I ordered 4 because I read some comments that said it ran large. I'm normally a size 6. The 4 fit fine, it was definetly on the more fitted side, but that is the way the dress is supposed to be! The only downside to a 4 is the length, it was really really short on me! I'm 5 foot 5 and it barely came past my butt. I didn't really mind though because I paired it with tights and ankle booties. 2 more things to keep in mind when ordering- 1. The stripes are more of a brown than grey. The picture definitely looks grey but it was definitely brown. 2. I love this dress so much, I paired it with a dressy coat, and casual shoes, and I got so many complements on this look. I 100% Recommend! :)

This dress is so pretty. However, the criss-cross detail actually is not figure-flattering if you have a flat stomach. It would be great for someone trying to conceal problem areas in the midsection. The way the ribbon criss crossed in back, I felt that the dress was riding up and seemed to be always pulling down my skirt in back to make sure it was not showing my rear. I paired it with opaque striped tights and ankle booties along with a simple long necklace. I loved it and all my friends kept complimenting me. Great New Years Eve Dress!!!

Love the dress, but sizes are off. The 4 fit through the hips, but was tight through the waist and bust. The six was huge all over. The difference in size was more than one size, because something between the two would have been perfect. When holding the two dresses together, there was a measurable difference between the two. Lucky I had a back up. I did enjoy wearing the cuff I had ordered to go with it with another outfit.

This was my second rental. One thing to keep in mind, it does not stretch. If you have any chest or butt it may not fit. I have somewhat of a butt and it rode up slightly because of the two ribbons that go across the butt. I got a backup size 2 however that was big all around. It was a little difficult to get on and off. Even the neckline does not give at all. I felt that my head just fit througn the opening. With that said I still loved the dress and felt very comfortable in it.

The sizing was really off. I ordered a size 0 and a size 2. When the garments were laying flat on top of each other on the floor, the size 0 had a waist that was 2 inches larger than the size 2!! Shouldn't that be the opposite. Not sure if the size 2 had shrunk, or if the size labeling was wrong. I could not zip up the size 2, but the size 0 had no problem zipping up. So, the size 0 runs large and size 2 runs small.

I wore this dress for a friend's rehearsal dinner. It had great potential but was just a little too big. I wore a size 4 but probably could have gone with a 2. It was very pretty and the ribbon made it a bit edgy. Had it fit correctly, it would have been great!

This dress runs very large and the material was not what I expected. The material was almost like multiple layers of thick black mesh, and the colors of the "stripes" or lighter pieces of fabric were not as vibrant in person. This dress runs extremely large and was not as fitted as shown here. I would definitely advise going down a size or two. I usually fit comfortably into a 6 but sometimes a 4, but I wish I had ordered this dress in a 0, 2.

The dresses arrived in a 2 and a 4, but both dresses fit exactly the same - both were a bit large all around, especially in the waist area. The tags on the dress say they are different sizes, but I couldn't tell the difference. But overall, the dress is beautiful.

I ordered this as a backup dress for my girlfriend to wear. She's very slim and athletic, and while the size 2 dress zipped up just fine, it cut into her arms and she was uncomfortable in it and didn't wear it. The ribbons also have no give, and hit her chest in an awkward, binding way.

Unfortunately I have to give this dress one star. When it arrived, it was not at all what I was expecting, in fact, I thought to myself, "what what I thinking?" It's not an ugly dress by any means; however, it didn't fit right, the waist not where my waist was and it was tight in the top area. I'm not at all large chested, but knew it'd be tight to breath in this dress if I wore it. The contrasting color is a lot darker brown in real life than it shows in the picture. Luckily, I spent the extra $25 for a second option and was thrilled with my 2nd choice. You can't win em' all, so I recommend spending the extra money for a 2nd option, it's definitely worth it.
