A tiny bit of gaping at the chest when you sit down, but on the plus side it forces you into good posture.

It was tight in the ribcage, so I had to go up to the 8. I'm normally a 6, but the 8 fit well! Glad I got a size up! The zipper is difficult because there's so much fabric, but my best friend helped me out!

Dress was very high quality, fabric was lush, thick and clearly well made. But that also made it heavy. Fit was good, the dress had a lot of room in the chest so is great for C cups and above.

So, I normally wear a 6, but I had to wear an 8 in this one. It's a very thick material and there's absolutely no stretch in the fabric, so I would strongly advise sizing up. I liked the dress but there were some issues: first, the deep v neckline didn't stay in place, so I had to use tape to prevent a wardrobe malfunction. Second, the fabric is so thick that it adds bulk to your frame, so it wasn't the most flattering of dresses. Overall, I spent a little more time worrying about keeping the super loose top part of the dress from slipping off my shoulders and revealing EVERYTHING than I would have liked to. Other than that, it's a fun, daring, adorable number that is sure to turn every head in the room.

This is my first time renting and I loved this on the website, the color and style looked different and stand out. I ended up not wearing it, preferring the back up dress instead. I was disappointed in the length, I am 5' 4" and the dress fell below my knees in the front and would be far more flattering above the knee. The waist fit very nicely, not too tight. I will note that the waist is the same shiny material as the dress, it has no give and holds in the tummy. The top portion was a little big, I would have needed to figure out how to hold the straps down. The color is amazing. The material is quite heavy but moves nicely, it was difficult to zip over the heavy material.

The color of this dress is gorgeous! The material is heavy. A lot of other reviews said the drop waist was unflattering, but I have small hips and this dress gave me shape that I lacked. I got so many compliments!

Other ladies couldn't stop telling me how much they loved the color, style and high-low skirt on the dress. Huge hit. (I rented this as a back up option for my husband's formal company Christmas party and didn't care for my first option). Pros: The pockets were fantastic. I carried my phone, money, lip gloss and key in them all night and they never fell out or felt weighed down. The color was beautiful and the "weird panel" that is mentioned in some of the comments I felt actually helped to hide some of my post-partum belly bulge. There are so MANY options for shoes and jewelry to make this look your own too! Cons: I needed a lot of help from my husband to pin this dress in place. You really need a strapless, backless bra but since I was without, we were able to use fashion tape to make sure my bra straps didn't show on my shoulders or across my back. You will almost certainly need to pin this closed at the bust. I also wore a crinoline underneath to give the skirt some extra OOOMMPH! The zipper is a bit tough as well and you may need some help getting it pulled up. I ALMOST could give this dress 4 or 5 stars but the time we spent taping/pinning down the shoulders and bustline so that I wouldn't be uncomfortable or show my bra may be a bit too much for some.

Heavy material; I decided not to wear it to the wedding because it would be difficult to dance in. Loose in bust; but nice-fitting fit around the bodice, so if you do decide to go with this dress make sure to wear double sided tape for the top. I think it looked "matronly" on me

The dress is so very well constructed. Wearing it, I felt elegant, sophisticated but the bright pink felt fun and flirty. The skirt flowed beautifully but didn't fly up in the wind (hooray as it was below freezing out!) so I felt confident dancing. The fabric isn't stretchy but felt very good and draped perfectly. This is a fantastic dress!

A stand-out dress that will turn heads at any event - it is a bit snug within the waist, even with a corset underneath but overall the material, length and style will make you feel like a movie star!

I firmly believe that the only thing a woman needs to rock any dress is confidence. This dress may just give it to you. It's pink, I mean REALLY pink, but the color is fantastic. There is a slight sheen, but not so much that it is strictly evening. I wore the dress to a black tie holiday party on Manhattan's Upper East Side, and suffice to stay stood out in a sea of black sheath dresses. I am a 32C bust, with a 27" waist and the size 2 fits like Christian sewed it on me, however there is truly no stretch to this dress so plan accordingly. I find the slight drop waistline to be extremely flattering (even after a holiday cookie or two), and the dress features the added bonus of permitting you to wear a normal bra. Style tip for the shorter girls (I'm 5'4"): it's a lot of dress, however pair it with a darker color shoe (I went with black patent leather stilettos) and it balances out the look. Add a smile, a pink lip, and you can pull it off, trust me!

Gorgeous dress. The 4 was a little small and the zipper is very tough. The 6 was almost identical to the sizing of the 4 in the body - only difference is the 6 has a bigger bust area. I needed a little more room in the body and not so much in the chest so neither size for correctly.

This dress is a beautiful color but the material is very heavy. It was sent to me as a replacement dress as my original choice wasn't available last minute. It was too big on me and the fabric was too heavy for the day wedding I was attending in North Carolina. I would have sweat my butt off if it had fit and I wore it.

Fit of the dress was great - didnt cut into my arms, which was a fear from other pics. Fit tight in the torso/ ribcage, which I liked. The only huge downside was that the zipper was impossible to zip while the dress was on my body. Had to struggle to zip halfway and then slip it on. Read in another review that the zipper was a problem. Dont let this stop you from renting (its a great, fun party dress, especially if you're going for an unhinged 16 y/o look) but be warned that it will take a while to get the dress on.

I wore this dress to a family Christmas party where the theme was 1960s...I was going for the Betty Draper/MadMen look which I definitely achieved with the help of this dress. The color is GORGEOUS! I loved the fullness of the skirt. Unfortunately the fit was odd. I am hourglass shaped, so comments about the waist being small wasn't my experience, however, the bust was very large (I'm a C cup) and I found the waist shape to be unflattering, it was almost like a drop waist but still with emphasis on the natural waist. Regardless, I got a lot of compliments, but I wouldn't say this is a dress you should choose if you're looking to show off your figure!

There was so much material at the bottom of this dress and it was heavy. The waistband and skirt were not flattering on me. Perhaps this would look better on someone much taller and a different body type. I was overwhelmed by its size and weight I think

This is NOT a dress I would have picked out for myself, but I went in person to the RTR in Georgetown DC when my original pick did not fit. This dress is AMAZING. Fun and floofy, fits great, flattering, well constructed and made me feel like a million bucks.

When the dress I ordered wasn't available suddenly, RTR picked this for me as an alternate. I was not a fan. The color and shape of the dress aren't very flattering. Also, I normally wear a 4, and I was sent a 6, so it didn't even fit.
