this dress for my wedding. I had been eyeballing it for a while and I'm so glad i got it. It is so beautiful and flattering. I had to squeeze into the 6 because the 8 was too big in the chest area (34B). It wasnt uncomfortable, but the 6 hugged me and flattered my top and then flared out at the bottom hiding my hip areas that I'm a bit self conscious about. The fabric is thicker so it kept me relavitively warm for our short, windy wedding outside. I would own this dress if I could. Definitely recommend!

I rented this as a back up for my bridal shower and it was a huge hit. I got many compliments and felt beautiful. 3 things: I was concerned about the length, because I'm 5'3" and it hit right above my ankles, but once I put heels on, it looks great. Also, the bodice area is really tight, so make sure you wear a white bra with a full, supportive cup. Lastly, make sure you where white or nude underwear, because other colors are definitely noticeable. The flow at the bottom of the dress made it a little more fancy, and the hidden pockets are great. Overall 9 out of 10 for this dress, only because the zipper was broke and it wasn't my first choice rental, but it was beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

I rented this through the Neiman Marcus store, and it was a super easy experience. The dress was a perfect fit for my body type and was very comfortable. The rental price was definitely more than I intended to spend, but I actually found it to be totally worth it. I felt so good in it; it made my evening!

I wore this dress for my bridal shower. It was my backup rental, and I'm so glad the original order went awry!!! I was so excited to wear the dress :) I received so many compliments - its definitely not a dress that anyone has seen before. The layers were the big hit and it flowed elegantly; it's also very fun and definitely not a traditional dress! It lets you stand out. I will echo other women's opinions that the chest is tight, and this dress would definitely not work for a woman with a large bust. I have a small chest, but the size 6 was still a bit sight in the rib-cage area, so I wore the 8. Definitely recommend!

This dress was perfect for our Diner en Blanc themed wedding! I received so many compliments all night long, it moves beautifully. Beware, I'm smaller up top and it was very tight in the chest. I wish I had another event where I could wear this!

Loved the fit. Runs a little small in the bust. Dropped waist so great if you're tall, a little harder if you're short.

I usually wear a 0 but I could only get a 2 and it worked perfectly! The stripes are a lot more noticeable than on the model but it makes it very unique and geometric. I got so many compliments on how different it was from all the other dresses at my prom! It is very see-though though so white/nude colored things under is the only way to go. And for a major bonus, pockets!!

I will have to disagree with the reviewer who stated you have to be tall to carry off this dress. I am 5'1" and I loved the length of this dress. The shortest part hit me mid calf. The dress runs large. I ordered a size two due to the skirt being full I wanted to ensure the bodice fit. I am pear shaped which means I have a lot of booty! I am a size two on top and a 4 or 6 on the bottom depending on the cut. One reviewer stated, "I don't know when I will be returning this dress." same here, I love this dress it one of my top favorites. I rented two weeks before my event which was seersucker themed, to ensure I would have it. This dress is beautiful! I definitely recommend if you are considering this dress don't hesitate, grab it!

Would have given it 5 stars but the armholes are so big and with everything else covered it calls attention to underarm bulge. I wore a camisole to hide but it took away from the dress. Ended up changing to a more casual dress for the lunch celebration.

Amazing dress (with pockets) felt so beautiful in! Lots of compliments!! Made me look so tall and slender (I hold most of my weight in my belly and it was nicely hidden away.) WARNING - DD boobs won't fit. Couldn't get the back zipped all the way so I zipped to my upper torso, clasped the top, and left it opened in the back. Ended up wearing the dress anyways because it was so beautiful. People told me they didn't notice and thought it was supposed to be like that. I could get is zipped up all the way but that just pancaked my boobs. Dress too tight to wear a bra but boobs still looked perky and nice due to the tight chest area. Dress very slightly see through so wear.

This dress is super well made. The material is thick and holds you in on top. It fit really well and was perfect for an event where it was a little chilly. It made me look super small on top but wasn't tight on the tummy area. It was super comfortable but the material is really heavy and can be a little bulky. Overall, I liked it.

So... I rented this because it was cute and different, but then it was absolutely too small in the chest, like the top was too sizes too small. So, I couldn't actually wear it like normal because I could not zip up the back, so I closed the clasp at the top and zipped it up as much as I could... then paired it with a blazer to dress it down some, and wore it to work. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to wear a jacket. It was still cute though!

I loved the flow of this dress and the pockets were great. The back zipper was a little itchy and I kept feeling that throughout the night, but the look made up for it. It is very tight in the chest, but I'm small, so it just fit.

I've rented a bunch of times from RTR - wearing this I am 5'8" and 145 lbs. This was the first time I've had to use the backup size. The dress ran a bit tight in the ribcage. It was great for getting a swishy dress shot for our photographer. Unfortunately I don't have all the photos yet. I think this particular dress might be near the end of its lifetime. There was some mesh towards the bottom which was bent in a funny way, and there was a small frayed section that only I noticed.

I had been eying this dress for awhile and JUMPED on it on Cyber Monday for my engagement party and I am so glad I did because the original dress I ordered was WAY too short. It was a gorgeous dress but athletic or broad backed girls beware. I had to shimmy hard into this dress in order to fit my back into it. However once I did I was pretty comfortable and felt beautiful the whole night

I am 5'3" and all legs so the body was a little long on me and tight when I tried it on. I wore it from 9 in the morning to after 10 at night - Kentucky Derby and was comfortable so maybe a little stretch. All my husband could say was I looked stunning in it and I was wearing black rain boots with it! Would rent it again.

I usually wear a 6. On this dress, even the 8 was snug.

the only cons were it does get wrinkled easily so make sure you steam it or iron it before hand

This dress is perfection. Not sure when I'm sending it back :). It runs a touch small through the body, I was scared when I could only get the 2 as I'm usually a 0 when I rent from rtr, but then it was perfect. The detailing is unique and flattering. This will turn heads no matter where you wear it.

Lovely fabric, heavier than I imagined it would be (somehow I thought billowy, but its softer and stiffer than that) but it runs small around the ribcage - my normal size gapped 2 inches. I've sent it right back to try the larger size. Pretty!

Didn't get to wear it since it was too tight to zip up. I normally wear a 6 but rented n 8 based on the reviews and the abdomen area was still tight. Can't imagine going the next size up as the bust and sleeve area would just be too big.

The dress is gorgeous! All of the dresses in my closet are 8's or 10's. I tried both the 8 and the 10 in this dress, but there even without a bra, I couldn't get it zipped past my chest/ribcage area. Dress seems to run a bit small & the fabric has no give. Hopefully I'll have another occasion to wear this & can try ordering a larger size.

The dress was wonderful. It fits tight in the bust, and the under arms swoop down a great deal so make sure you wear the appropriate under garment. I needed a bra so I wore a white tank top under the dress and over my bra to have it be less obvious.

This dress is beautiful but it is tiny on the top. I am a 34B and was literally squeezed into this dress. I wore a sports bra with no padding and I could barely breathe in it. If you are anything other than small chested, you will not be able to wear this dress. However, once sucked into this dress, it looked amazing!

Pros: the dress is like no other...the handkerchief hem line is dramatic and unique...and when you dance in it, it continues to make a statement! Cons: runs a little tight in the bust area (for me-34DD)...I could've used a half an inch more room...if I purchase this dress (that's how much I loved it), I'd have that area tailored.
