The dress fits tight but gives you a great figure! I wore it without the slip and just with a bra for a racier look. Love this dress so much-- I want to keep it!

The lace on top does not have stretch, so while I fit into the 42 I was afraid I might bust a rip! Mine DID come with the slip. The skirt was perfect and had plenty of room for my giant hips! Loved it! Wore it to a wedding on a warm spring day/cool night.

Read the reviews and sized up. The 44 fit great and there was still a little room in the hips. It comes with a slip that has good stretch to it. Overall the quality of this dress is amazing. The texture and color of the embroidery is striking. You can't help but feel super feminine when you put this on. Only negative was shoulders were stretched out from hanger :( which you can see in picture.

Super adorable! Did not come with a slip so I am just wearing a black tank top underneath. Zipper is a little snug but managed. The skirt fluffs out a little which makes it so cute! There is really no stretch in the pink belt. Overall adorable and highly recommend!

Like the dress, unique materials paired together. DOES NOT COME WITH TANK OR UNDER SHIRT MATERIAL. I ended up wearing my own bandeau. If I could do it over I would have worn it for a fall/winter wedding because the material is quick thick. I have an abnormally small waist and there is ABSOLUTELY no give to the ribbon waist. I would have gone up one more size had I known. Overall cute dress!

This dress was elegant and fun to wear, and I got lots of compliments. One complaint (which almost made me drop my review to less than five stars), the accompanying slip was NOT included with my shipment. If I had been at home, this would have been easier to deal with, but I was at an out-of-town wedding so had to scramble to find a camisole because the top is completely see-through otherwise. When I returned the dress to the DC store, they told me that RTR has been having a lot of problems with people not returning slips, and then the dresses ship without them. So BE ALERT, have a back-up slip or camisole on hand! I guess I could have called RTR when the dress arrived, would have done that next time, but I needed a quick solution so bought a camisole myself. But overall, fantastic dress!

This dress is made of beautiful materials and includes gorgeous embroidery work. I am usually a 0 and wore a size 40. I would recommend sizing up as the waist fits a tad smaller than the rest of the dress. I am on the shorter side and this dress hit my knees.

Overall runs a little big... i had yo go a size down. - lace is a bit itchy - arms in lace were small -does not cone with a slip so you eill have to provide a top - im 5'0 , so lenght was great - hit mid knee Great for dancing Overall beautiful dress !!! Super cute, glad I read the reviews and got my backup size a size larger than normal. It was tight around the ribbon, but other than that it was a great item.

Originally rented for a baby shower but went with a different dress, so this made for a nice change of pace at work. Only challenge was the zipper, due to the ribbon waist it was impossible to independently get the zipper up.

I wasn't so sure about this dress when I ordered it but immediately saw tons of potential as soon as I unwrapped my RTR delivery. The fabrics are high quality and lay beautifully however the skirt lining did scratch and get caught on the tights I wore. The zipper has also pulled away from the lining, making securing the dress a near-impossible task. I also thought the pale pink of the skirt had looked like it had gone a few too many times in the ring and was ready for retirement. In spite of that, I would wear this unique dress again.

The top fit beautifully. You might have to adjust the ribbon at the waistband after sitting as it might roll or fold up. The bottom part has a lot of volume to it.

I really liked this dress. The design was very unique and the material was nice. I wore it to a women's tea party and received several compliments. It came with a slip. It does run a little small. I usually wear a size 2, and wore the 40. It fit well around except the midsection with the belt was a little snug. I recommend sizing up.

This super cute little dress was perfect for a "sprinkle." All guests were instructed to wear pink and this was perfect for me. I knocked a star off because like other reviewers it was missing a slip. I had a spanx bodysuit with a built in bra that worked perfect. My husband loved it and wished we were going out...LOL

Loveeeed this dress ... Came without a slip so wore a black tank underneath. .. I needed a couple sizes larger bc I am 7 wks post baby and my bust size is a lot larger than what I usually am.. Bc of this the dress was pretty poofy around hips and rear ... But the overall detail was so feminine and beautiful !

Love this new designer. The slip is a separate piece from the dress. This is the size 6 and was very comfortable. I could size down to the 4 but it's tight on my chest with a better fit in the waist. This dress is just adorable.

I'm usually a 4 or a 6 and they did not have the bigger size. The 40 which is a 4 was tight on the arms but not unbearable. The skirt was slightly poofy which made me look like I had a belly especially when I sat down at dinner.

The bottom is a bell, so be careful when you sit. Beautiful dress, comes with a liner. It's an older model so keep that in mind. I'm full chested so I think it would look better on a smaller top but I still loved it. Other reviews are true: size defined by the ribbon waist.

True to size but if you have a stomach, the puffy skirt is not slimming and made me look larger than I am. I did get a lot of compliments.

I''m 5'4'' and weigh 135-140. In this I took a US size 6 or 8. Fits a little tight in the waist. The waist is slightly high and the skirt is fuller (box pleats) than I thought it would be, but that didn't effect the fit. The detail was beautiful. I got tons of compliments! Wore it with the slip that came with it...no problems!

This dress was perfect for my son's baptism this past weekend. I ordered a 42 and a 44 and the 42 ended up being perfect. The limiting factor would be the ribbon waist and the lace sleeves. For my post-partum pear shaped body this was the perfect dress and very flattering. I loved it and was very comfortable in it all day. Perfect length for church, photographed wonderfully, just LOVED it.

Wanted to wear for a wedding but will have to wait for a winter wedding!! Love the dress though..

Skirt is nearly a tulip skirt and has a lovely bell shape. Would work perfectly for pears. Not much room in the bust so probably better for 30/32/34 A/B/C bust sizes. No give in the waist so not for apples.

Wore this for a bridal shower and it was perfect! I am smaller on top (more like a 2 and 4 on bottom) and this fit perfectly. The waist has a pretty grosgrain ribbon trim. It sits a touch high on your natural waist and the skirt balloons just a touch. It makes it perfectly feminine and fun.The lace and fabric details are beautiful. My one complaint it there is a separate black slip underneath which wasn't my favorite. It kept sliding off my shoulder and would make the lining at the chest look crooked. I should have worn a black tank and would have been fine. Overall, one of my favorites!

Flattering for hourglass figures, waist is small but top is stretchy and skirt is full. I used my own black tank top under because the one that came with it was too big.

This dress is incredible and probably my favorite RTR dress thus far. It fit like a glove and made me feel like a million bucks, but unfortunately, came without the slip. RTR was so great and offered to reimburse me if I bought a slip. Ended up buying a cropped tank, which made the dress more flirty and fun. I will definitely rent this again!

Beautiful dress with very beautiful materials. Love the embroidery work. The fabric on the bottom was quite thick especially for late spring early summer so I may rent it again in the fall. The slip didn't came so I wore my own camisole which worked fine. Overall a pretty dress. Perfect for party or date night.

This dress was super cute but unfortunately arrived without the inner slip and a replacement wasn't available. RTR was great about sending a replacement though! Would highly recommend this dress very sweet.

I was so looking forward to wearing this beautiful dress to a wedding, however, once I tried it on the zipper would not work. After further inspection the zipper had pulled away from the dress and was not in working order. So disappointed!

This dress perfectly camouflaged my mini baby bump. Since it was in the high 40s at night at the wedding I attended, the sleeves were perfect for staying warm, but it wasn't too hot before the sun set either. The only complaint I had was the ribbon around the waistline didn't stay in place well.
