The fit was true to size.

The zipper was broken but I was able to turn the top inside out and wear my own top with it...no one knew and it worked :)

This dress fit perfect, and was the perfect length with a 3-inch heel. The dress is low-cut but flattering, and the straps adjust but stay put once adjusted. I wore this as a wedding attendee, and did not stop receiving compliments on how glamorous and beautiful the dress was. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved wearing this dress. I felt amazing in it! I wore it to a holiday masquerade party and it was perfect! I'm 5'3" and wore 3" heels and the train flowed so beautifully when I walked. The pockets were a bonus! If you want to stand out from the sequins and lace during the holidays go with this dress! The only con was that the dress was very wrinkled when I received it and needed to get steamed for it to look presentable. It took nearly an hour to get it done.

Gorgeous dress. However, I am busty and this dress runs small in the chest so I had to choose a size up to fit my girls in. Most likely would have been comfortable even in two sizes up because of the chest area alone. Other than that, this dress is breathtaking. The train was the perfect length, just to the floor but not dragging.

Loved the dress. It was perfect for New Orleans! Definitely runs tight so order up a size or two. After dinner I had wished I went two sizes up! Fits a bit odd on top and I'm already a bit too heavy so made me very boobielicious but everything was super tight and I was at no point worried about a wardrobe malfunction.

Straps did not hold when tightened. Dress kept slipping down and needed to be tightened continuously. Thank goodness was with a bunch of girlfriends who adjusted my dress every few minutes all night long! Discussed with RTR staff when I returned the dress so they should be fixing

This is the third dress dress by Christian Pellizzari that I have rented. I wore this dress for a charity event with a Rio Carnival theme and it was perfect. I received tons of compliments. I absolutely love this designer! Couple of things about this dress. I had issues with the straps just like a couple of other reviews. They would slide down and then the prongs would dig into my shoulder. The cups/chest of this dress are a little off. I am a 32A and barely fit. I did use fashion tape just to keep things in place. The waist for me perfect but the fabric has no give. The fabric is absolutely amazing and it has pockets! All is all I LOVED this dress and this designer. This is a must rental for those who look to stand out in a crowd.

This dress is an absolute show stopper! As other reviewers have mentioned, the top is very smug and I'm small chested. I actually couldn't even zip it up all the way; fortunately I was able to tuck the remaining zipper into a V shape which made the issue imperceptible. My one disappointment is the straps. They do not stay snug and I was constantly having to adjust them. I assume the renter before me also had this issue as one was simply ripped off and tied (fortunately not TOO noticeable but still frustrating to have rented a damaged dress). Overall, would definitely recommend this but suggest sizing up!

I've never gotten so many compliments wearing a dress. It was beautifully made & easy to wear. Comfortable enough & I love how it was hi-low, so I could easily dance around. Best dress I've rented to-date!

I ordered this for prom and I couldn't be happier! Everyone loved it and so did I! The dress has pockets and has adjustable straps. But during the night, one of my straps kept falling. I had my friend try and tighten it, but it snapped off. Pretty annoying, but it was dark so I didn't care too much. The dress is clearly meant for bigger breasted women so keep that in mind. But all in all, an amazing dress for prom and I felt like a princess

This dress is beautiful and has the wow factor that I think many formal gowns lack. The pattern and material is exceptional and detailed. Looks very haute couture!! I will say that the dress runs small and I wish I had sized up to a 42. The top was so small in the bust that I had to wear a shawl all night so that I didn't "bust" out. It is really made for someone who is more small-chested but I made do because of the uniqueness and beautiful design of the gown

Perfect for a St. Patty's Ball. A bit long for my wee legs but the length and lines were festive. Nothing I couldn't manage whipping around behind me. More risqué than my normal picks.

Size runs small in the waist but large in the chest. As a size 2/4 and 32DD I filled out the dress but even the chest was a little lose on me and the waist was righty. Loved the high low skirt style but just chose something else. Will likely rent in the future for another event.

The straps aren't adjustable. I was about popping out of it. So either side of the spectrum bust is an issue. With 4 inch heels the tail just kissed the floor.

Stunning and dramatic. Was a backup due to the bigger size not being available right before the event. High quality material, except for the straps. The left one was broken and wouldn't tighten, and throughout the night they both actually broke.

