This wrap dress is very forgiving to those who don't like form fitting dresses. The floral design and gold detail are beautiful but the open back is the showstopper! I loved how elegant the dress was, but the back made it really stand out. As other reviewers have already shared, fashion tape will come in handy to secure the v neck and open slit in the front of the dress. At the end of the night the fabric was a little itchy around the wrap area, but other than that, no complaints here!

I'm usually a wear once and return ASAP kind of gal. I wore this and couldn't return it. I was trying to come up with more places I could wear it without being overdressed. I wore it to work twice, and I never rewear at work! I also wore it to Christmas Eve with my family. I got tons of complements every time I put it on. I loved the open back, but I just didn't feel like it supported my boobs well enough to not wear a bra. I didn't mind wearing a cami to cover a normal bra.

The backless back adds for an extra sexy aspect to the dress. The high slit also makes the dress super fun to dance in. It is low cut in the front I would recommend fashion tape to ensure you don't have any wardrobe malfunctions but overall a beautiful dress that I would totally rerent!

Are use this address for my holiday photos. As you can see in the photo it has a complete open back so you're on able to wear a bra. However, with the wrap front you don't really need one it is low cut and there is a high slit so beware on a windy day but overall a great dress!

This dress is long (a little shorter than ankle length), so it can look pretty conservation from the front. But then you turn around and voila!! The back is completely open, so wearing a bra is not an option. It's a true wrap style dress, so the waist is adjustable. I tied mine really right, so it wasn't too low cut.

Probably didn't hurt that I wore this on the first gorgeous sunny day of the Spring. This dress was just casual enough to wear out for lunch and plant shopping with my friends. The open back was such a great detail, and the tiny black Pom Pom trim, Gold embellishments and the flowing but fitted cut elevate this dress WAY above every other dark floral dress I have ever worn. I did wear pasties as well as little bike shorts underneath for warmth and coverage after reading other reviews. Definitely renting this one again for a date or event. RTR is SO FUN and has really helped me regain the confidence to dress up, style myself, and enjoy this kind of creative expression again.

THE BACK is the best part! If you love showing off your back but need something long sleeves/ longer length, this is the dress! This is a true wrap dress so the slit could be revealing when sitting and coming to standing up. But I don't really care about that, it did not bother me at all. I wore fashion tape to make sure the top stayed where it needed to stay, that worked fine. I wore the boob lift/ breast shaper sticker things instead of a bra (cus it obviously would have shown a bra), that worked just fine too. I really adored this dress and got so many compliments. It was incredibly pretty and like I said I just loved the back! I wore this to a wedding in TX in November. I super badly wanted to keep this one. Can I get an alert when this one is on sale??!

Pros: more beautiful in person, shimmery without being over the top. The wrap made for a flattering v neck and the back cut out was the perfect amount of sexy. I wore a backless bra and had no trouble with the cut. Cons: it runs a tad small in the natural waist making the wrap more revealing. I still ended up wearing and loving the dress, but I had to be conscious of it.

Looooved this dress. I wore this for work and on the weekend. I got so many compliments. It's pretty flowy and the fabric is gorgeous. It's true to size and would be great on any body type. The cut out in the back is perfect and you don't have to wear a bra because the front has enough fabric and give to just cover the bust line. And that was you have no strap lines on your open back! I could wear it to work because it's long and has long sleeves. The back was subtle enough that it wasn't inappropriate. Highly recommend this dress!

I wish the picture I posted gave this dress justice. If I saw it online I would not have rented it but I saw it in store and loved it! It's a wrap dress, so the fit was perfect and forgiving. There is some gold thread detail in the dress that is stunning! It actually made the airport scanner go bonkers. Loved this dress all the way around!

What a gorgeous wrap dress--the fabric is GORGEOUS, and the open back is sexy. Both the 4 and 6 fit, but I opted for the 6 to have a bit of extra coverage for my larger bust. I wore without a bra, and needed one safety pin for the girls. :) As other reviews noted, the slit on the bottom is high when sitting, but again, all you need is a safety pin to rectify.

I loved this dress! It was very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for since it was a wedding shower. I took my exact size but for some it may run big. You cannot wear a bra due to the backless feature and the wrap doesn't fully go to the other side but I wore black biker shorts underneath which never showed just in case. The compliments were endless. The gold appliqué made wearing gold jewelry a plus and I would definitely rent this again!

I am normally not into florals but made an exception for this style, even more so as I wore this over the winter. I LOVED IT. I'm 5'2 and the dress hit me at my ankles. I'm pretty tiny and the dress fit looser on me but was able to make it work with the wrap. I recommend receiving your true size and then getting a size up as a back up. You can always adjust the dress to make it fit around the waist. Depending on how low cut or loose the dress fits the body, you may want to consider fashion tape or a nubra. The metallic detail is subtle so you can dress it down with a leather jacket or dress it up to twirl around in a slightly more formal event. This style could work on almost all body types. In my opinion, you don't need to accessorize too much with this dress since the details are so eye catching. I wore small gold oval hoop earrings and suede sock booties to complete the look.

