I wore this dress for my engagement photos and it was the best! The material is a little thicker, but even though I wore in the middle of the summer, it wasn't too warm. I'm 5'4 so the skirt ended a little above my ankles. I ordered a size 0, but I wore the size 2 backup because the 0 was just a teensy too tight in the chest. The 2 fit perfectly though. Pockets were big enough to put my phone in and it wasn't noticeable on the outside of the skirt. I keep getting compliments on the dress when I show off the engagement photos!

I was nervous when I read other reviews that the dress would be too tight around my bust, but the 6 was perfect! I wasn't sure about the length either, but wanted something conservative for my rehearsal dinner. The dress was fantastic and so stunning. I got compliments all night. It photographed really well too!!

I love this dress! The blue in the top is the prettiest shade! This dress is perfect for a cool summer evening. The material is a little bit thicker, so for a hot, humid day it might be a bit heavy. It was perfect for a cooler evening though!!! Can't recommend this dress enough!

I wear a size six at Loft/Banana. This dress fit perfectly. The top fabric is thick and satin like, and the colors are very vivid. The skirt was a nice thick eyelet material. It hits below the knee and I'm not a big fan of my calves, but with a pair of nude/pink strappy heels, the length worked great. There are pockets which is always good for holding your phone. The one issue I had was zipping it up. It is not a one woman job. I needed my husband to yank on the zipper pretty hard to get it up. Could have been just my dress though. The only thing I 'forgot' about when ordering this dress was the bottom half being an ivory/white color, and I wore it to a wedding. I probably would pick another dress for a wedding if the bride is really finicky about being the only one in white. But with the top being blue foral I don't think anyone else would notice. I would rent again.

This dress was a fabulous rental as part of my unlimited order. I was pleasantly surprised by the pockets in the skirt when I put it on. The longer skirt length was chic and would make this a great dress for a work event or church. It was a bit snug around the waist, but not uncomfortable. I wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the designer. I wore a 6 in this dress. The 8 would have been big.

The skirt was very full and felt like a gown. It worked out because some other guests were in long dresses, but for any other casual party I would have been very overdressed. I went with the size 8 because the waste is very fitted, whereas the rest of the dress has tons of room. Loved it though and felt so pretty in it :)

Wore this for my godson's baptism. Perfect for the affair. Zipper was super tough to get up. If you have a long torso this dress probably isn't for you. I loved the 8, because it hit my mid section in the right place, but was too big on top. Adorable dress though! Thanks rtr!!

The dress runs small in the waist and chest, so it isn't super comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting the size up. It is a thick, quality material and went perfect with 3 inch heels.

As per other reviewers, the zipper on this dress is a tough one. I sized up to be safe because of that, and it wasn't a huge problem. The fabric is thick and luxe, and I was so comfortable in this dress for my winter bridal shower! I received so many compliments! It also has pockets which was fantastic! Absolutely loved the floral top and textured skirt!

Ordered this dress for my derby themed bridal shower and I am in LOVE. Fit was perfect and the material on the skirt was fun and high quality. It is NOT white it is more off white. I have zero complaints RTR is my go to for any event.

I rented this dress as a backup for a family photo shoot. I had been hoping to wear it to an event the day before, but there was a delay with UPS and it didn't arrive in time. It's a really lovely dress, and if I hadn't loved my primary dress, I would've been totally happy to wear this for photos. It has a super flattering shape for someone like me, who needs some help defining a waistline. It's got a lovely, heavy weight to it, too. The only downside was that it had one of those ridiculous hidden zippers that gets stuck going over seams. Would definitely rent it again for an event!

As other reviewers have stated, the waistband is tight & does not stretch. The waistband hit perfectly at my narrowest spot (just below my ribs), but I still needed to size up to the 8 (I usually wear 6). The material on top & bottom is heavy, which was perfect for me since my shower was in November. It may not be very comfortable on a hot day though! The top is nicely fitted & forgiving, I loved the way it felt. The skirt is very heavy and has nice movement to it. The outer layer on the skirt has a nice texture to it, however I avoided wearing a bracelet because I was afraid it might snag. The pockets were an awesome bonus too!! Overall, I LOVED this dress! For best results: size up, don't wear it on a hot day & avoid bracelets :-)

I rented this dress to wear when I got my senior casuals taken. The dress was an absolute DREAM! The fit and length were perfect and the color/bold pattern of the top perfectly contrasts with the creaminess of the skirt. My one complaint about the dress (not a big one) is how heavy it is. I chose to wear this dress in New Orleans in mid-August and the thickness/layers of the dress didn't make the heat any more bearable. That being said, I wouldn't have traded it for anything! Definitely one of my favorite rentals to date!

