I usually take a size 4. I ordered a size 4 and a size 2 (free). I when trying them on, I fit the 4 pretty well, size 2 though was snug in areas, an wrinkled as a result, HOWEVER!!!--- I decided to see what some spanx would do.... well turns out they take you down an ENTIRE size, I ended up wearing the size 2 and it fit like a glove. I did wear some very significant heals. Compliments that I took home were, "Wow that dress, something out of Pretty Woman" and "You look like a 1920s lounge singer" ect. Made for a fun night.

The dress was one of a kind. Loved the style and flow of it. The downside was that the dress kept twisting in the back. Not sure if it was because of my spanx but i had to keep twisting it back into place the entire night which was not so comfortable and was annoying. Other than that, i loved the color, the flow and i received an extreme amount of compliments.

The dress ran a bit long (5'2 and in 4 inch heels it was still dragging on the ground and required me to hold it or walk very carefully), I wish there was an option for petite. Overall my experience was consistent with other reviews. Slightly large in the shoulders and without the off shoulder straps providing added support plus the weight of the fabric the black I wore this dress to a company holiday party and loved it! This is a beautiful dress. The material is very soft and stretchy. It is lined with the same material in black. The top of the dress the black lining would not stay in . I just embraced it and let it show. I wore the 0 and it was still very big on me. The waist did not hug me at all. The shoulders kept sliding down as the night went on. I am little so maybe this is why. We were snapped all over the red carpet and made it in multiple magazines and the newspapers. It was eye catching and the color is elegant. I wore the NuBra with this and it worked very well. The train on it is not very long like the picture. It is a perfect length to go out to dinner or to the symphony or anywhere really. I would recommend this dress but maybe to someone with more curves. It is beautiful.

The dress was a really stunning color. I wore this for my junior prom, and I was the only one in this color. I was getting compliments all night, and the dress was actually quite comfortable. Unfortunately, my regular size (2 long), was unavailable, so I wore the 4 regular. It was a little loose, but still looked really good. The only downside is that this dress shows everything, so I would definitely recommend seamless underwear. I'm 5'10" and wore four inch heels, so it skimmed the ground perfectly.
