I'm usually size 0/00 but I rented size 2 because they didnt have those sizes and the order reviews say it fit small. And it was a good idea. It was quite tight for me at the waist, even at size 2, and I never have this problem before since I have a pear/petite shape. Another reason is that I ate a lot too so...But I still recommend sizing up. The dress is so beautiful, the eye-catching color, the form-fitting shape, the draping neckline and draping at the waist. My husband loved it and he usually did not care about those things. I would love to rent it again. The material is also so smooth and comfortable.

I loved this dress! I was a little unsure of the color since I have yellow undertones but the color was richer than the color and worked great on my skin tone. The fit was perfect though you definitely need to have a small waist or size up for this dress. I loved the draping and shoulder accent. Other reviews mentioned trouble with the lining but mine was fine. I paired this dress with nude heels, a purple clutch and the raindrop LeMer Collection watch. This was a great dress for my birthday. I will definitely rent this dress again.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the fit around the waist in snug. The fit around the bust and hips was perfect. This dress accentuates your assets without being too revealing. I wore this dress to my son's Catholic school auction. Within five minutes of walking in the door I received many compliments - my favorite was from our priest, who shook my hand and said I looked "stunning." Overall, very happy and will definitely use RTR again.

So, the dress does run small - I usually take a zero and the two fit PERFECTLY!. If you do not have a small waist line - I would almost recommend going two sizes up. I have a 23 - 24 inch waist and usually this is a place where dresses are rather loose on me. Even in the two - the waist on the dress fit me perfectly - on the snug side even. I am almost at a loss for words in terms of how much I love this dress. Very few dresses can emphasize your assets the way this one does, while still keeping them covered up. I would love, love, love to own this dress.

This dress is beautiful! I was a bit worried as it was only available in a size 8, and I usually wear a 6, but the 8 fit like a glove! I would recommend sizing up in this dress. It was very comfortable and easy to dance in, though I did have a bit of trouble stepping into a SUV and had to hike it up a bit to make the step. Very flattering dress, I got tons of complements...including a few people driving by in their cars! I highly recommend this dress.

This outfit made me feel like I brought it. Teeeny tiny waist though, definitely order sizes up. Wore it with spanx which helped smooth things out. Great dress for a party or night out.

Went the the NYFW 2015 Christian Siriano show and this dress was great! Other than being tight, it was a perfect day to night look.

I really loved this dress! It did have a stain on the back and the hem was a little messed up as others reviewed. I taped it up and just wore it with the black stain... It just looked so good on! I through a belt on with it and really jazzed it up. Highly recommended- but size one or two dress sizes up! Ps, RTR did refund my money for this dress due to the stain on the back. Wonderful customer service!

The lines of the dress are perfect. I got compliments all night. The only con is that the dress fit really tight at the waist.

I tried on this dress at the showroom first and had to order it- perfect fit for my curves. The only reason I didn't give this dress 5 stars is because the dress that was delivered had a lining that was slightly longer than the hem. I ended up pinning the front hem up on the day I had to wear it which was slightly annoying but do-able. Overall, I got a ton of compliments for the dress and felt great in it, but I wish the lining had been a better fit.

The dress has gorgeous material, and the cut of the folds is very flattering. I ordered a size 2 but normally wear a size 0. The waist band had no stretch and was uncomfortably tight. I recommend the dress, but I suggest going up a size.

I love this dress. From the awesome color to the unique style, the dress has a total celebrity vibe to it. Definitely runs on the smaller side, I'm not very large at all up top and still felt a bit squeezed in the rib area. I'm usually between a 2 or a 4 and I wore the 4. I wish I could see this dress in my closet everyday, but we had one great night together!

I got this dress for a wedding, but it didn't fit. I am normally an 8, so I got an 8 in this dress. It was just a little too tight to wear. It was BEAUTIFUL though. I truly wish I had a 10 because I loved it. It was the perfect color shape and was so fun. Highly recommend if you can rent one size above your normal.

As other reviews mentioned the waist is very small. The dress was much more formal and mature than I had thought based on the picture.

Insansely stylish and eye catching. Color is fantastic. Fit is definitely small. I am normally a size 0petite with a small waist and barely got myself into the 2. The dress is a statement piece though and I would definitely rent again. I was also able to wear a regular bra with this which was nice.

