The fit was amazing and perfect for a cocktail affair. I would also recommend for travel, the fabric has a great weight and does not wrinkle easily. Great for evenings.

I rented this for my engagement shoot, and was not disappointed! It was very classy and flowy in our photos. The fabric was a little heavy and a bit long on me, but I didn't mind. The only thing I wasn't wowed with was the bow in the front, it kept folding over. I was very happy with the photos in this dress!

Fit was great, had gotten size 6 which I usually wear but needed just a bit more room in the bodice. The zipper in the size 8 was sticky but got it to work! The size 6 zipper did go up better but more comfortable in the 8. Fabric was amazing, would rent again!

I was so in love with this dress from the moment I put it on. It ran true to size and fit perfectly! The dress made me feel so elegant and confident. It was easy to move around and dance in, which was so nice! I got compliments all night at the event and the following day on social media. I was told that I looked like Audrey Hepburn!

This dress was wonderful! Its on the heavier side so it kept me warm in a cold room. Soft to the touch and the bow at the top just added a little something extra. First time doing RtR, and what a pleasure of an experience. The shopping process was so simple, and as someone who goes between sizes, the 2nd-size-for-free was perfect. I received tons of compliments on my dress, and loved wearing it. The bodice was very fitted, so may not be as true to size for ladies with more curves up top.

I was so nervous bc I really wanted this dress but the only available size was a 10, being 3 months pregnant I didn't think it was happening! It was a little tough to zipper but with some help it went up and stayed up!! The material is very heavy but I didn't have to constantly pull it up all night. The dress was beautiful and comfortable ..got tons of compliments!

I felt so elegant in this dress! The fit was perfect and not too snug. I got compliments on it all night. The dress itself weighs a lot, so it might not work for an occasion outdoors in the summer (or where there's lots of dancing), but in the fall/winter or for an indoor event it's fine.

This dress is great for pear shape to accentuate the waist while hiding some curves:)

This dress was my #4 back up dress, and last chance for my brother-in-law's black tie wedding. Don't ask-RTR was not having a good day-but it saved the day! It was made of a very heavy fabric, but I liked it since that meant it didn't need to steamed, and stayed perfect all night. The top fit me great, and it had no slip lining in the bodice to prevent slipping. I can't say enough about how beautiful this dress ended up looking on me. I've never received so many compliments in my life! It was much longer on me than on the model, and hit me at just above the ankle. It was surprisingly warm, which was good since it was freezing at the wedding I went to. I loved it and felt super classy in it.

This dress fit perfectly and looked great. I loved the length, because it's flattering without making me feel self-conscious about bending or kneeling down. The only problem with it is that it has some "bones" on the torso which dug into my lower ribs a bit. It wasn't terrible and was completely worth it for two performances. But if I had to wear it for more than a few hours, it might have been too uncomfortable. LOVED this dress.

I opted to wear the 2 without a bra over the 4 which would be a little more roomy. I LOVED wearing this dress. I feel super posh, and didn't want to take it off. I'm small on top and the boning and architecture of the bow really made the bodice look just right.

It was a little tight at the top, but fitted well. I expected the material to look more satin like it does in the photo, but the fabric is really thick and warm! Will be great for winter events! The dress looks a longer in my photo because I'm wearing shorter heels, but overall I love it! Makes me feel like Grace Kelly!

My daughter picked this dress out to match hers for our night out at The Nutcracker. It was perfect and even twirled (felt like a little girl myself). 50s housewife adorbs! I'm a 34B and it was tight on the top - not for large chested ladies!

I like the dress a ton. However, the 6 was a bit tight at the chest to the point I didn't want to fully clasp the dress as it was uncomfortable. Everything else including the waist and bodice region fit great. Not built for a girl with back muscles. Still wore it though! Loved it!

It is VERY tight in the bust, and needed a couple stitches to keep the bow in place. But, it moves so beautifully!!! Can't tell you how many compliments I received!!!

Loved this dress! Kept getting compliments from friends and strangers all night long. It was a very comfortable dress, but the top was a bit tight. That was one of the only times I was thankful that I don't have big boobs because it didnt bug me too much. LOL! The tea-length made it a more fun and flirty LBD!

I really liked this dress- fit true to size, fabric was thick enough and was definitely snug enough to go bra-less and still feel secure, comfortable to wear as well. I got many compliments and felt very glamorous. Form fitting on top through the natural waist- so deep breaths weren't happening.

I've used RTR multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this was not the best. Upon getting the dress, I realized that RTR did not send my back up size 4, but instead a totally different outfit in a size 2! Luckily the size 6 fit perfectly. A very elegant, simple black dress. The off-centered bow took some getting used to, but it actually made the dress more interesting. Loved the flowy skirt and strapless design. The fabric was very thick (perfect for a fall day in Chicago), but it cannot take pins or brooches! My biggest issue was that I did not feel like the dress was fully dry cleaned. There were a lot of bumps and folds in the dress that should have been removed with a steaming, and we're very visible due to the reflective fabric. I would probably purchase this dress for myself, but not the best rental experience. (still plan to rent again for Christmas though!)

I wear a ten and the back at zipper was too tight. Wore the 12 and was lost in the shape of the dress.

I loved this dress, it was classy and I got a lot of compliments on it. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect. It runs a little small so I wore the larger size, but its a bit heavy so you need a snug fit or it might fall down due to the weight. Overall I would definitely recommend this dress!

After reading the other reviews on this dress I knew it would be slightly more fitted around the bust. I didn't quite know how fitted it would be until I wore it....definitely for smaller chested women. Otherwise, I loved the dress!

This was my replacement from another Cynthia Crowley dress- disappointed- this one was way too small up top as well. This designer needs to re-evaluate their sizing- I have never worn a 4 or a 6. Both were too small up top.

I ordered a size 2 and 4 as replacements for another dress that didn't fit. The 4 was big on top, and both dresses felt very heavy (as in weight). Almost so heave it felt like the top was being pulled down. I stuck with one of the other dresses I'd originally rented.

I️ loved this dress! I️ rented this as my backup style and didn't end up wearing it only because I️ loved the other style more. This dress is beautifully made with a gorgeous drape skirt. The fabric is high quality and soft. Runs a bit small in the bodice. I'm typically an 8 on top, 10 on bottom - in this dress the 10 was very tight on top. I️ wouldn't recommend this for anyone with a C cup or higher.

I am normally between a size 4 and a 6, with a narrower waist and wider hips, so I ordered the 6 as my primary size and the 4 as my backup. I ended up wearing the 4 because the 6 was quite large on me, particularly in the bust. However, the 4 was a perfect fit. The only slight drawback to the dress is that it is a bit heavy, so since it is strapless, I found myself pulling it up a few times throughout the night. Despite this, I was in love with the dress and would definitely rent it again.

I'm a pear shaped so I usually gear toward the A-lines. This fit my bust just right and wasn't tight on the belly. Length was unique and I'm a tall girl. I was able to move freely. The dress is heavy, but not burdensome.

this is a great dress.. very flattering. I wore it for a formal wedding and it looked amazing. it looks very expensive in person. it's a nice alternative if you don't want to wear a long gown