I wore this dress for an outdoor New Year's Eve wedding in unseasonably warm weather. It was perfect. When my husband first saw me in it from the front, he said- "ehh... you look Amish." But then he saw the back, and corrected himself, "Sexy Amish." I received compliments all night at the wedding, and then even more from strangers (men and women) when we went out on the town for dinner and drinks. The fit was great and the material is beautiful. Would definitely rent again!

Loveee this dress! The wrap is adjustable. There is a subtle shimmer to this dress that pics cant really capture. It is a bit itchy but worth the itchiness for all the compliments. I love the floral pattern of the dress. Highly recommend for party or wedding of any season.

The dress fits true to size and is a showstopper! I felt fantastic in it. The wrap pro of the dress of tend to open high on the thigh. Be prepared for some leg action on the dance floor.

Can't say enough great things about this Cynthia Rowley wrap dress. Love the peekaboo back and the wrap style is so comfortable. The subtle metallic print can be dressed up or down.

This dress was so fun to wear! It runs true to size, but I would go a size down for back up. Great for any cup size. Not fitted and comfortable throughout. A sticky bra or lacy bralette would be great with this dress. Chunk accessories will make the look pop!

Fun wrap style with an open back. I wore with a backless bra for a date and with a tank underneath for work. The skirt was a little small - a gust of wind opened the dress all the way to my hip. Safety pin or sticky tap required. I was expecting this to give a fun, subtly sexy vibe but looking at photos I don't think it's super flattering. I wouldn't rent this again.

This is a beautiful dress. The only thing I didn't like was the unruly slit in the front, which you can see in my photo, but luckily my opaque black tights covered up any wardrobe malfunctions. True to size, and I received tons of complements.

Wore this dress to a museum in DT LA. It was great for a California fall look. Sexy but casual paired with a leather jacket. It was comfortable to wear without a bra and very float. Loved the pattern and glitter threads. Would rent again.

Imagine my surprise when I realized this dress had pockets... Praise be! The material was light & comfortable, plus I really liked the baggy sleeves. Received compliments on the dress all day & felt great. Although due to my height, the dress was basically to my ankles. I did decide to wear this dress to work and paired it with a lace camisole underneath... because it is not cleavage-shy! But I did think seriously about buying this dress retail.

It needed a pin to enclose the front since I have a full bust 36C. It was so fun to wear and I love the wrap to make my waist look smaller and it hugged my body really well .

I rented this dress for my 40th birthday party, and I loved it...though it was way more revealing in the front that I am used to wearing. I got lots of positive feedback, and I was so glad that I wore it (I almost didn't because it was so revealing). Based on other reviewers photos and body size descriptions, I suspected that it might be quite revealing on me. I probably would not have worn this outside of a private event, but if you have the fashion tape and the chutzpah, go for it. I am very curious to know what the designer had in mind for what the dress would look like on the client, as it looks very different, though very nice, on everyone in the photos. I wore the 10 just fine, and the 12 didn't cover up much more, it was just looser in the front.

I rented this dress for a friend's bachelorette party. It. Was. A. Hit!! This is a true wrap dress that comes in sizes, which is a little different. I wore a 12 and gave me MUCH cleavage (more than I expected) and a high slit. Depending on where you wear this dress, size accordingly. Because of my location (private home) and event type, it was fine. I wouldn't wear this in public, though, except for Vegas Baby!! There are gold flecks in the fabric that are not visible in pictures. They make a huge difference in the formality of this dress. One friend told me I would look like a prairie girl. Ha. Ha! If this is a prairie girl, I'll take it!

I loved this dress, but it definitely required safety pins! I have DDs and this dress is extremely low cut (even when you try to wrap it tight), also due to the back, you can't wear a bra. I was able to get away with it once I pinned the front. I also needed to pin the slit since it very easily flies open. I wore to a bridal shower and received a lot of compliments. It's very flattering!

First of all, pictures don't do this material justice--the gold is a true metallic thread and really makes this much more dressy and special--unfortunately I think it's also what makes the unlined parts (specifically the waist line) pretty itchy--not something I'd expect from a well made designer dress. The open back made this much more sexy, but it also meant no bra and being a bit self conscious while dancing. It might have been me but without copious amounts of fashion tape I was never able to tie this true wrap dress in a way that I felt I wasn't going to pop out and I also used some on the slit which otherwise went all the way up with the wrong dance move. With the fashion tape I made it work. I picked it because I wanted something warm but still fancy for a November wedding --and it fit that bill nicely. If you don't have sensitive skin or get nervous about no bra (or plan on sitting still) this is really pretty. I paired with gold shoes and a red necklace and thought it looked great. Probably not something for work even though pictures from the front might make it look that way.

I absolutely love this dress! It was so flattering and the open back was fun and different. It has little specks of gold that add some sparkle. I'm a curvy lady with 36D and 44" hips. The size 12 worked well on my figure. I wore those sticky petals instead of a bra under this dress. I did use some fashion tape to secure the neckline and a tiny safety pin to secure the bottom of the wrap dress. I didn't want the wrap blowing up and showing a little too much leg at the wedding or when dancing. I got a ton of compliments throughout the night. I wish I could buy it!