This dress is so beautiful and unique! I love the quality and weight of the fabric, and the classic style reminded me of something Betty Draper from Madmen would wear. Plus, it has pockets and you can wear a regular bra, which is always a plus. The only issue was the zipper sticks where the top and bottom fabrics meet, so you may need someone to help you with zipping it up. Otherwise, highly recommend and I'll definitely rent again.

Running true to size with much room for movement, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up a size for your back up. This style is loose throughout the midsection and at the hips. It works for cup sizes A-D. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5’4”, the length hit tea length on me. The patterns on this dress are beautiful in person and the loose fit makes this dress very light and comfortable to wear. Pair with black, nude, or colorful heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!

Very fun dress. The only downside was the waist was very form fitting and didn't give.

I loved this dress. It was so pretty, and comfortable, and perfect for a summer date night. I loved the length of the dress paired with the high waist line. I was 11 weeks pregnant when I rented this and it hid my bump well! Oh and POCKETS! It was a bit tight, but it's my fault for not sizing up while pregnant.

The zipper was a pain to get up

I wore this dress to my bridal shower tea party and I don't think I could have found a better dress for this event. I received so many compliments on this dress! The one and only downside to this dress is the zipper! If you wear this dress you definitely need someone's help to zip you up.

I wore this for my bridal shower in Chicago. It was actually a backup dress but I liked it even more than my first choice. The top was thick and kind of scuba-y material. It was comfortable on me but I could see how it may be too tight on bigger chested ladies. The skirt was fun and flowy and had pockets. The lining hung out below the skirt a little but wasn't that noticeable to me. I wish I had a better picture of it, I would order this again in a heartbeat if I had the right place to wear it!

This dress was perfect for my bridal shower. The under later of the skirt was tight even on my wider hips. The arm goles dug in to my armpits a but but otherwise fit perfectly.

The skirt is really thick so it got pretty warm, but the stretchy top was super comfortable and I received many compliments!

I'm 5'8" and I really liked where this dress hit on my shin. The bottom fabric is heavy and looks great in photos when you move. I liked the splash of color at the top, but this still felt "bridal." Very comfortable and forgiving fit.

This dress is gorgeous! This was actually my second choice dress, as my first was not available, and I could not have been happier that this happened! This dress fits like a glove, hangs beautifully, and is so well made. The color of the dress is true to the picture. I was a little concerned when I first took the dress out of the bag that it would be too long, (I'm only 5'2") but it fell at just the right spot. This dress also had pockets, which I loved! I received so many compliments on this dress and at the end of the day, did not want to send it back! I felt so beautiful in this dress.

I am usually between a 4 or a 6 but the 4 was a little tight across the chest. Would recommending sizing up if you have a large bust.

I ended up wearing the size 6 instead of the 4 because it was a little snug, the size 6 felt more comfortable. It is very heavy material so keep that in mind if your event is outside.

Rented for a baptism! Too is a little snug would recommend ordering a size up, zipper is a little snug where the fabrics change. Perfect length and weight for a summer event!!

Myself and a friend (who didn't have a dress) wore this for a work meeting during the week. We are very different in height and somewhat different in body type, but it looked great on both of us and we received many compliments!

I loved this dress for my rehearsal dinner! It felt adequately bridal with the full white skirt but still unique and fun with the flower print on top. The pockets were also great. I ordered the 6 based on other reviews, and the sizing was just right. It's also a great dress for tall ladies because of the forgiving tea length. I felt feminine and classy and a little bit old-school romance! One of my favorite RTRs!!

I loved this dress! I wore it to my bridal shower and I felt so beautiful. Like many other reviewers I just asked my fiancé to zip me up , with a little wiggle around the fabric change it was fine. Being 5'4" I was a little worried the length of the 10 would be too much for me, however, with a pair of wedges it hit me mid-shin just fine. I loved the pockets and the weight of the dress for this early spring event. You'll be too hot if this dress is worn to an event in the summer !

The waistband is a little bit too tight for the size, but overall the fit was nice. The zipper is really hard to get up, so be patient!

The top does run a tad small, but I'm 32B and it was a perfect fit for me!

This was my first dress from RTR and it was perfect! I rented this dress for my bridal shower and it was sophisticated without being too over the top. The dress is super comfortable, has pockets and a nice heavy skirt - no need to worry about bending over or sitting. The material on top is nice and thick as well, I ended up wearing the dress without a bra and it laid really nicely. I did have some difficulties with the zipper. It helped to hold the dress together and push towards yourself when trying to zip. I'm 5'4" and 147 and this 8 fit very well - I would suggest ordering up a size for a back up though. For length, it hit right where a midi-dress is supposed to. Overall, such a wonderful dress that has the perfect amount of volume in the skirt. Would definitely rent again!
