These shorts give such a sophisticated vibe and are super comfortable and cute. I would say they fit true to size or maybe a tad small because the 4 just fit me. They get a little wrinkly after you wear but that’s just the linen look. This won’t be the last time I rent these for summer.

Okay I loved these shorts a lot more then I was expecting to.. the fit is SO cute! They're the perfect length, I'm 5'6" and they fit just about mid thigh. I personally love the oversized pockets in the front and they could easily be dressed up for work or down with a white tee.

I am a solid 2/ small. I got a four in these and felt like a sausage being squeezed. I did not end up wearing - size up two sizes! Otherwise, these are really cute and if they came in my size would have been in my rotation. The fabric is nice and thick and doesn’t wrinkle bad.

I was surprised how much I love these shorts. The flared leg makes the waist look small so front patch pockets don’t seem to add volume. Fabric is thick and stiff, so flare is permanent and fabric stays away from your body to provide nice air cooling effect. Patch pocket keeps phone or whatever on hand. I wore with chambray shirt, or black tank, or floral silk halter, for lots of different looks. My only wish was that they weren’t so darned expensive to buy!

Love these shorts. I’ve been wearing them non stop. I’m planning on keeping them for another month to take on vacation. I’d buy them but they are pretty pricey! They are cinched in and so flattering at the waist. They fit like a glove. If you are between sizes I may size up. If I wear them to dinner I start feeling a little uncomfortable on the way home.

If you prefer a sleeker look, these may not be your first choice. The shorts are great, with a pretty light gray color and nice linen fabric that does wrinkle. They hit me mid thigh. They kind of balloon out due to pleats and cut. I'm curvy so these shorts honestly add some volume to my backside. All good but be forewarned in case that look isn't for you. I found the waist on these which is quite high to be on the small side. Finally, these look amazing with the matching jacket. Work ready.

I adore the shape of these shorts. Waist runs a little small. I'm usually between a 2 and 4 in most brands and went with the 4 in these. I have a 26.5" natural waist and these fit like a glove with an intended oversized fit through the lower hip and thigh area. Please note that these are a study weight fabric (50% wool) and may not be best for hot climates. I wore them around in 80 degree weather for a few hours and got quite hot. They also show sweat very easily.

The color was not what I expected, and they were too heavy for southern outdoor events. But they fit AMAZING.

Really love these shorts and actually want to get them myself, but I do need to size up because it was really tight around my waist!

I regularly a 6 but ordered the 8. The waistband was kind of tight but the rest of the shorts were HUGE on me. Not very flattering. If I ordered again I'd go for my true size.
