I wore this dress to a formal Mad Men themed party. The dress was cute and flattering, although a little tight in the waist. Was fun to wear. Definitely recommend.

As everyone else mentioned, the dress is extremely tight in the torso. I would recommend ordering your normal size and a size up. The colors were beautiful and the swing of the skirt was perfect.

The fabric is so special, there are pockets, got many compliments. Beware: This dress is tight in the rib cage area, above the waist. I am very petite and this was a bit tight in that area, although I was able to zip it all the way by myself. It puts out below that tight band.

Normally wear a size 8. Fit perfectly.

Tight waistband- fit my rib cage snugly. I had a lady who is a buyer for a boutique in town stop me and tell me how much she loved that I wore this dress to dinner- that "glam is back this season." The gold threading was shiny, and the fabric was very thick. As usual for RTR, tons of compliments!

I liked this dress when I saw it on RTR but I LOVeD it in person! The print is cute. The material is thick and high quality. I found it fit perfectly. The waistband was a little snug, little to no stretch. I'm about 5'3" so you can see it hit right at my knee.

I could fit into the size 42 but it was a little tight so I chose the 44 for comfort. I am fairly busty and both sizes felt like they dug into the back of my arms a little where the sleeves end. Loved the design and the pockets!

Loved everything about this dress. It is a thick material, so I didn't wear a bra. Probably would have to do a strapless if you wore any at all. (The straps on the dress are set fairly wide.) Received many compliments on this one. Definitely one of my favorite rentals.

The photo isn't the best. The dress is the best. It fit perfectly. However I am not busty. Not a lot of room in the bodice. It has pockets. Yay! I got sooooooo many compliments. The fabric is heavy. But not overwhelming. I didn't want to send it back.

I loved this dress so much, and received many compliments! The thick material and pockets were lovely. This dress was big in the chest for me and tight at the waist, so I wore a bombshell bra and didn't over eat. Worked perfectly!!

I wore this to a Bat Mitzvah and it was perfect! It was actually my back up dress, but I liked it better than the other Christian Pellizzari I ordered. It is pretty true to size, maybe a little small. As others mention, the black band around the middle is not elastic - not forgiving! The size 40 was good, but snug. Not too snug, but snug. I couldn't zip up the 38. I'd order this dress again in a heartbeat. My whole family gave it a thumbs up (husband and kids alike). And pockets!!!

This gown is gorgeous in person! The colors are vibrant and the silhouette is amazing. The skirt had just the right amount of oomf and the pattern makes your waist seem tiny. It was beautiful, I felt beautiful, I got compliments all night of how I looked like old Hollywood glam! Plus it has POCKETS! DEEP POCKETS. I could carry my iPhone 7plus (which is relatively large) lipstick, mascara, and other random items in my pockets and not worry about them coming out. My favorite dress from RTR so far.

The colors in this dress are super fun and i love how the back is a little longer than the front. And it has pockets!

This dress was perfect for me. I'm pretty bust and at first thought I would not get it zipped, but the night of the event it went on like a dream (I'm usually a 10, I wore the dress in a 46, the largest size it comes in). The full skirt hid any imperfections on the bottom half of me, and top was tight but fit well. The black band did get itchy as the night wore on and I had some issues with my bra sneaking out from the straps. But these were minor. Loved the pockets and I just felt so pretty all night. The fabric is thick and luxurious and the pattern is super fun. With the gold. I didn't feel I needed to add a necklace. I carried a gold clutch and actually wore gold shoes. I was sad to return the dress. Loved it.

The fit was perfect. I loved the pockets. The zipper was a little tricky but my husband was able to help me with it. I would love to own this dress.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I rented it for a Fall wedding and it has just the right amount of coverage and weight to it for the slightly chillier weather. The colors are perfection and I loved the gold threading and pops of blue throughout. The hi-low hem was a lot of fun and the skirt had a nice fullness to it. The pockets were a nice plus and I was able to carry my phone around all night without any worry of it falling out. As others have mentioned though, there is little to no stretch in the waistband. Although the 46 had slightly more give, the top portion was simply too big and falling off my shoulders. I ended up wearing the 44 and by the end of the night, it must of loosened slightly or I got used to it, because it didn't bother me too much. I was able to sit, eat, and dance without really focusing on it. Overall, I really loved this dress. Worth the splurge in rental price! Definitely one of my favorites!

I loved this dress! It was very cute in person and fancy enough for a "formal" wedding. The waist is quite tight and has no give, and the top isn't ideal for big busts. Those two things made for a night of somewhat shallow breathing, especially after dinner, but it was fine. I didn't need a bra, either. The skirt portion is fun and flirty. It was nice for a summer wedding in Chicago, and I think the dress would work in the winter too because the colors are deep jewel tones and the fabric is on the heavy side. A great find!

Dress runs small and is tight in the rib cage area. The wide skirt is very flattering. The pockets are awesome and very deep. You can put a phone, notes, lipstick etc and no one will notice. The boatneck is very flattering as well. Received many compliments. The element I disliked was the back zipper. It was obviously replaced and not as nice of quality compared to the back up size dress. Not a deal breaker though.

Pictures make this dress appear kind of dull and gray tone. It is not. I took a close up shot to try to better show the colors. Very rich color. Royal blue, navy, black. With beautiful gold. I loved this dress. The zipper is sturdy (yeah!!). The waist is narrow. I got myself into the 38 - the 40 would be too roomy on top. Pockets. Very full skirt which is fun. I did wear a strapless bra bc of the boat neck style.

The dress fit perfectly in the chest and waist area. These two areas are usually a problem for me but not with this dress.

I lived this dress. It was comfortable, slimming, and dressy without being too dressy. The top runs small, so I had to wear the larger size because my chest wouldn't fit in the smaller size, so if you have a chest, size up.

The fabric is lush so this skirt is full and moves well when dancing. A great winter party dress but not necessarily "holiday" wear. The waist fits snugly so this works well for hourglass figures. Length was perfect on me at 5'3".

Wore dress to alumni winter formal event. A little bigger at this time then my normal 175 weight. Dress was very flattering, hiding all problem areas and bringing out my best assets. Received all positive reviews. Best of all....it has pockets!

The fit was great! I didn't even order the backup size bc it wasn't available. I was so worried but it was perfect! Lots of compliments and I loved the pockets! The skirt was really full and there wasn't any give in the waist. I had already read that so it wasn't a shock.

This dress is really flattering on. The main issue is that it runs small in the ribcage and waist. I'm normally a 4 and ordered the recommended size 40 and it zipped up and looked great, but it was definitely tight. Breathing deeply wasn't really an option with this dress on. Everything else was beautiful, though- great cut, gorgeous material. I recommend it, but size up!

Amazing structure, this dress can almost stand up on it's own. The colors are rich and vibrant. Perfect for the holidays. I was comfortable and confident. The dress covered all my problem areas :)

Dress was really comfortable. I like that I am able to wear a regular bra with the dress as I have a larger bust. It is a little snug at the bust area, but I think it made the dress look great.

LOVE the roomy pockets - could fit my phone in and you couldn't even tell because of the flare and pleats. Waist fitted. Length perfect - could dance. Wore with black heels and gold jewelry (earrings and gold bangles). No necklace needed because of the print. Wish I could own this dress so would definitely rent again.
