The dress is absolutely metallic gold and looks knit without looking casual. I received many compliments during the night. The only issue I had was with the lining showing. I wore the size 6 because I was going to be dancing a lot but the 4 fit completely fine on me.

Got this in both the 2 and 4. The 4 fit better but the zipper was fidgety so I ended up in the 2. I liked that it was a little less bright in person than the pictures online seem.

This fit perfectly - not too tight or too loose. I did not wear a bra (and I always wear a bra!) but did wear some spanx to keep everything smooth. With a bra on, I could see a slight outline under the material. It does show lines easily even with the slightly thicker material. It was very soft and super comfortable all night. Nothing binding or to worry about with it at all. I loved the peek of the burgundy color of the slip around the hem and neck line. It's a perfect little pop of color on an otherwise elegant gold sweater-y dress. I would wear it again in a heartbeat. This was my second choice dress but after trying on my first choice (a tight sequined column) this one completely became the one. I wore it with nude heels and minimal jewelry.

I received so many compliments in this dress! It's slightly thick knit fabric clung to all the right curves (with the help of spanx). No one had a dress like it at the wedding. Would definitely recommend.

I got constant compliments on this dress. I am 57, 138 pounds. I wanted to rent the size 6 but it was unavailable so I took a chance on the four. It was definitely tight. I could still get into it with some maneuvering and it looked fine, but I will rent us again in a six. And I will definitely rent again, an absolute favorite from RTR. This particular dress was a little overworn, the inner silk lining was falling out of the bottom of the dress. The second time I wore it I safety pinned the lining up to keep it in place.

This dress was a great fit. The material was very comfortable. The only minus is the dress is like a dark blackish gold and not light how it is photographed on the model. Its still very beautiful.

The dress is gorgeous. The fabric/pleating stayed perfect all night. It does fit tight and hugs curves. I typically wear a 0/2 the 0 was very tight. I ended up wearing the 2.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous! It's a great knit material with a deep red lining that is soft and heavy (not too heavy though). I received many compliments when wearing it! The only downside is that if you have curves this dress fits like a glove so make sure you wear your best spanks. Otherwise, the dress makes you feel beautiful and confident!

The dress fit like a glove! Does not allow much room for imperfections...may want to try spanx underneath. I didn't need a bra because it was very snug all the way up and the material was thick enough to hold me in too. I felt like a princess and the dress definitely made heads turn. The fit was true to size, it's a little snug putting on but material will stretch and mold to size perfectly. It's amazing in person and photographs well. Showstopper for sure !

I rented this with my unlimited subscription for my engagement photos! Needless to say, it was perfect. The knit was breathable and cool even on a hot April day. The only thing is the lining kept exposing itself and I had to continuously adjust it.

It fit really well, although it tended to slide up slowly so I had to keep pulling it down. Also, you can see the lining, which is actually a beautiful dark red. Overall, I loved it and felt great all night.

It fit nice and true to size. I used a spanx to try to smooth and flatter my mid area. I didn't need a bra because it kept it very tight on top and was a great fit. The back of the dress scrunched up slightly which I tried to pull down but it was gorgeous. It looks more like a bronze/rose pink than gold dress.

This dress is so flattering and I got so many compliments! Fits true to size. I normally wear a 4 and it fit like a glove (I'm 5'7" and weigh 115lbs). The material is pretty thick so it's smooth and doesn't show any lumps and bumps. Would definitely rent it again!

I wore this dress for NYE and got so many compliments. The metallic knit was perfect and stood out against the backdrop of sequined dresses that comes with NYE. The material was a little stretchy which meant it hugged all of my curves but was still comfortable throughout the evening . Would highly recommend this dress!

I rented this as the bride of a Big Lebowski themed wedding at our local brewery! It was amazing and memorable. The dress is Gorgeous! Everyone said I looked "smokin hot". It is comfortable to wear, I definitely recommend spanx. Covers in all the right places. Love! Love! Also, RTR was amazing. They sent 2 sizes of another gorgeous dress because they didn't have the 8. The packaging, the timing, the extra dress, the customer service is all top knotch and EASY!

I wore this dress to a NYE wedding. It was great! More of a thick, sweater-like material. Runs very small. I normally wear a 6, this was a 8 and was still a little tight. Def go 1 size up, and get your backup as 2 sizes up. Has a burgundy undergarment/slip that kind of shows, but it's pretty so it didn't bother me. Dress is more of a bronze, rose gold color. My fave part was the straps on the shoulders and the back. Would def recommend!!!

This dress is SUPER COMFORTABLE. It's made of a sweater style fabric, so it's heavy enough so that it doesn't ride up at all when you walk, but has really soft lining. There really aren't any cons, other than the fact that you may need some assistance zipping it all the way up.

I chose this dress because is was tasteful, festive and glamorous - exactly what I needed for my company Holiday party. I tried on both sizes several times before I ultimately decided to wear the 8 because the lining kept poking out on the 6. Both were equally flattering and comfortable. Got compliments all night and felt like a celebrity :)

I wore this to a friends wedding and everyone loved it! Lots of compliments. The dress is beautiful without being too gaudy or flashy. The fit was true to size but it's not exactly stretch like most sweater dresses- doesn't mean it doesn't fit great, just not the usual amount of stretch you'd expect.

Form fitting with a little stretch - fit into the 2 but opted for the 4 because I was more comfortable. Extremely flattering - wore a normal strapless bra. Wore to formal wedding in the summer - was comfortable and felt like the best dressed girl in the room :)

Really comfortable to wear due to it's sweater like material that wasn't itchy didn't wrinkle a bit. Love the below the knee length and the cut of the neckline. It's kind of a copper meets rose gold, so finding the right color accessories takes a little trial and error, but it's so shiny it really doesn't need much. I wore pasties and seamless panties underneath to keep everything smooth. Wish I could have kept it, would wear it again in a heartbeat!

Definitely order a size up. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs with a large chest and wide hips. I usually wear a size 6 dress. I loved that I didn't need a bra with this - but I definitely needed and wore spanx. It was so comfortable and I received lots of compliments.