This dress is super playful and comfortable. The length was perfect for me with reasonable 3" heels. I felt like someone with a bigger chest may have stretched out the cup area of the dress just a tad. The dress still looked great. Just meant I needed to keep an eye out for a nip slip while dancing. The dress was underwhelming right out if the bag because it was understandably wrinkled. Ironing with low heat transformed it back into a funky fresh dress.

The dress is gorgeous and has pockets! Beware- it runs super small! I am normally a solid 6 and my backup size 8 was super tight. I didn't even try on the 6 I received. I definitely couldn't eat a meal in it if I wanted to. The straps also came with broken plastic pieces so that they kept sliding down. It's such a low cut dress that the straps are definitely necessary to keep your goods locked in. It was great for my birthday photo shoot, but it would have been incredibly uncomfortable to wear for more than a couple of hours.

Dress fit well except for loose top. I used double sided body tape to secure it. It stayed in place all night.

It was tight in the bust and cut low, so you need a black strapless bra. One of the straps popped and i ended up tieing it with a sting i had handy, so check those straps!

Arrived on time and was a great fit. I got both a 6 and a 8, but the 6 was dead on. Its low cut so if your a bit bigger on the breast area get a bigger size. The straps are adjustable. People asked where did I find this dress all night. I will remt it again!!

Great dress thats uniquely different without being too over the top. Worn to a black tie event. I'm 5'10 and the dress is long (which made me happy). Worn without a bra - usually I never do that but I felt supported enough. Minus 1 star for the straps slipping, fixed it by tappping them.

This dress is definitely a showstopper. I wore this for a yearly Ball event. Heads were turning as I walked around the event. The fit was great, however you have to be careful around the bust area or you will have a Janet Jackson moment. This is part of the reason why I rated the dress down a star. Additionally, this was my first time renting from RTR and shipping information was horrible. I was very concerned on whether my dress would arrive on time, given that the tracking information was unavailable. Other than that it was great.

This dress is gorgeous. The color is great and the fabric is clearly excellent quality. There are two issues with this dress...the first is the zipper...you really need two people to help you zip it because otherwise the zipper is buried in fabric that is loose and it will get caught and eventually break. The second issue is how small it runs. It felt pretty right and I ordered a size up! For performance purposes it looked incredible and I'd definitely rent it again, just wish they'd fix that zipper issue!

Since I am small in the breast area, I could have worn 42R instead, however the size I wore still looked nice though I had a space in the chest area even with a padded bra. Also, the zipper was a little tough to secure. My boyfriend had to assist and man-handle it for it to zip all the way.

The top is really small. I adjusted the straps to make it work. Had to watch for pop outs. But over all I was pretty safe. I'm 120lbs. It didn't update my weight.

I don’t remember the size I wore. The dress was lovely, but it was far to heavy to be held up by the spaghetti straps…and the things to adjust the straps were plastic…basically the whole dress was being held up by a tiny little plastic piece, which eventually snapped 1/2 way into the night. Thankfully, I found a safety pin.

I am small on top so I had to use dress tape to prevent any gappage, but it worked great!

I absolutely love the cut of this dress! It is so flattering on! My usual dress size is a four and I’m wearing a 42 ( size 6) in the photo. The dress ran a little small so I recommend going a size up for your backup size. The dress was fitted all through my midsection and loose at my hips because the dress flares out. The fabric has no stretch. The dress would work best for an A to C cup. I am a 34D and it was very tight on me. The dress should be worn with a strapless bra. I am 5’9” and the dress was mid-thigh to knee length on me. This dress is perfect for any formal occasion. Pair with black heels and silver jewelry.

I did not know if I would like the gradual change in length but it was beautiful and extra comfortable because I did not have to worry about falling or stepping on the hem. Because of the short hem, I also got to show off my shoes. Lastly, the texture was just to die for. It was PERFECT!

Rented for daughter's prom. She is 5'1" and 110 and needed a 6. This runs SMALL. The straps were VERY long on the 6 and we had to pin them. Make sure you get this in time to get it steamed or pressed. There is SO much fabric that it will be wrinkled when you get it. It's unavoidable.