I felt like a knock out! I put it on and didn't want to take it off! My husband has been skeptical about RTR, when I came out wearing this dress, his jaw dropped and he became a believer. This dress has it all. It's a great color, it is form flattering and it is amazingly comfortable. I got it for an evening wedding and I had heads turning all night. Wish I had gotten a picture. Can't wait for my next rental!

Great fit- VERY tight on the waist (a waist cincher is ideal with this dress). Gets sweaty quickly though - the material is very moisture absorbent. Also, the zipper is EXTREMELY hard to maneuver. My fiance remarked if I bought the dress he'd make me promptly return it in order to get the darn zipper fixed.

While this dress runs small, the fit is amazing. The vibrant color makes it even more beautiful in person.

I ordered this dress in a size 4 and 6 based on other reviews that said it ran extremely small. I usually wear a 0 or 2 and the 4 fit perfectly. The color is vibrant and looks great with a tan. The dress is form fitting but still classy. I would definitely recommend it! I was also very pleased with RTR's customer service.

This is a gorgeous dress. My husband LOVED how this dress looked(he never notices anything, ever). It creates a real hourglass shape because it nips in quite a bit at the waist.

The dress was beautiful -- it does run a bit small but fit beautifully. The dress I received had a stain on the back, which was upsetting initially. However, the stylists at RTR fixed the problem and even refunded my rental price. I still wore the dress and I got compliments on it all night. I would buy the real thing if it wasn't so expensive!

This dress runs very small. I am 5'7'' and 115 pounds and usually wear a 0 or 2. I could not zip up the size 2. The size 4 was not available so I went with a different dress. The dress however, is very pretty.

This dress is so pretty and sophisticated. I rented it as my back up dress to try it on and see how it fit so that I could hopefully wear it for a future wedding this year. Reviews said it was small and they were not kidding! My waist/hips are usually where dresses tend to be looser on me and tight in the back/chest due to my former swimmer shoulders that never shrunk back to normal size. This dress was definitely small all around - especially in the waist. The size I tried was my typical size 4 (they didn't have the 6 available to size up). After trying it on however, I think two sizes up may be the best bet!

I feel like this dress runs on the small side. I usually am a 2 or 4 and the 4 JUST fit. So if in doubt order size up. This dress did seem a bit worn. There was a small water stain- not noticeable but there. The dress had been fixed from a previous tear in the back seam- which may have led to the tight fit in the zipper. Overall though it was perfect for my work event - professional but fun. Got a lot of compliments. It was a great color to be on stage in.

It definitely runs small. I've never worn anything above a size 4, so this 6 threw me off. The color popped, the cut was great, but there was something wrong w/ the bottom hemline. The layer underneath kept peeking out, so the bottom looked unfinished. Other than that, it was perfect.

This is an absolutely fabulous dress, very chic, great color, and I was heartbroken that I didn't get to wear it, but the zipper got stuck and even the tailor couldn't fix it. The "Runway" people were very nice about it but didn't have another one to send, and anyway, all the advice had been to get the next size, which hadn't been available, and which I definitely would have needed because it does run very small in the waist. Oh well.

I loved the material and color of this dress. It is also made very well to make any waist look amazing. It does however run small. I normally wear a 0 and ended up renting a 2 and a 4 for this one. I wore the 2. It is also longer that it appears on the picture, for me at least. I ended up pinning the sides and that worked very well for me. It also wrinkles very easily. Something to remember if wearing it for an event that involves a long drive.

This dress is stunning, unfortunately it has a very small waist for the size. Bust and waist felt like a true 6, but if you don't have a proportionally small midsection, you may want to size up.

I was so excited to get this Christian Siriano dress in the mail - especially since I was such a huge fan of him on Project Runway. When I tried on the dress, it was a bit too small for my bustier figure, but the waist and hips fit perfectly. Since I rented the dress for a wedding, I ended up not wearing it, not wanting the "girls" to take any attention away from anything else going on that day :) The color of the dress was absolutely GORGEOUS and I recieved exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely rent this dress again, but in a different size.

Previous reviewers were not kidding when they said the waist is very very small. It fit my bust and hips easily, but had I not been sick the morning of the wedding, breathing would have been very difficult. Also, the lining kept peeking out from below the dress, like it was cut longer than the dress, so I had to keep tugging. The color and fabric are beautiful and the design is great, but I was glad to return it.
