This gorgeous structured dress made me feel like a doll! Running a bit on the smaller side, we would recommend sizing up for the backup for women with larger busts. The fabric has very little stretch, and would work best for A-C cup sizes. This dress can be paired with a standard bra with thinner straps, but for an easy night, we would recommend wearing a strapless bra with this style. This dress was fitted in the waist, but left plenty of room for the hips. At 5’7” the size 8 dress hit much lower than I expected, at a comfortable mid-thigh length. This dress would be perfect for a casual wedding. Pair with simple accessories for a sleek and refined look!

I wore this dress to a themed "Coco Chanel" pink and black bridal shower. The dress was a dream. Very flattering fit and flare structured dress on my petite frame. The dress is pretty structured in the bust area, so I didn't wear a bra but a strapless bra could have been worn. It was short but tasteful at my 5ft height. Recommend!

Fit was great, held shape and didn't wrinkle. Love the pockets (and no weird sagging when your phone is in the pockets). I just used fashion tape but I think a stick on bra would be best. Has good structure, but needs some support. Loved the pront and the vibe, got lots of compliments and felt beautiful.

Neckline was super flattering. Got a ton of compliments on the dress; the pattern and color is really pretty in person! My only issue is that the dress was a little wider than I expected in the hip area. I'm on the short side, so the dress wasnt as short in the RTR image as it was in person.

Perfect Fit! I had to use my backup size which thankfully I got in a size down. I received many compliments. The dress was an amazing thick, shapely material, perfect for the summer. I was worried it might be short based on the model picture but it wasn't short at all. The dress has a perfect shape making it very flattering. And the best part was the pockets!

I waited until the last minute to rent this, and as a result options were limited. I wasn't excited about this dress, but I love it. The cut is so comfortable and flattering. I'm 8 months postpartum, but I felt good in this dress. Pockets too! It turned out to be one of my favorite rentals ever.

I normally wear a 6 or 8 but wore a 10 in this dress. The bust would've been too small on the smaller sizes. This dress was so fun. It has great structure and it's so comfortable. I would definitely wear it again.

Pockets!! I know that Cynthia Rowley dresses fit me well, so I didn't have to worry that the dress wouldn't fit. It was perfect and not too short. I'm a 36D and just the right amount of cleavage showing (you will have to forego a full coverage bra with this dress, demi worked better). My daughter said the seem down the front made it look like a romper. The dress was actually a little too dressy for this 5:00 Friday afternoon wedding, but it was comfortable and no fuss. The invite said "Summer Swag" for dress, I had no idea how to interpret that! This was a replacement dress in similar colors to my original choice so that I wouldn't have to re-do my accessories.

This dress is not something I would have ever picked out if I hadn't seen it in person first, but I'm so glad I did! I'd placed an order to the Chicago store for another dress, but when I went in to try it on it ended up being too short and informal for the wedding I was going to. I decided to look around and swap it out for something else, and stumbled upon this. It has a very Gwyneth in the 90s feel and I LOVED it on. This dress is great for hourglass figures, but if your chest runs XXL like mine does (I'm a 34 E), you'll have to size up or look like some kind of 18th century barmaid. Being in store, I had the luxury of trying on the 6, 8 and 10, and went with the 10 because it was much more comfortable up top. However, I wish I'd gone with the 8 because the dress stretched out a bit as I was wearing it, and the smaller size acted as a corset, cutting a few inches off my waist. If you have a smaller or just, like, regular sized chest, size down for a slimming effect and don't worry about it being too tight because it will stretch out over the course of the evening. Oh and also: IT HAS POCKETS!

I wish I would've gotten the backup in a size down. The bust ran large; I put inserts in my strapless bra but there was still quite a bit of extra room. The straps were a little long as well. The dress has pockets and since the fabric is fairly heavy you could put keys in them and no one would know. It held its shape well and didn't wrinkle at all. Even though the fabric was thick it was comfortable in 80 degree Florida. Overall I loved this dress. In the smaller size it would've been perfect!

Fit was as expected---style reminded me of a Kate Spade dress. Thicker fabric so I don't recommend for a hot humid day.

I was unable to wear the dress as it arrived damaged, but here's what I thought about fit and style: The 2 fit perfectly, but the 4 was much too large, almost like it was several sizes bigger than the 2. Weird. Beautiful dress. High quality, heavy fabric that lays nicely and keeps its shape. Top was snug enough to be supportive so i could have gone without a bra. But you could wear a regular Demi-cup bra if it had thin straps.

Usually btwn 2 and 4, 4 in Rowley. Everything fit perfectly, but the straps were a bit long. Luckily the bodice was tighter so the dress didn't fall. I didn't wear a bra but cldve worn a strapless one. Hit a couple of inches above my knee, perfect length. The dress poofs a little, but is fitted on top. Not fitted around waist so great for dinner! It is a touch shiny so looks dressed up. Doesn't wrinkle, beautiful pattern. Rent this. Don't hesitate!!

What a beautiful romantic dress! This floral print is stunning! As a pair shaped woman I love the shape of this dress! It is so flattering! Running true to size, I would recommend sizing up for backup if you’re curvier and down if you’re smaller framed. The fabric does not wrinkle and the dress holds it shape very well. This dress can be worn with a standard bra, but I would suggest using a NuBra or no bra at all. Best part of the dress is that it has hidden pockets! It is so easy to wear! This could be worn in a daytime wedding or even sorority formal. Pair it with some black or nude heels or sandals and you will be the star of the night!

The fit is a little on the small side. There is no stretch to the fabric at all. If you have a small bust then this dress would be true to size. The Size 2 was unwearable due to a rip along the zipper. Size 4 was too big, especially the bust (5'4, 32A, 125 lbs, pear-shaped). The hem ends a couple inches above the knee, not like on the model . Overall it was a cute dress--beautiful fabric and an interesting silhouette. However, this dress wouldn't flatter all body types and is rather unforgiving in terms of fit.

Wore to a dressy cocktail wedding in the mountains in NC. Is chic but with a girlie touch. Love anything and everything by Cynthia Rowley so you can go wrong.

Very cute dress, perfect for pear or hourglass. Waist looked super tiny while the skirt poof was fun. Wore for a wedding at a B&B and got several compliments. Minus one star because the hem is kind of tricky to get straight.
